Abstract

The aim of the study was to explore the correlation between the methodologies of fiqh al-Hadith and Sharh with the practical application of Hadith. The research utilized qualitative literature review methods to investigate how the methodologies of fiqh al-Hadith and Sharh relate to the application of Hadith. The findings revealed that the methodology of fiqh al-Hadith involves four key steps: linguistic analysis, critical evaluation, Hadith analysis, and selection of authentic or weak Hadiths. For instance, the Hadith about buying and selling narrated by Muslim no. 2786 and Bukhari no. 2020 is considered authentic due to the consistency in its chain of narrators and its relevance to the topic. The benefits of fiqh al-Hadith and Sharh methodologies include their ability to apply Hadiths such as those related to buying and selling as outlined in Muslim no. 2786 and Bukhari no. 2020.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan konsep sukuk pada masa Rasulullah dan masa Sahabat dengan penggunaan sukuk di Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan kajian pustaka dan historis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa konsep sukuk pada masa Rasulullah dan masa Sahabat memiliki kesamaan dengan pengunaan sukuk di Indonesia yang dibuktikan pengoptimalan wakaf dengan menggunakan sukuk tunai dalam membiayai infrastruktur dan imbal dana bagi hasil lalu diberikan kepada masyarakat dan pengelola wakaf yang tujuan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat sekaligus mengurangi kemiskinan. Pada peneilitian ini disimpulkan bahwa hubungan konsep sukuk pada masa Rasulullah dan masa Sahabat memiliki kesamaan dengan penggunaan sukuk di Indonesia karena adanya pengoptimalan wakaf dengan menggunakan sukuk.

Abstract

The research aims to discover how to build the concept of professionalism of State Civil Apparatus from a Sharia perspective when conducting the recruitment process. The research method used is a qualitative approach to interview techniques for how to build the concept of State Civil Apparatus professionalism during the recruitment process according to Sharia based on the experiences of people who have applied for work, for example, the experience of participating in applying for work and following the recruitment process of Civil Servant Candidates whose informants are three people from postgraduate students of UIN Alauddin Makassar. The results of the study found that the professionalism of State Civil Apparatus is associated with a Sharia perspective, so the two important things that a professional State Civil Apparatus must possess are competence and integrity, then connected with three principles that are fulfilled, namely justice, honesty, and trustworthiness in order to fulfill accountability and according to criteria and benefits for organizations and society in providing the best service because it uses a Computer Assisted System (CAT) system so that participants and the general public can see the value directly so that the intention to commit fraudulent practices will not be carried out because the general public sees the value of participants can increase public trust.
