Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Rasio Profitabilitas dalam mengukur Pertumbuhan Laba pada CV. Megah Jaza Mulia. Data yang di gunakan yaitu data Kuantitatif berupa Laporan Keuangan dari tahun 2020-2022. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan Rasio Profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas dari rata- rata tahun 2020-2022 menunjukan Return On Equity (ROE) mendapat hasil 21,00% artinya perusahaan mampu dalam mengukur pertumbuhan laba dengan rasio profitabilitas karena perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan dan dalam keadaan baik. Akan tetapi masih dikategorikan dalam keadaan kurang baik, karena laba yang di hasilkan oleh perusahaan kurang efektif dalam pengendalian biaya yang berdampak pada Return On Invesment (ROI) sebesar 2,00%, Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebesar -70,00%, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) sebesar 12,00% tidak mampu mengukur pertumbuhan laba dan masih berada jauh dibawah standar rasio rata-rata industri profitabilitas. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan belum mempu mengelolah keuangannya secara efektif, hal ini juga menunjukan bahwa kondisi keuangan CV. Megah Jaza Mulia di nilai berdasarkan rasio-rasio profitabilitas masih kurang baik dan dapat berpengaruh dalam pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of green marketing strategy and brand on consumer perception, with customer trust as an intervening variable, specifically for Lee Minerale products. In an era where environmental awareness is increasing, consumers tend to choose products that apply sustainability principles. Green marketing has become one of the key strategies for companies to attract environmentally conscious consumers, but its effectiveness is greatly influenced by the trust built with consumers. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and involves a random sample of Lee Minerale consumers. The results indicate that the brand has a significant and strong influence on green marketing and customer trust, making it the most influential variable in the model. This suggests that a strong brand image plays a crucial role in shaping a positive perception of green marketing strategies and in enhancing customer trust. On the other hand, consumer perception did not show a significant effect on either green marketing or customer trust, indicating that individual perceptions of the product are not strong enough to significantly influence green marketing strategies or customer trust. Additionally, customer trust in green marketing approaches significance, but its effect remains weak. This suggests that although customer trust slightly influences perceptions of green marketing, its statistical effect is not strong enough. Overall, these results emphasize the importance of brand strategy in reinforcing perceptions of green marketing and building customer trust. Therefore, companies are advised to focus on improving their brand image to achieve success in green marketing strategies. These findings provide insights for companies looking to optimize green marketing strategies by leveraging brand strength as a key factor.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan dan Pelatihan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai sebanyak 100 pegawai dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai berdasarkan hasil uji T karena hasil t hitung -0,270 <  t tabel 1,991 serta nilai sig 0,788 > 0,05 (2) pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai berdasarkan hasil uji T karena hasil t hitung 6,608 > t tabel 1,991 serta nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 (3) kepemimpinan dan pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada hasil uji F dimana nilai f hitung 53,529 > f tabel 3,11 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05.   Leadership and Training play an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and training on employee performance at the Directorate General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development of the Ministry of Manpower. This research method uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is all employees as many as 100 employees and the research sample is 80 people determined using the slovin formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are (1) leadership has no effect on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the results of t count -0.270 < t table 1.991 and the sig value of 0.788 > 0.05 (2) training has an effect on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the results of t calculation 6.608 > t table 1.991 and the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 (3) leadership and training together affect employee performance in the results of the F test where the f value is calculated 53.529 > f table 3.11 and the sig value is 0, 000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues has driven companies to adopt sustainable strategies in product development. This study aims to explore the influence of Green Packaging and Green Product on the purchase decisions of Lee Minerale products, with Environmental Awareness as an intervening variable mediating the relationship. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using a questionnaire survey, with respondents being consumers of Lee Minerale. The sample size used consists of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). The results of the outer model test indicate that all constructs meet the criteria for validity and reliability, with adequate loading factors, AVE, and Composite Reliability. The inner model results show that Green Product has a significant influence on both Purchase Decision and Environmental Awareness, while Green Packaging significantly influences Environmental Awareness but does not directly affect Purchase Decision. Furthermore, Environmental Awareness is proven to be a significant mediator that strengthens the influence of Green Packaging and Green Product on Purchase Decision. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating sustainability practices into marketing strategies to enhance consumer purchase decisions. As a practical implication, companies are advised to strengthen the communication of sustainability values to consumers in order to increase competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas pengukuran yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 rasio Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return On Asset (ROA). Laporan keuangan yang diteliti diambil dari perusahaan sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif non-statistik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Probability/Random Sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 20 Perusahaan dengan 6 sektor perusahaan. Teknik analisis penelitian ini dengan mengunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan dengan rasio profitabilitas perusahaan dengan perbandingan standar industri rasio profitabilitas dengan nilai NPM yang tinggi PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (31%), dan PT Jamu Sido Muncul Tbk (28%). Nilai GPM yang tinggi/ memenuhi standar adalah PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (70%) dan PT Jamu Sido Muncul (55%) dan 12 Perusahaan lainnya. Nilai ROE yang tinggi/ memenuhi standar adalah PT Unilever Indonesia dan Nilai ROA yang tinggi/ memenuhi standar adalah PT Unilever. Sehingga disimpulkan dari keseluruhan perusahaan yang memenuhi standart industri berada diatas rata rata adalah PT Delta Djakarta Tbk, PT Jamu Sidomuncul dan PT Unilever.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work stress on employee work discipline at the National Committee for Islamic Economics and Finance (KNEKS). Work Environment and Work Stress have an important role in work discipline. The method used is quantitative with a statistical approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS 27 software. The results of this study are (1) the work environment has a positive but not significant influence on work discipline based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.051 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.011 > t table 1.682, so it can be concluded that Ho1 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected (2) Work stress has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 5.019 > 1.682, so it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected Ha2 is accepted, (3) The work environment and work stress together have a positive and significant influence on work discipline.
