Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance with work ethics as moderation variable. This research was conducted on Bankaltimtara Balikpapan employees with a total of 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is the total sampling technique. Using a quantitative approach. Regression analysis and the SPSS 25 program are used as the data analysis technique. The results of this study showed that organizational commitment has a very high scale range, work ethic has a very high scale range, and employee performance has a high scale range. The results showed that there was no significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance. Work ethic is able to moderate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, employee performance, job crafting and whether job crafting is able to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted on bank employees with 113 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability technique. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the statistical t test, Sobel test, and the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study show organizational commitment shows high results, employee performance shows high results, and job crafting shows high results. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on job crafting, job crafting has a significant effect on employee performance, and job crafting mediates organizational commitment on employee performance. The higher the level of application of job crafting, the greater the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of quality of work life, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and whether organizational citizenship behavior is able to act as a link or mediate the influence of quality of work life on job satisfaction of employees at PG installations. Djoekir Jombang. This research was conducted on employees of the PG installation section. Tjoekir Jombang with 58 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this research used total sampling. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use path analysis, statistical t test, Sobel test and the SPSS 25 program. From the research results it can be concluded quality of work life shows good results, job satisfaction shows satisfied results, organizational citizenship behavior shows high results, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior mediates the effect of quality of work life on employee job satisfaction. The higher the organizational citizenship behavior, the greater the influence of quality of work life on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to study how Employee Performance is affected by Transformational Leadership using Readiness to Change as a mediator. The method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS), and it includes 54 employees of PT Bank BRI KC Malang Kawi. This research reveals that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and also shows a significant positive correlation with readiness to change. Apart from that, Readiness to Change has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Readiness to Change is also a full mediator in the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The implementation of Corporate Governance (CG) in managing social and environmental risks is a strategic step aimed at creating responsible, transparent, and sustainable company operations. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Governance principles at PT Fajar Sakti Prima, especially in managing social and environmental risks. The CG principles applied include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. This implementation is realized through the establishment of a governance structure, the implementation of policies based on international standards (ISO 14001 and SMK3), and stakeholder engagement. The results of the study show that PT Fajar Sakti Prima has adopted a social and environmental risk management policy that is integrated with the principles of Corporate Governance. The company has formed a Governance and Risk Committee, as well as a special social and environmental management division that is directly responsible to the board of directors and board of commissioners. The environmental management strategy is carried out through post-mining land reclamation activities, waste management, and carbon emission control. Meanwhile, social risk management focuses on the management of indigenous peoples' rights, community participation in decision-making, and community empowerment through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
