Abstract

Over the year the marketing world has turn into a massive change, it is mostly caused by more consumers did the buying activity merely not due to their needs of the products but instead of their wants, while some others did buy as an escape of stress or anxiety feeling, not to mention the existence of more stores, more products, more influencer has major impact to the buying behavior of a customer. This research aims to investigate the relation of this so called self-presentation and compulsive buying, as mention earlier customers buying activity has change, it was no longer needs instead it became habit that can lead to abruption or addicted behavior. One of many addicted behavior is compulsive buying. This research applied multiple regression as an analytical tool as an attempt to measure the relation between self-presentation and compulsive buying. Self-presentation is a way of people to present their self to others, some people present their true self while some use a perfect persona, self-presentation proved has a relation with compulsive buying, but only one dimension out of two proved has significant effect toward compulsive buying. Self presentation has two dimension which are protective style and acquisitive style, the protective style proved has no significant effect toward compulsive buying while acquisitive style prove has significant effect toward compulsive buying.

Abstract

Abstrak Kebijakan physical distancing yang digalakkan oleh World Health Organization (WHO) telah menginspirasi konsumen untuk melakukan aktivitas tanpa bersentuhan, antara lain: transaksi pembayaran. Orang-orang khawatir bahwa virus COVID-19 dapat ditularkan melalui uang fisik. Ini mendorong mereka untuk beralih ke e-wallet. Karena kurangnya mempelajari topik ini. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengguna e-wallet dan belum ada yang spesifik meneliti terkait risiko COVID-19 di Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan memeriksa efek dari risiko yang dirasakan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan sehingga berniat untuk menggunakan e-wallet selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Kajian ini merupakan kajian dengan metode survei dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kuesioner adalah dibagikan kepada responden pengguna e-wallet di kota Makassar. Data dianalisi menggunakan teknik analisi SEM Smart PLS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek persepsi risiko terkena COVID-19 terhadap niat menggunakan e-wallet. Selain itu, manfaat yang dirasakan sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan risiko terkena COVID-19 terhadap niat untuk menggunakan e-wallet. Penelitian ini hanya menangkap niat untuk menggunakan e-wallet selama pandemi COVID-19. Kata Kunci: Risiko Covid 19; Kegunaan; Niat. Abstract The physical distancing policy promoted by the World Health Organization (WHO) has inspired consumers to carry out activities without touching, including: payment transactions. People are worried that the COVID-19 virus can be transmitted through physical money. This encourages them to switch to e-wallet. For lack of studying this topic. This study focuses on e-wallet users and there is no specific research related to the risk of COVID-19 in Makassar. This study aims to examine the effects of perceived risk and perceived usefulness by customers who intend to use e-wallet during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a study using survey methods and quantitative approaches. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents using e-wallet in Makassar city. The data were analyzed using the SEM Smart PLS analysis technique. The results show that there is an effect of perceived risk of being exposed to COVID-19 on intentions to use e-wallet. In addition, the perceived benefits fully mediate the relationship of the risk of contracting COVID-19 to the intention to use e-wallet. This study only captures the intention to use e-wallet during the COVID-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid 18 risk; utility; intention.

Abstract

This research is determine to find effect of self-discrepancy and money attitude toward the tendency of compulsive buying It was included 220 Indonesian consumer as respondent by using questionnaire to collect data from the respondent at least we reach 213 valid questionnaire that can be used in this research. The multiple regression was used as an anlytical tool in attempt to determine the direct effect between self-discrepancy and money attitude toward compulsive buying tendency.Self discrepancy proved doesn't have significant effect toward compulsive buying tendency as with the power prestige dimension of sikap terhadap uang. But distrust dimension otherwise have had positive and significant effect toward compulsive buying tendency which is totally different with the previous study which found negative and significant effect. And for the anxiety dimension of sikap terhadap uang found to be positive and significant toward compulsive buying tendency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Interveing (Studi Kasus pada UPTD Puskesmas Maros Baru). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji instrument (Validitas dan Reliabilitas) uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur dengan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai signifikan uji Kolmogrov-Smimmov yaitu 0,231 lebih besar dari 0,05 yang berarti bahwa signifikan residualnya berdistribusi normal kemudian Nilai signifikan (p-Value) semua variabel independen > 0,05 maka Ho diterima yang artinya varian residual homogen (tidak terjadi kasus heteroskedastisitas), adapun hasil uji analisis jalur pada pengaruh langsung Pengaruh variabel stres kerja (X1) terhadap komitmen organisasi (Z) X1 ke Z = 0,351, Pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi X2 Ke Z =0,465, Pengaruh variabel stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai X1 ke Y = -0,099, Pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai X2 Ke Y = 0,190, Pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Z Ke Y= 0,357, adapaun pengaruh tidak langsung Pengaruuh variabel stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Melalui Komitmen Organisasi X1 keY ke Z = -0,099 x 0,357 = -0,035, Pengaruh variabel kepuasan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi X2 Ke Y ke Z = 0,190 x 0,357 = 0,067.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak keberadaan transportasi online terhadap pendapatan pengemudi transportasi Koperasi Taksi Bandar Udara Sultan Hasanuddin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengemudi transportasi Kopsidara yang dalam pemilihan informannya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga mendapatkan jumlah 20 informan. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan dalam teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman, yaitu dengan tahapan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan transportasi online memberikan dampak terhadap pendapatan pengemudi transportasi Koperasi Taksi Bandar Udara Sultan Hasanuddin, dimana rata-rata pendapatan sebelum adanya transportasi online adalah Rp 700.000 – Rp 800.000 rupiah per harinya. Namun setelah adanya keberadaan transportasi online, menurun hingga paling banyak sebesar Rp 150.000 – Rp 250.000 rupiah perharinya. Bahkan terkadang dalam satu hari tidak mendapatkan pendapatan sama sekali. Hal ini dikarenakan berkurangnya jumlah penumpang yang didapatkan oleh pengemudi transportasi Kopsidara setelah adanya keberadaan transportasi online. Selain pendapatan yang menurun, sejak munculnya transportasi online di bandara Sultan Hasanuddin, tingkat persaingan antar sesama taksi di bandara kini semakin tinggi, tingkat kesejahteraan para pengemudi Kopsidara atapun pengemudi transportasi konvensional bandara yang lain semakin menurun, terjadinya perubahan sistem atau peraturan perusahaan, dan terjadinya perubahan kondisi, yang dulunya aman, namun sekarang menjadi tidak kondusif.

Abstract

Financial attitude is an important component in financial literacy. This study aims to develop and validate student financial attitude instruments. This study involved 50 participants and this was in accordance with the number of samples using the Rasch model analysis. Financial attitudes are measured from the dimensions of controlling monthly expenses, setting financial targets for the future, saving money (saving) every month, how to manage money, having and following a monthly spending plan, filling balances on e-money (eg ovo, go-pay, paytren). ), compare deals, stay within the available budget or budget and invest regularly. The results showed that the dimensions related to the attitude of investing regularly in the context of students need to be removed because it is not in accordance with the misfit order, namely the value is outside the range of values of MNSQ, OUT.ZSTD and Point Correlation Measurement.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to explain the effect of entrepreneurship orientation and innovation in improving the performance and competitiveness of creative industries in Maros Regency. The primary data used in this study were collected by using questionnaires. The data is then processed in the form of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the analysis, it is found that the orientation of entrepreneurship which is reflected by the activities of research and development activities, technological leadership, and innovation will be able to improve the performance and competitiveness of creative industry. Performance as measured by the company's ability to increase sales will be able to create competitiveness. The study also found an insignificant effect between innovation with competitiveness and performance with competitiveness

Abstract

This research aims to measure the implementation of environmentally friendly human resource management. The role of environmentally friendly human resource management in sustainable performance which includes environmentally friendly lighting which currently does not use physical documents in this process, work management and completion in the process has minimized the use of paper because in the current era digitalization is used. , as well as in the training process in research. The research method used is this research uses qualitative descriptive research. This research design was carried out by collecting secondary data to review several journals and publications related to the objectives of this research. The research results show the success of an organization in implementing environmentally friendly human resource management based on Riveuw literature which can be implemented with a Green Recruitment and Selection program, apart from that there is Green Training and Development as well as a Green Performance Management program and finally the Green Reward and Compensation program..

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use and quality of service interactions on e-wallet consumer satisfaction and loyalty in South Sulawesi Province. By involving 100 e-wallet user respondents selected through a non-probability sampling technique, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that ease of use has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while the quality of service interaction has no significant effect. In addition, consumer satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of ease of use on loyalty, but does not mediate the effect of service interaction quality on loyalty. The contribution of independent variables to consumer satisfaction and loyalty is proven to be significant based on the results of data analysis. These findings confirm that ease of use is the main factor influencing satisfaction and loyalty of e-wallet users in South Sulawesi Province, while the quality of service interactions does not have a significant influence. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of e-wallet providers continuing to improve the ease of use of applications in order to increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This research also provides new insights regarding the determining factors of e-wallet user loyalty in Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan dan kualitas interaksi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen e-wallet di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan melibatkan 100 responden pengguna e-wallet yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probability sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan kualitas interaksi pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan konsumen terbukti memediasi pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan terhadap loyalitas, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas interaksi pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. Kontribusi variabel-variabel independen terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas terbukti signifikan berdasarkan hasil analisis data. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna e-wallet di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sedangkan kualitas interaksi pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penyedia e-wallet untuk terus meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan baru terkait faktor-faktor penentu loyalitas pengguna e-wallet di Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengendalian biaya operasional pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebagai data yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik dan kondisi aktual suatu objek penelitian, data kuantitatif bersumber dari laporan keuangan dan laporan anggaran Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Pangkep, dan data kualitatif berupa gambaran perusahaan. Biaya operasi adalah variabel yang digunakan. Metode observasi dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh atau pengumpulan data. Rasio efektivitas digunakan dalam metodologi penelitian ini atau alat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian biaya operasional pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Pangkep sudah sangat efektif dengan pertumbuhan yang bersifat fluktuatif. Namun, realisasi biaya operasional lebih tinggi dari anggaran yang ditetapkan karena adanya angka realisasi pada beberapa komponen biaya operasional seperti biaya pegawai, biaya BBM, biaya listrik, biaya pemeliharaan, biaya penyisihan piutang, biaya penyusutan dan amortisasi, dan biaya operasi lainnya, pada tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2022 lebih besar dari anggaran. Sehingga hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PDAM Kabupaten Pangkep berutang untuk memenuhi realisasi yang melebihi anggaran tersebut.
