Abstract

A great nation requires competent leaders who possess Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) in managing this great nation. The synergy of IQ, EQ, and SQ intelligences can lead leaders to achieve outstanding success. The recent leadership crises have raised concerns among many, and this should be a significant focus. This phenomenon has sparked collective awareness of the importance of seeking an ideal leader as a Role Model in leadership. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of the synergy of IQ, EQ, and SQ intelligences, as well as the optimization of EQ as a Role Model in public leadership. We need visionary leaders who are innovative, educated, have a strong leadership spirit, a high sense of empathy, effective communication skills, a dedication to society, a caring attitude towards the community, a moral responsibility, a commitment to God, upholding the value of honesty, and dedicating themselves when in positions for the benefit of the public. Success as a leader is evident through policies that favor the community. An exemplary leader is needed to serve as a Role Model, capable of addressing complex issues and resolving conflicts effectively. In this study, the researcher observed three public leadership figures in three different areas: the Head of Samsat Aceh Utara, the Director of BUMDes Arya Kemuning Kuningan, and the Lurah Binjonhara in Tapanuli Selatan. The researcher employed qualitative research with a descriptive and comparative approach. The conclusion of this qualitative study is that the simultaneous synergy of IQ, EQ, and SQ contributes significantly to achieving success in public leadership as a Role Model Leader. The optimization of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is proven to be crucial in the success of the leadership of these three figures.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia has had a negative impact on various sectors such as health, economy, and others. There needs to be a strategic solution to survive. There are various ways people survive and win against the Covid-19 pandemic. The community's economy is destroyed. This is certainly a trigger for people to do anything to survive. The emergence of household-scale businesses. Creative ideas are emerging. One of them is damber catfish cultivation in kp Biru, Malang, East Java. The author is interested in making this damber catfish cultivation object. business feasibility study research. Catfish is one type of fish that can live in high density. This fish has a good conversion rate of feed into body weight. With these properties, catfish farming will be very profitable if done intensively. Catfish (Clarias sp) is one type of freshwater fish consumption. Catfish is a type of catfish or in other words a fish that has a mustache. Catfish are raft and caninal. The characteristics of catfish are elongated and slightly rounded body shape, on the pectoral fins there are hard and sharp spines (patil), striped body color with a flat head and there is a mustache and slippery because it does not have scales. This fish has an additional breathing apparatus in the form of a modification of its gill arc, namely arborescent. This catfish has a fairly complete nutritional content. The chemical and nutritional content of catfish are fat, protein, vitamins (BI, B). The study used descriptive qualitative methods and participatory methods, observations and interviews. The study also used SWOT analysis to map strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. The SWOT method can be used to determine strategies, fix deficiencies and can also read competitors. The final result of this damber catfish business feasibility study can be an indicator of how to run this business better from the management aspect including product, management, HR, marketing and financial aspects. Good business management will increasingly provide promising benefits. The purpose of this research is to encourage people to be more active, creative and productive and to continue to innovate to create something different. The harvest can be developed for processed products so that they become added value and become various kinds of processed innovations. With the innovation of this catfish processed product, it is hoped that it can change the community's economy to be stronger. Be more independent and Isa will create a new strong businessman

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta menentukan gaya kepemimpinan terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas BUMN. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dari kaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dan menganalisi gaya kepemimpinan terbaik untuk kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan BUMN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan menggunakan 5 jurnal dengan pembahasan yang sama sebagai sumber informasi dan juga sumber lain sebagai rujukan materi. Dari kelima jurnal tersebut, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah positif. Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan terbaik adalah yang mampu menciptakan hubungan baik antara karyawan dan atasan, membuat karyawan merasa dihargai, serta memastikan tugas-tugas dijalankan dengan baik melalui instruksi dan dukungan yang jelas dan memotivasi. Hasil dari penelitian  ini dapat memberi informasi bagi manajemen perusahaan BUMN  untuk memilih dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Background: Consumer loyalty is a critical factor for the long-term success of a brand, driving profitability, customer retention, and brand advocacy. Nike, as a global brand, faces increasing competition, especially from newer brands such as On and Hoka, which affects their fiscal revenue forecast. This study aims to examine the differences in loyalty between male and female consumers in Bandung towards the Nike brand, focusing on the influence of gender in shaping brand loyalty. Methods: This study used a descriptive approach and independent t-test to identify gender-based loyalty differences. Data was collected through a survey of male and female consumers who use Nike products in Bandung. The responses obtained were analyzed to determine the variability of loyalty between the two groups, with loyalty factors such as product satisfaction, emotional attachment, and brand preference. Results: The results show that male consumers have higher loyalty to the Nike brand than females. Independent t-tests confirmed a significant difference in loyalty levels between genders, with p-values below 0.05. These findings are in line with previous research showing that male consumers tend to form stronger brand loyalty through emotional attachment and product satisfaction, whereas female consumers show more variability in brand preference.
