Abstract

This article describes millennial Pancasila discourse. Discourse on Pancasila is often combined with discourse on The New Order, ideology politicization, partisan ideology, practical political objectives, and other political discourses. The Pancasila animates citizenship discourse on life, ideology, and state. The discourse on Pancasila has a discursive dynamic that suggests discussion, from power parties using it for political propaganda to its alienation in social life, especially among the millennial age. The article uses Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) method to analyze big data from Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram hashtags for #Pancasila and #Millennial, scientific discourse in journals, and informants. MediaToolKit was used to mine besides informants from Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua provided discourses and narratives. This research explores the Pancasila discourse among the millennial age and a novel technique of ideological penetration called "penetration without a label (Pental)" to internalize Pancasila philosophy

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the quality of life of the elderly in Tanjungpinang City through a preliminary study approach. The quality of life for the elderly has become increasingly important in the context of global population aging. A qualitative research method was used, with data collection conducted through a literature review. The results of the literature review were visualized using R-Studio to produce comprehensive assessment review data. The study results show that the quality of life of the elderly in Tanjungpinang City is influenced by various factors. Social factors, such as family support and social interaction, significantly impact their quality of life. Additionally, health aspects also play a crucial role, including accessibility to healthcare services and their physical condition. The study also identifies challenges faced by the elderly in maintaining their quality of life. Some challenges include mobility limitations, chronic health issues, and limited access to social and healthcare services. Economic factors are also a consideration, especially for the elderly living in economically unstable conditions. Family support has a significant impact on the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the elderly. Emotional support from family, such as love and care, has been proven to enhance the happiness and life satisfaction of the elderly. Moreover, assistance with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and mobility, is vital in maintaining their physical health. The role of family is also evident in the social aspect, where regular and positive interactions between the elderly and family members can prevent feelings of loneliness and social isolation. This study finds that families providing comprehensive support tend to help the elderly achieve a better quality of life. However, challenges such as limited time and resources are also identified as obstacles in elderly care by families.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is now growing so fast in all aspects of human life, including aspects of Government. So important and strategic is the existence of technology in the midst of the current era of disruption that ultimately brings demands for the need for digital transformation at all levels of Government, both at the Central, Regional and Village levels. Digital transformation in the Government sector is not easy, let alone the Village Government level. There are many challenges that must be overcome to move towards a fundamental change process in the use of technological instruments for government, ranging from human resources, policy support, budget, technology infrastructure and most importantly political commitment. To realise this, digital leadership skills are needed for all village government officials from the leadership level to the executor. Digital leadership is currently needed because a leader and existing apparatus are required to have the ability to respond to and understand the development of technology and information that is accelerating so quickly. The FISIP UB Internal Community Service activity entitled Strengthening the Capacity of Digital Leadership for the Sumberejo Village Government Apparatus, Madiun District, Madiun Regency is a community service activity designed with the aim of increasing the competence and ability of digital leadership in leaders, village officials and digital cadres in the village, encouraging efforts to accelerate digital transformation in the village by maximising the potential of existing human resources in the village and increasing community participation in development processes and creating innovations based on digital technology at the village level. This article is the result of community service activities carried out through 3 stages, namely first, the preparation stage which includes target mapping activities as well as presenters of community service activities focused on all village officials and digital cadres in the village. second, the socialisation stage in order to equalise perceptions and ensure that the target group as workshop participants have digital awareness and a clear understanding of the purpose, content, and benefits of this activity.
