Abstract

Data warehouse (Warehouse data) is expected to empower mining information to recognize the design in the information, for example when planning procedures that can build agreement and benefit the organization. which method used in Internetsearching research or are called search based strategies online (web), is an information retrieval system through web-based media such as the internet or other network media that provide online facilities. Objective This research is to make it easier for the officers of PT. Telkom Yogyakarta to collect information about accessible products or materials. Result of research the recording and search procedures used by warehouse staff were not effective because it is still being carried out physically, and when the stock taking is carried out, the material is available are often not the same as the results obtained. So with them use a data warehouse system to collect all data carefully and accurate.

Abstract

Service MSMEs are no longer just complementary, but have become key actors in the local economic ecosystem. They are able to adapt quickly to market changes, develop innovative services, and make significant contributions to regional economic growth. However, behind this great potential, service MSMEs still face a number of complex structural challenges. This research aims to comprehensively explore the strategic role of service MSMEs in driving local economic growth. Through in-depth analysis that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study seeks to map contributions, identify success factors, and formulate practical recommendations for the development of service MSMEs. The method that will be used in this research is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach method is one way to collect and analyze data that focuses on a deep understanding of social phenomena or human behavior. With the right support, service MSMEs can become the main foundation for a more inclusive, resilient and sustainable local economy.

Abstract

Pemasaran adalah suatu sistem keseluruhan dari kegiatan bisnis yang ditujukan untuk merencanakan, menentukan harga, mempromosikan dan mendistribusikan barang dan yang ada maupun nasabah potensial. Kendala yang terdapat di Pt. Rolex Dwi Tunggal adalah kurangnya responden pasar yang menghambat penjualanan marketing, selain itu juga ada beberapa kendala dibagian infrastruktur perumahannya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan infrastruktur data yang solid dan akurat dan juga bagaimana strategi marketing yang dapat dilakukan untuk bisa menaikkan penjualanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dimana peneliti akan menjelaskan bagaimana cara yang dapat dilakukan/diterapkan diperusahaan untuk bisa menaikkan penjualan dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data nya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee creativity and to examine the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees at a manufacturing company in Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory design. The sample includes all 40 employees using a census technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire that measured respondents' perceptions of transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and employee creativity. Data analysis was performed using regression and path analysis to assess the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that transformational leadership had a negative and significant effect on employee creativity. Meanwhile, transformational leadership did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee creativity and acted as an intervening variable that explained the weakening of the direct effect of leadership on creativity when job satisfaction was taken into account. These findings indicate that employee creativity in procedural work environments is more sensitive to satisfying work experiences than to leadership encouragement alone. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of increasing job satisfaction through fair reward policies, role clarity, supportive feedback from superiors, and a work climate that is conducive and safe for the expression of ideas.
