Abstract

The logical impact of efforts to improve the quality of education is the need to improve the quality of components in the education system, including human resources. The aim of this research is to determine human resource planning in improving the quality of education at MAN 1 Tulungagung City. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research are that Human Resources Planning at MAN 1 Tulungagung is carried out in planning the educators and educational personnel needed in the madrasah, recruitment, as well as the appropriate placement of educators and educational personnel. Educators and education staff are given guidance in the form of seminars as well as education and training to improve their abilities and continue to work effectively. The quality of education at MAN 1 Tulungagung is classified as very good, MAN 1 Tulungagung is accredited A. Human resource planning at MAN 1 Tulungagung in improving the quality of education is considered successful, planning is implemented well and the quality of education is very good. MAN 1 Tulungagung students experienced an improvement in terms of achievement, this year a higher percentage of students were accepted into higher education than the previous year. It is hoped that the implications of the findings of this research can be a reference for Madrasas to carry out human resource planning well and continuously in order to realize superior Madrasah quality and be able to compete in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Abstrak: saat ini banyak fenomena dekadensi moral yang ditandai dengan adanya perilaku-perilaku menyimpang yang semakin marak terjadi, misalnya tindakan kriminal seperti klitih. Pendidikan karakter baik di lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal sangat penting dilakukan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang tenteram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter di pondok pesantren ora aji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara kondensasi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di pondok pesantren ora aji dilaksanakan melalui (1) kajian kitab akhlak; (2) adanya contoh langsung dari pengasuh dan asatidz; (3) adanya suasana kekeluargaan dan gotong royong; dan (4) adanya reward dan punishment.Abstract: Currently there are many phenomena of moral decadence which are marked by deviant behaviors that are increasingly occurring, for example criminal acts such as klitih. Character education in both formal and non-formal educational institutions is very important to create a peaceful society. This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in Islamic boarding schools ora aji. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Research data obtained through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that character education at the Ora Aji Islamic boarding school was carried out through (1) a study of the book of morals; (2) direct examples from caregivers and asatidz; (3) an atmosphere of kinship and mutual cooperation; and (4) the presence of rewards and punishments.
