Abstract

Putusan Isbat cerai akan menimbulkan dampak atau akibat hukum dan berimplikasi pada hak pasca penceraian. Oleh karena itu putusan isbat cerai harus memerhatikan tiga cita hukum. Namun terdapat legal gab dimana dalam putusan isbat cerai Pengadilan Agama Situbondo nampaknya tidak memerhatikan cita hukum yang harus diperhatikan dalam putusan hakim sebagai produk hukum. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong hukum normatif (normative legal research) dengan pendekatan penelitian Perundang-Undangan (Statute Approach) dan Pendekatan kasus (Case Approach). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum hakim (ratio decidendi) pada Pengadilan Agama Jember terhadap putusan isbat cerai, termasuk kesesuaian dengan cinta hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, dalam putusan 596/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Sit mejelis hakim menolak seluruh gugatan Penggugat karena itu cita hukum pada putusan ini lebih menekan pada aspek kepastian hukum dan tidak mengakomodir dua cita hukumnya yakni keadilan dan kemanfaatan hukum. Dalam putusan 1158/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Sit dan putusan 1576/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Sit mejelis hakim mengabulkan seluruh permohonan isbat cerai pemohon. Tiga cita hukum, keadilan kepastian dan kemanfaatan sudah terimplimentasi. Hanya jika dalam putusan 1158/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Sit majelis hakim memutuskan nafkah anak maka putusannya jauh lebih implimentatif mengakomodir cita hukum. Implikasi dari putusan tersebut adalah istri sebagai pihak Penggugat tidak mendapatkan hak-haknya pasca penceraian. Implikasi hukum lainnya seperti dalam putusan 1158/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Sit tidak memutus nafkah anak. Implikasinya tidak menimbulkan kepastian hukum bagi nafkah anak pasca penceraian.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jayapura play a crucial role in local economic growth and job creation but continue to face challenges in implementing effective branding designs as part of their marketing strategies. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of digital branding design training using the Canva application in enhancing the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Jayapura to create appealing and professional visual content. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys of training participants to measure their satisfaction levels and comprehension of the material provided. The study results indicate that most participants were very satisfied (45%) and satisfied (35%) with the training, while 10% were neutral, and only 10% were less satisfied or dissatisfied. The training positively impacted participants' abilities to design branding content relevant to the needs of the digital market, potentially increasing the appeal of Jayapura MSME products in an increasingly competitive market. The findings highlight the importance of continuous training for MSMEs to strengthen digital marketing strategies and support local economic growth and competitiveness. In conclusion, branding design training using Canva has proven to be an effective solution to help Jayapura MSMEs create attractive visual content, enhance branding skills, and support digital marketing efforts.

Abstract

The equitable distribution of essential goods in Indonesia’s remote and archipelagic regions faces significant logistical challenges, primarily due to geographical complexity, limited transportation infrastructure, and unpredictable weather conditions. This study adopts the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) model to optimize inter-island aid distribution routes, with delivery locations modeled as a complete weighted graph. Inter-location distances are calculated using the Haversine formula based on actual geographical coordinates. The Path Cheapest Arc heuristic algorithm, implemented via Google OR-Tools, is employed to efficiently generate near-optimal routes. The optimization results show a reduction in travel distance by 22.7% (from 256.7 km to 198.4 km), accompanied by a decrease in estimated travel time from 10.27 hours to 7.94 hours, and a reduction in fuel consumption from 102.7 liters to 79.4 liters. These findings empirically demonstrate that TSP optimization can significantly reduce travel distance and distribution time in the context of maritime logistics. The integration of graph theory, optimization algorithms, and interactive route visualization not only enhances computational efficiency but also provides practical benefits for policymakers in the public sector. This methodological framework has the potential to be replicated for distribution scenarios in other remote regions, while also strengthening data-driven decision-making in governmental logistics planning.
