Abstract

Semakin canggihnya teknologi, memudahkan adanya akses terhadap berbagai hal, termasuk diantaranya adalah budaya dari berbagai Negara yang memungkinkan adanya pertukaran informasi dan kemampuan untuk mengadopsi teknologi dan pengetahuan dari Negara tersebut. Salah satu aspek penting untuk mendukung hal ini adalah Bahasa. Untuk menguasai suatu bahasa dapat diwujudkan melalui kebiasaan khususnya bagi anak usia dini. Sebab pada usia tersebut merupakan usia yang prima untuk perkembangan intelektual dan perkembangan kepribadian anak. Pada masa ini otak anak-anak akan mengingat berbagai informasi, terutama akan hal yang mereka sukai, termasuk diantaranya dalam hal belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana metode pembelajaran bahasa Arab efektif dalam proses belajar siswa pada Raudhatul Athfal Fatayat NU Parepare. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga metode pembelajaran (metode hafalan, metode permainan, dan metode nyanyian) yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab oleh guru Raudhatul Athfal Fatayat NU terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan anak. Hasil itu tercemin dari kemampuan siswa menghafal mufradat, kelancaran melafalkan huruf Arab, meningkatnya daya ingat, dan semakin tingginya kemampuan untuk berkreasi. Selain itu, metode ini dapat digunakan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dalam diri siswa untuk belajar lebih banyak.

Abstract

The internet is a necessity in modern times, the ease of internet access makes it easier to access knowledge, information and various media faster. Thus, every individual has the capability to develop skills and expertise. Not limited to a certain context, the internet helps provide a lot of information, including business information. This information certainly has a contribution to business performance. Based on this phenomenon, this research aims to determine the extent to which the internet can support business performance through the wide availability of business information. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out by interviews, the data analysis technique used is deductive reasoning to group data and interpret and formulate the results and conclusions of this research. The results of this research show that most of the internet is used to find business inspiration and various new business methods that are more cost-effective. However, much of the increase in business is due to the internet providing various information that shows product trends that are selling well in the market, so that business owners can sell similar products, or alternative products with the same function. Apart from that, the internet also provides various investment information, and several platforms for making online sales, or doing side jobs that can increase business owners' income

Abstract

Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in education contributes significantly to improving the quality of human resources (HR). This study aims to analyze the relationship between AI technology and HR quality from an economic perspective. Using a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this study explores the contribution of AI in supporting interactive learning, operational efficiency, and improving critical skills. The results show that AI accelerates the learning process, personalizes learning experiences, and prepares students to face the challenges of the digital job market. At the company level, AI implementation improves productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. This study recommends the development of a curriculum that supports technological literacy and collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and the private sector to ensure HR readiness to face the demands of the digital era. Practical implications include sustainable training strategies and AI integration to support adaptive digital transformation. This study emphasizes the importance of investing in education and training to optimize technological potential, improve business performance, and support sustainable economic growth

Abstract

Development of technology has been rapidly increased, in general, most technology has been able to assist humans in any way, from industry workers to academicians, the role of technology can be seen everywhere nowadays. One of these common technologies can be seen in academic field, which is an artificial intelligence, which has the purpose to provide scientific information as the user requested. However, this form of technology, despite providing very useful information, also has the potential to provide false sources. Despite this, many university students have learned the way to use this form of technology, which has the potential to weaken, and decrease their creativity in thinking, moreover, in writing. Further, this form of technology can hinder the actual learning experience students can have during their college years. This paper serves the purposes to explore the use of AI in university, using qualitative methods, and deductive reasoning, this paper will use empirical research and data, as its main source of material, from this information, this paper will provide result, and findings, that are relevant to the theme of this paper. The result of this paper, indicate that, even though technology may have provided convenience among students, the lecturer has cautious toward this change, and provide a correct way to use AI, this method has strengthened the ability of the students to use AI more correctly, which gives them ability to use AI to their advantage without hindering learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the interest and loyalty of pilgrims towards the hajj and Umrah travel organizers (PPIU). Next, to explore strategies that PPIU can implement in improving the quality of their services to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach; data sources were collected through empirical data and research and processed using a deductive method to formulate research results with relevant information. The results of this study indicate that service quality, trust in the hajj and Umrah travel organizers (PPIU), previous positive experiences, brand equity, service quality, and promotion mix are essential factors that influence the interest and loyalty of pilgrims. This study also found that to increase consumer loyalty, PPIU must focus on improving the quality of service and human resources, as well as identifying and resolving pilgrim problems with strategies such as adjusting guidance programs, intensive mentoring, fulfilling specific needs of pilgrims, and continuous quality improvement. The novelty of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the factors that influence the interest and loyalty of pilgrims towards the organizers of the hajj and umrah (PPIU), with a particular focus on the influence of service quality, trust, previous positive experiences, brand equity, service quality, and promotion mix. The limitations of this study may not include other factors that can also influence pilgrim loyalty, such as external factors (economic or political conditions) or the diverse characteristics of individual pilgrims.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the significant role that technology plays in the tourism sector, highlighting how it enhances the efficiency, competitiveness, and economic performance of tourism businesses. It explores the impact of technology on improving the tourist experience, marketing, and distribution of tourism products and services, and how its adoption contributes to economic development, job creation, and income generation. This paper employs a qualitative research method, focusing on the analysis of existing literature and case studies to explore the interconnection between technology and the tourism sector. The findings of the paper highlight the pivotal role of technology in transforming the tourism sector. It underscores how technology enhances the efficiency, competitiveness, and economic performance of tourism businesses. Key points include the facilitation of new touristic experiences through advanced technologies like virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and robotics, which not only improve the tourist experience but also contribute to sustainable tourism practices. Novelty of this paper lies in its comprehensive exploration of the multifaceted role of technology in the tourism sector, particularly focusing on how technology not only enhances the efficiency and competitiveness of tourism businesses but also significantly contributes to the overall economic development. It uniquely synthesizes the impacts of advanced technologies like virtual reality, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and robotics on creating new touristic experiences and promoting sustainable tourism practices.
