Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership style that has an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Regional Financial and Asset Agencies of Maros Regency and to analyze the work environment that has an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in Regional Financial and Asset Agencies Mars County. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. A sample of 60 respondents. The respondent is a permanent employee/state civil apparatus of the Maros Regency Regional Finance and Assets Agency. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and path analysis using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 24. The results showed that leadership style and work environment have a direct influence on employee performance through conflict that occurred in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency, and there was an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occurred in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency. This shows that when the leadership style and work environment are high, the employee's performance will increase and vice versa. The results of the study show that leadership style and work environment have a direct influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Maros Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency, and there is an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency . This shows that when the leadership style and work environment are high, the employee's performance will increase and vice versa. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload on the performance of employees of PT.Angkasa Pura I Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar Accident Relief and Fire Fighting Unit. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. So the number of samples in this study was 77 people. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, communication or direct interviews with employees of the Aviation Accident Relief and Fire Brigade/PKP-PK units who can provide information related to the problems to be discussed. The research results show that workload has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Suracojaya Abadimotor Cabang Maros. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner survei yang dibagikan kepada karyawan di Cabang Maros. Kuesioner terdiri dari pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan produktivitas karyawan. Sebanyak 150 karyawan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik seperti analisis regresi. Temuan Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, yang ditandai dengan faktor-faktor seperti kenyamanan fisik, keamanan, dan dukungan organisasi, ditemukan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga ditemukan memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Karyawan yang termotivasi oleh faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, seperti pengakuan, penghargaan, dan kesempatan untuk berkembang, menunjukkan tingkat produktivitas yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan menumbuhkan motivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan tingkat produktivitas.  Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Produktivitas Karyawan.
