Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penting Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) dalam mengenalkan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai Al-Quran pada anak-anak usia sekolah dasar sejak usia dini. Metode pengajaran yang digunakan di TPQ mencakup pengajaran alfabet Arab, membaca, menulis, hafalan Al-Quran, serta prinsip-prinsip dasar Islam. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa permasalahan, termasuk rendahnya minat anak-anak dalam pembelajaran tajwid. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mungkin menyebabkan hal ini, seperti kesulitan teknis dan kurangnya motivasi dalam mempelajari aturan-aturan tajwid. Dalam usaha mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik diusulkan. Penggunaan permainan edukatif, cerita, atau aplikasi digital dapat memudahkan pemahaman tajwid secara praktis dan menyenangkan. Dalam konteks ini, dukungan dari orang tua dan pengajar juga penting untuk mendorong partisipasi anak-anak dalam pembelajaran tajwid. Dengan adanya upaya ini, diharapkan anak-anak akan lebih aktif dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan prinsip-prinsip tajwid, sehingga pembacaan Al-Quran mereka dapat dilakukan dengan lebih baik dan akurat. This program aims to analyze the crucial role of Quranic Education Gardens (TPQ) in introducing and instilling the values of the Quran in elementary school-aged children from an early age. The teaching methods employed at TPQ encompass Arabic alphabet instruction, reading, writing, Quranic memorization, and fundamental Islamic principles. Nonetheless, certain issues have emerged, including the low interest of children in learning tajwid (Quranic recitation rules). This study identifies potential factors contributing to this situation, such as technical difficulties and a lack of motivation when it comes to mastering tajwid rules. In an effort to address these challenges, an interactive and engaging teaching approach is suggested. The utilization of educational games, stories, or digital applications can facilitate a practical and enjoyable comprehension of tajwid. In this context, the support of parents and educators is deemed crucial to encourage children's active participation in tajwid education. Through these efforts, it is expected that children will become more actively engaged in understanding and applying tajwid principles, ultimately enhancing the quality and accuracy of their Quranic recitation.

Abstract

Objective: This article aims to analyze the concept of a legal welfare state in Indonesia by examining economic law policies and political directions, particularly those related to integrating the principles of social justice, environmental sustainability, and community economic empowerment under the rule of law. Research Design & Methods: This research is a normative legal study with a descriptive-analytical normative juridical approach that uses deductive analysis based on document studies and qualitative literature reviews of laws and regulations, policies, and academic literature to provide a comprehensive and systematic picture of the relevance of Indonesian economic legal policies within the framework of the idea of ​​a legal welfare state. Findings: The results of the study conclude that Indonesia's economic policy operates within a hybrid framework between market liberalization and state intervention, which requires institutional strengthening, integration of distributive justice and sustainability, and public participation as the main instruments for realizing policy legitimacy and reducing socio-economic inequality. Implications & Recommendations: The conclusion is that inclusive, participatory, and responsive economic legal policies, supported by strong law enforcement, regulatory harmonization, and consistent application of sustainability and social justice principles are essential to ensure legal certainty and sustainable national development. Contribution & Value Added: This article provides conceptual and practical contributions by enriching the discourse on the legal welfare state in Indonesia by examining economic legal policy and providing a normative basis for formulating fair, sustainable, and inclusive policies
