Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professional ethics, independence, and work experience on auditor performance at Regional Office 2 of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in West Sumatra, Riau, and Riau Islands. This research is quantitative research with the intention to test models that reveal the relationship between research constructs, namely professional ethics, independence, work experience and auditor performance. Interviews and questionnaires distributed to bank auditors using complete sampling approaches were utilized to gather data for this study. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) Professional ethics have a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (2) Independence has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (3) Work experience has a positive and significant influence on auditor performance, (4) Professional ethics, independence, and work experience together have a significant influence on auditor performance. The implication of this study is the importance of maintaining professional ethics, independence, and improving auditors' work experience to improve the quality of performance in conducting audits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan teknik seorang pimpinan dalam suatu sekolah dapat melihat bahwa dengan menerapkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari gurunya. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Islam Terpadu Adzkia Padang serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang dominan pengaruhnya (motivasi dan disiplin kerja) terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP Islam Terpadu Adzkia Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 37 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan metode acak (random sampling). Adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu: Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja jika di uji secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Islam Terpadu Adzkia Padang yaitu disiplin kerja.Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu Peningkatan kinerja guru tidak terlepas dari Motivasi Kerja (kebutuhan, sikap, kemampuan, pembayaran atau gaji, keamanan pekerjaan, hubungan sesama pekerja, pujian, dan pekerjaan itu sendiri) dan disiplin kerja (selalu hadir tepat waktu, selalu mengutamakan persentase kehadiran, selalu mentaati ketentuan jam kerja, selalu menggunakan jam kerja dengan efektif dan efisien, memiliki keterampilan kerja dibidang tugasnya, memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi). Dengan tingginya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja yang dimiliki maka akan lebih mudah meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kompetensi. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Sampel sebanyak 100 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik analisis data PLS-SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi mampu memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R2) memperoleh nilai Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,578. Artinya varians kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi menjelaskan kinerja karyawan sebesar 57,8% (moderat) dan sisanya sebesar 42,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Nilai Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,475. Artinya varians kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi menjelaskan kompetensi sebesar 47,5% (kecil) dan sisanya 52,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Pulau Jawa adalah salah satu pulau di Indonesia, yang merupakan wilayah seismik aktif dengan populasi padat, terutama di Kabupaten Indramayu yang rentan terhadap likuefaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengisi kekurangan data lokal mengenai likuefaksi di wilayah tersebut, yang memiliki karakteristik geoteknik unik. Dengan menggunakan Metode Simplified Procedure serta pendekatan emprris untuk estimasi penurunan pasca likuefaksi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor keamanan terhadap likuefaksi dan potensi kerusakan. Hasil menunjukkan faktor keamanan < 1 di BH-1 (6,5 -20,5 meter) dan BH-2 (0 - 18 meter), dengan estimasi penurunan pasca-likuefaksi sebesar 81,76 cm di BH-2 dan 132,8 cm di BH-1. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran kondisi lapisan tanah di Kabupaten Indramayu, perencanaan tanggap bencana yang lebih baik dan perencanaan teknis yang tepat diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko fenomena likuefaksi secara efektif.

Abstract

Local institutions are the values, rules, structures, and practices that exist within local communities and are interrelated with the activities carried out by a community. This study aims to determine the form and role of local institutions in fishing activities in Pundata Baji Village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This study was conducted from October 2024 to January 2025. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis and informant perception analysis using a Likert scale with data collection through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The informants for this study were people whose livelihoods were in the fisheries sector, including fishermen, seaweed farmers, and fish farmers. During the field research, the researcher obtained 26 informants, and using the guidelines for determining informants, a total of 19 main informants were selected as references for providing information. The results of the study show that the existence of local community institutions such as punggawa sawi, sipakatongeng, nakasa, pappalele, and mabbulo sibatang in fishing activities plays an important role in the sustainability of the fishing industry. Local institutions act as a forum for coordination, a mechanism for profit sharing and economic roles, conflict management, collaboration and solidarity, and play a role in ecosystem sustainability.
