Abstract

Through the brand would enhance consumer purchasing decision making process and also the consumer will be easy to differentiate the products they buy with the other competitors' products. This is an action must be able to be realized by the company mainly engaged in the sale through online sites such as the sale of gadgets. This study aims to determine the effect of privacy, brand name, word of mouth on brand trust and brand commitment in buying gadgets online at Surabaya. The population in this study all the people in Surabaya gadget ever buy products online. Sampling techniques in the study were non probability sampling using purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a non-probability sampling technique in which sample selection is based on certain considerations that the respondents who have bought products online gadget in Surabaya. Analyze technique using structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on the calculation results obtained that the Privacy influence on the purchase of brand trust online gadget in Surabaya. Brand name influence on brand trust in purchasing on-line gadget in Surabaya. Word of mouth effect on brand trust in purchasing on-line gadget in Surabaya. Brand trust affects brand commitment in an online purchase in Surabaya

Abstract

AbstrakMorfologi merupakan kajian linguistik dalam bahasa. Dalam morfologi terdapat reduplikasi yangmerupakan bentuk pengulangan kata. Reduplikasi dalam bahasa Jepang disebut juufuku sedangkan reduplikasidalam bahasa Jawa disebut tembung rangkep. Reduplikasi bahasa Jepang terdapat dua klasifikasi yaitu gokan nojuufuku (reduplikasi penuh) dan gokan no juufuku to setsuji (reduplikasi penuh dan imbuhan). Sedangkan dalambahasa Jawa reduplikasi terbagi menjadi empat macam. Yaitu, reduplikasi penuh, reuplikasi bervariasi bunyi,redupliksi parsial, reduplikasi parsial bervariasi bunyi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kontrastif untukmengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan reduplikasi dari bahasa Jepang dan bahasa Jawa.Penelitian ini terdapat tiga rumusan masalah yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk reduplikasi bahasaJepang dan bahasa Jawa, untuk mendeskripsikan proses reduplikasi bahasa Jepang dan bahasa Jawa, yangterakhir adalah untuk mendeskripsikan persamaan dan perbedaan dalam reduplikasi bahasa Jepang dan bahasaJawa. Rumusan masalah pertama dan ke dua menggunakan teori koizumi dan norimitsu sedangkan untukreduplikasi bahasa Jawa menggunakan teori Sudaryanto. Rumusan masalah ke tiga berdasarkan teori analisiskontrastif Suzuki (1089:61). Sumber data reduplikasi bahasa Jepang diperoleh dari majalah kazi, niponika, karinodan yourei. Sedangkan reduplikasi bahasa Jawa diperoleh dari majalah panjebar semangat. Reduplikasi bahasaJepang diperoleh 40 data, 32 data adalah gokan no juufuku dan 8 data gokan no juufuku to setsuji. datareduplikasi bahasa Jawa diperoleh 40 data. 12 data merupakan data reduplikasi penuh, 12 data reduplikasibervariasi bunyi, 12 reduplikasi parsial, dan 4 data lainnya adalah reduplikasi parsial bervariasi bunyi.Persamaan dan perbedaaan reduplikasi bahasa Jepang dan bahasa Jawa adalah gokan no juufuku sama denganreduplikasi penuh dan reduplikasi parsial, gokan no juufuku to setsuji dengan reduplikasi parsial dan reduplikasiparsial bervariasi bunyi.Kata Kunci: Morfologi, Reduplikasi, Analisis kontrastif.AbstractMorphology is linguistic study of language. In Morphology there is reduplicate, which in form ofrepeating the word. Reduplicate in Japanese language is Juufuku while in Javanese language is tembung rangkep.Japanese Reduplicate has two classifications namely gokan no jufuku (fully reduplicate) and gokan no juufuku tosetsuji (fully reduplicate and remuneration). While in Javanese language divided into four types. Which is, fullyreduplicate, variate-sound reduplicate, partial reduplicate, partial variate-sound reduplicate. In this study usingcontrastive analysis to find the similarities and the differences reduplication from Japanese language andJavanese language.This study have three research questions that is to describe the form of Japanese and Javanesereduplication, to describe the process of Japanese and Javanese reduplication, and the last is to describe thesimilarities and the differences Japanese and Javanese reduplication. The first and second research questionusing Koizumi`s and Norimitsu`s theories while for Javanese reduplication using Sudaryanto`s theory. The thirdresearch question base of contrastive analysis theory by Suzuki (1089:61). The data source Japanese languagereduplication obtained from Kazi magazine, Niponika magazine, Karino magazine, and Yourei. While Javaneselanguage reduplication obtained from Panjebar Semangat magazine. Japanese reduplicate language obtainedforty data, thirty-two data is gokan no jufuku and 8 data gokan no juufuku to setsuji. Javanese languagereduplicate obtained forty data. Twelve data is fully reduplicate, twelve data is variate-sound reduplicate, twelvedata is partly reduplicate, and the other 4 data is partly variate-sound reduplicate. The similarities and thedifferences Japanese language and Javanese language reduplication is gokan no juufuku is same as fully andpartial reduplication, gokan no juufuku to setsuji with partial reduplicate and partial variate-sound reduplicate.Keywords: Morphology, Reduplicate, Contrastive Analysis.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of PT. Citibank Indonesia employer branding with organizational attractiveness. The organizational attractiveness that is studied in this paper are divided into two category, such as instrumental attribute and symbolic attribute. These attributes are tested further by examining the workforces’ gender and level of education. Research data is obtained through surveys, literature study, and observation. To test the hypothesis, this study uses bivariate chi square and descriptive quantitative method. Samples consist of 94 workforces which are students from three universities (Universitas Hasanuddin, Universitas Negeri Makassar, and Universitas Muslim Indonesia) in Makassar, South Sulawesi. Research shows that PT. Citibank Indonesia employer branding which consists of two organizational attractiveness (instrumental attribute and symbolic attribute) have a significant effect to attract workforce in Makassar (by gender and level of education).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life yang terdiri dari variabel lingkungan kerja, partisipasi, sistem imbalan, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pelayanan kesehatan karyawan Rumah Sakit serta untuk menguji variabel paling dominan memengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah cross sectional, untuk menganalisis digunakan analisis chi square dan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara lingkungan kerja (p=0,001), sistem imbalan (p=0,024), pengembangan karir (p=0,017) dengan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan karyawan, sedangkan pada variabel partisipasi (p=0,055) tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pelayanan kesahatan karyawan RS Unhas. Dari hasil analisisregresi diperoleh persamaaan regresi ketiga variabel, yakni lingkungan kerja, sistem imbalan dan pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pelayanan kesehatan karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar, variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Makassar adalah lingkungan kerja, hal ini dikarenakan lingkungan kerja yang baik, suasana yang positif, metode kerja yang teratur, komunikasi yang baik antar karyawanakan meningkatkan kinerja Rumah Sakit Universitas Hasanuddin di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Family planning extension officers (PKB) is an asset of human resources that will determine the success of the management of the programme at the level of field lines KB. This research aims to find out and analyze between individual characteristics, competencies, and an influential work environment more dominant performance against the extension officers KKBPK Mamuju Regency. The design of the research uses descriptive analistis approach (analytical descriptive approach) quantitatively. The population in this research is the extension officers KKBPK-KB Office of population and Control KB Mamuju Regency totaled 40 people extension officers of KKBPK. The samples will be used in this research is 40 power extension officers KB Mamuju Regency. The technique of data collection is done using interviews, observation, Questionnaire, and documentation. The results showed that individual Characteristics, competencies, and simultaneously working environment positive and significant effect on performance extension officers KB in Mamuju Regency. Competence is more dominant in affecting the performance of extension officers KB in Mamuju Regency with the value of the component's largest beta 0567. While the individual karasteristik and the respective working environment of 0.253 and 0.196.

Abstract

This study aims to determine financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior. All respondents who were sampled in this study were young entrepreneurs who started a business from the beginning as many as 85 respondents, taking samples using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data is processed using Warp-Pls 7.0 based on multiple regression. Financial self-efficacy and financial knowledge have a positive and significant contribution to financial management Behavior for young entrepreneurs. The results of this study have managerial implications that the government's attention is essential in providing facilities and infrastructure, favorable regulations for SMEs by creating an excellent entrepreneurial climate and facilitating the adoption of information technology so that SMEs can be technology literate. In addition, the relevant government, in this case for SME entrepreneurs' existence helps the government to succeed in development, especially in the economic field, and reduce unemployment. Based on our study states financial self-efficacy and financial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior for young entrepreneurs. Both, play a vital role in helping to build confidence in financial planning and management knowledge, understanding, and being able to overcome all business risks to achieve the expected success.

Abstract

The development and improvement of the quality of the company's human resource management will have implications for improving the performance and performance of employees. Human resource management influences employee performance through creating value or using human resource expertise related to broadly targeted management practices. What is the relationship between leadership, distributive justice, great of work lifestyles on employee performance? There are nevertheless few researchers who discover this query. This study ambitions to have a look at the effect of (i) leadership has a enormous impact on employee overall performance; (ii) distributive justice has a large impact on worker overall performance; (iii) great of labor life has a great impact on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Port of Indonesia (Persero) Container Terminal, Makassar Branch. The type of data to be used in this study is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of the Indonesian Port Container Terminal (Persero) Makassar Branch. The population of this study consisted of 71 permanent (organic) employees, while 329 outsourced employees. Determination of the number of samples as many as 148 respondents. This study uses a survey method in data collection. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis and different test. The results of the study show that the variables of leadership, distributive justice, and quality of work life have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Batik is a characteristic of Indonesian culture that has great economic potential for Indonesia. However, the large number of Batik business actors in Pekalongan City shows competition. To be able to survive and thrive, proper analysis is needed to find out the right strategy to face competitors. The determination of the strategy of Agifa Batik MSMEs using SWOT Analysis which is classified with IFE and EFE matrices to find out the internal factor score is 2.7 and the external factor is 2.4 which means that the position of Agifa Batik MSMEs is in a developing position. From the SWOT analysis, Agifa Batik MSMEs can take advantage of their strengths and opportunities into a stronger strategy and existing weaknesses and threats can be overcome by looking at the opportunities they have.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze leadership style that has an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Regional Financial and Asset Agencies of Maros Regency and to analyze the work environment that has an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in Regional Financial and Asset Agencies Mars County. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. A sample of 60 respondents. The respondent is a permanent employee/state civil apparatus of the Maros Regency Regional Finance and Assets Agency. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and path analysis using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) version 24. The results showed that leadership style and work environment have a direct influence on employee performance through conflict that occurred in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency, and there was an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occurred in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency. This shows that when the leadership style and work environment are high, the employee's performance will increase and vice versa. The results of the study show that leadership style and work environment have a direct influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Maros Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency, and there is an indirect influence on employee performance through conflicts that occur in the Maros Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency . Abstract

Developing educational tools to increase students' interest in learning is something that is difficult to realize in the world of education. The aim of writing this article is to identify the role of educational tools in stimulating students' interest in learning and provide views on strategies for developing effective educational tools. In this context, educational tools include a variety of resources such as educational software, learning games, textbooks, and other interactive media. Students' learning interest is a key factor in a sustainable learning process and has an impact on academic achievement. The article writing method used involves literature analysis to evaluate the best approach in designing educational tools that motivate and attract students. The findings of this research indicate that attractive educational tools need to consider various factors, including the diversity of students' learning styles, active involvement, connection to the real world, as well as a playful and exploratory approach. The results of this research provide practical guidance for educators, curriculum developers, and educational tool designers to design educational products that are more effective in increasing students' interest in learning. By understanding the importance of motivating and engaging educational tools, it can be hoped that increasing interest in learning will encourage better academic achievement and create a more dynamic and satisfying learning environment for students.
