Abstract

Regulation Number 28 2009 is regulation about Regional Taxes and Regional Levies is telling about transfering of PBB-P2 from the central government to regional governments. This Regulation is expected to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD) and encourage economic progress in an area. The village government is tasked being a tax collector in the village, and it is hoped that it can really motivate, socialize, foster, and educate people about the importance of taxes for the state for developing people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of village chief on community participation in paying PBB-P2 in Sidomulyo Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this research are that the village chief's leadership is perceived by the respondents to be in the high category, the leadership style is able to absorb the aspirations of the community directly. Likewise, community participation and awareness in paying PBB-P2 in Sidomulyo Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency are categorized as high. Even though this is the case, the village chief and apparatus can further increase community participation in the PBB-P2 payment UU No. 28 Tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah menyakatan pengalihan PBB P2 dari pemerintah pusat kepada pemerintah daerah yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan mendorong kemajuan perekonomian dalam suatu daerah itu sendiri. Pemerintah desa bertugas sebagai aparat pemungut pajak di desa diharapkan dapat benar-benar memberikan motivasi, mensosialisasi, pembinaan, penyuluhan bahwa betapa pentingnya pajak itu bagi negara untuk kepentingan rakyat dan pembangunan daerah . Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis peran kepala desa terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar PBB P2 di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi.. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan kepala desa yang dipersepsikan responden berada pada kategori tinggi, hal ini disebabkan karena gaya kepemimpinannya yang merakyat dan mampu menyerap aspirasi masyarakat secara langsung. Demikian halnya dengan partisipasi masyarakat dan kesadaran dalam membayar PBB P2 di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Semen Kabupaten Kediri dikategorikan tinggi. Meskipun seperti itu kepala desa serta perangkatkan untuk bisa lebih meningkatkan lagi partisipasi masyarakatnya dalam pembayaran PBB P2

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengatahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Return On Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perusahaan Makanan Dan Minuman Di Pasar Modal Indonesia Tahun 2015 – 2020. Return On Equity (ROE) merupakan variabel dependen sedangkan variabel independen adalah Perputaran Persediaan, Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan di pasar modal indonesia. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% untuk memperoleh grafik berhubungan antar variabel. Hasilnya bahwa variabel Perputaran Persediaan, Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh signifikan pada Return On Equity (ROE). Dengan hasil uji F bahwa secara silmultan berpengaruh positif untuk semua variabel. Hasil adjusted R Square dengan nilai sebesar 0,519 atau 51,9% yang artinya bahwa besarnya pengaruh Perputaran Persediaan, Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) pada Return On Equity (ROE) secara bersama-sama (simultan) adalah sebesar 51,9%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 48,1% faktor lain.

Abstract

Stock trading aims to seek profit from the act of buying and selling shares in a flash, so a trader should have the ability to perform technical analysis before carrying out a stock sale and purchase transaction. This study aims to determine the decision to buy and sell shares using technical analysis Moving Average Covergence Divergence. (MACD). A quantitative approach with descriptive techniques is used in this study. The analysis technique of this research is the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) analysis. This study uses a population of shares in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia, namely shares of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), PT. Indosat Tbk (ISAT), PT. XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM). Researchers took daily stock price movement chart data from 15 December 2019 to 15 June 2020 through the PROFITS application. The conclusion of this study is that for the shareholders of the four companies, they should sell shares they own to maximize profits. Keywords: Trading , Saham, MACD

Abstract

In 2017 the Kediri City government carried out a repair and rearrangement project for the Setono Betek market. This project causes a decrease in sales for the Sotono Betek Market traders because the traders have difficulty finding buyers who are their customers. Traditional snack traders are among those affected by this government project. Here the traditional snack traders have to work hard again to find new buyers who are expected to become customers in the future. Therefore, the service team from Nusantara University PGRI Kediri, Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program provided guidance and assistance to redesign the Marketing Mix to increase sales of traditional snacks in the form of new innovations in sales. These innovations are in the form of product innovation (shape, size and color), marketing distribution innovation, and promotion innovation. The target of the service program is the traditional snack traders at the Setono Betek market, Kediri City, who live in the Setono Pande village, Kediri City, which is the area where the market is located. The method used by this service team is in the form of direction, training, mentoring and evaluation. From the results of the community service team's evaluation that the participants of the traditional snack traders of the Setono Betek market in Kediri City who redesigned the Marketing Mix experienced an increase in sales. Abstract

Program “Kampung Keren“ (kampung kreatif dan independen) adalah salah satu program unggulan pemerinta Kota Kediri. Setiap kelurahan di Kota Kediri diharapkan menjadi kampung keren. Kelurahan Dermo berada di Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri yang mempunyai potensi di bidang batik. Batik akan di kembangkan lagi poteninya unuk mencapai target kampung keren di kelurahan Dermo. Untuk itu tim pengabdian masyarakat Prodi Manajemen Universitas Nusantara PGRI bertujuan untuk membantu kelompok batik, ibu-ibu PKK dan karang taruna di Kelurahan Dermo untuk membentuk POKDARWIS (Kelompok sadar wisata) dengan kegiatan utamanya adalah edukasi batik. Metode yang digunakan oleh im pengabdian adalah observasi, penyuluhan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah telah terbentuknya POKDARWIS (Kelompok sadar wisata) dan juga penetapan logo batik khas dermo yaitu “kuda lumping”. Dengan terbentuknya POKDARWIS diharapkan akan mendukung tercapainya predikat kampung keren yang menjadi salah satu program unggulan di Kota Kediri dan juga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Kelurahan Dermo.

Abstract

Sumber Rejeki Building Store is a trading company engaged in retail by selling various kinds of building materials such as cement, paint, nails, iron and so on. The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal and external environment of the Sumber Rejeki building store and to find out the marketing strategy that should be implemented in order to increase competitiveness. This study uses a type of qualitative research with SWOT analysis techniques. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that in the SWOT diagram the Sumber Rejeki building store is in quadrant I, which means that this company has the strength to take of existing opportunities, so the marketing strategy that should be used to increase competitiveness is the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy by carrying out several strategies such as maintaining and improving product quality and good service to consumers, building a special place for building design consulting services, offering discounts or gifts with a certain purchase amount especially to customers who have frequently shopped at the store, and updating the latest products so that they continue to grow and dominate market share.

Abstract

Every company must use a strategy to develop its business. One way to compete is to create a new strategy so that the company has a good and appropriate business model. The condition of the company is used as a tool in developing its business through a business model. The business model aims to prioritize value as part of technology development management. The business model used is the Business Model Canvas, which can build business activities and business models. UD Sinar Harapan is a company that produces crackers. The company seeks to implement strategic management in the business it runs. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Business Model Canvas, SWOT analysis, and business development strategies that should be applied to UD Sinar Harapan. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods and descriptive research types. This study uses five informants, namely, business owners, employees, and three customers of UD. Rays of hope Based on the results of the data obtained, it is known that UD. Sinar Harapan has not fully implemented the Business Model Canvas. However, there are five blocks that have been used, namely value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue stream, and key activity. UD. Sinar Harapan also found the need for a business development strategy that could be implemented through a SWOT analysis by increasing the number of variants, making brand labels on each package, and reproducing them online through a media network so that more subscribers will recognize it.  Keywords: Development strategy, Business model canvas, SWOT analysis

Abstract

Research aim: The purpose of this research is to analyze whether there is a significant influence between social media variables, brand awareness, and product quality simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at the Djoetek noodle shop. Design/Method/Approach: This research uses a quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling techniques. The population for this research is all customers who have purchased products at Kedai Mie Djoetek and the sample used in this research is 40 respondents who have made purchases at Mie Djoetek and analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression method, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with SPSSv23 tools Research Findings: The results of this research are that social media marketing and brand awareness partially influence purchasing decisions at Mie Djoetek. Meanwhile, product quality has no partial effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, social media marketing, brand awareness, and product quality have a significant influence Theoretical contribution/Originality: Social media marketing can expand understanding of how social media as a digital marketing platform influences consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. Measuring the impact and consumer preferences on brand awareness, and digging deeper into the concept of product quality from a consumer perspective influences purchases. Practitioner/Policy implications: This research provides practical implications for Mie Djoetek in improving purchasing decisions Research limitations: This research only discusses social media marketing and brand awareness as independent variables, and product quality as the dependent variable. Other variables still influence the dependent variable that need to be researched further

Abstract

Research aim: This research aims to test and analyze the significant influence of the variables of trust, customer satisfaction and service quality on the Loyalty of the Generation Z Management Study Program, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri on the Shopee Application partially or simultaneously. Design/Method/Approach: This research uses a quantitative approach and the technique used is associative causal. The population for this research is all customers who have made transactions on the Shopee application and the sample used in this research is 100 respondents who have made at least one transaction on the Shopee application and were analyzed using the multiple linear method. Research Findings: The results of this research are that the partial trust variable does not have a significant effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. The variables of trust, customer satisfaction and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of the Generation Z Management Study Program at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri on the Shopee Application. Theoretical contribution/Originality: research on the influence of trust, customer satisfaction and service quality on Gen Z loyalty in the Shopee application has several theoretical contributions that can provide a better understanding of the relationship between variables. Practitioner/Policy implications : This research provides practical implications for the Shopee Application in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty Research limitations: limitations in this research were that it was conducted on a limited sample, so the results cannot be generalized to the entire generation z population.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja karyawan tahun 2021 ditinjau dari konflik, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian dilakukan di tempat usaha umkm criuzz Dsn.Prapatan Ds.Asmorobangun Kec.Puncu Kab.Kediri Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan cara pembagian kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan umkm criuz yang berjumlah 30 0rang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan antara konflik, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja umkm criuzz.
