Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction melalui online shopping habbit pada tiket bioskop pengguna aplikasi TIX-ID. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel independen yaitu perceived ease of use dan perceived value dan satu variabel dependen yaitu customer satisfaction serta online shopping habbit sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yaitu pengguna TIX-ID yang membeli tiket bioskop di kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh: a) terdapat pengaruh signifikan perceived ease of use terhadap online shopping habbit, b) terdapat  pengaruh signifikan perceived value terhadap online shopping habbit, c) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan perceived ease of use terhadap customer satisfaction, d) terdapat pengaruh signifikan perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction, e) terdapat pengaruh signifikan online shopping habbit terhadap customer satisfaction, f) online shopping habbit dapat memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap customer satisfaction g) online shopping habbit dapat memediasi pengaruh perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Technology has become an integral part of daily life, including the field of education, where it provides broad access to information and resources. This study aims to examine the implementation of technology-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which is equivalent to Islamic Education, at SMAN 1 Bojonegoro. Utilizing a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to ensure the validity of the information. The research subjects included PAI teachers and selected students from SMAN 1 Bojonegoro. The findings show that the implementation of technology-based PAI learning, using platforms such as Quizizz, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Classroom, has proven to be effective. Students demonstrated more active and engaging interaction, which in turn enhanced their understanding of PAI materials. These findings indicate that integrating technology into PAI learning can provide significant benefits to the teaching and learning process.
