Abstract

This study describes the factors that influence the supply of labor in the informal sector of Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency (the street vendor sub-sector) including hours of work, capital, education level, number of dependents and gender of the supply of labor in the informal sector. This research is a type of quantitative research with an explanatory approach using primary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely street vendors in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency as many as 47 respondents. This data was tabulated with the excel program and processed with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of the study through the multiple linear regression analysis method showed that there was a significant effect on the variables of working hours, capital and gender on the supply of labor in the informal sector. Meanwhile, the variables of education level and number of dependents did not significantly affect the supply of labor in the informal sector. Abstract

Covid-19 Pandemic has create change in economic structure, causing lots of business to shut down during its time. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are highly affected by the pandemic. Policy such as lockdown have prevent physical activity of trade. In order to survive in this condition many of SMEs owner have to generate innovation and creativity. One of the main key driver for surviving covid-19 pandemic are the use of E-Marketing strategy. In implementing EM ones have to understand the basic knowledge of technology and have the capability to learn new thing. The purpose of this paper is to understand E-Marketing, and how SMEs have adapt to it during the pandemic and how SMEs owner behavior after pandemic in term of continuing using EM. The result of this paper indicate the adaptability of SMEs owner to use EM during pandemic, EM also have contribute a lot to SMEs productivity during pandemic, lastly its stated that SMEs owner will continue to use EM to improve the development of their shop, store, or company

Abstract

Online business have become one of the most trending form of business nowadays, this form of business require very little cost of operation. Despite of its advantage in term cost, online business require its owner to have a technology readiness in order to successfully operate the business. There numerous factor that ensure the success of online business, factors such the design of promotion site, quality of services, and the method of payment is very important for the success of online business. There are also few aspect to pay attention to before building and in process of developing online there are also few aspect that is fundamental for this form of business. These factor are including early market research, market and digital literacy, starting point and innovation, choice of product, tracking and monitoring, and lastly business partnership. Its important to note that the right decision should contribute to positive impact as well. The purpose of this paper is to discover the influence of numerous factors affecting the success of online business. Further, this paper will also explain how online business have contribute to local economic especially in rural areas. The finding of this paper are expected to contribute in further development of online business especially in rural area where people aren’t yet familiar with digital transformation.

Abstract

The rise of electronic transaction have become more innovative over the year, starting from withdrawing money from atm to cashless transaction using mobile phone, the existence of physical money have been reduced for convenience. E-Payment have become one of many forms of cashless transaction, e-payment or electronic payment have been applicate by many big company especially food franchise. The e-payment known for its flexibility, especially form of e-payment can now be done using mobile phone which have no longer needed for a physical card. This convenience of usage has of course created satisfaction and dissatisfaction, which are determine by technology readiness. It can’t be denied that there are people who prefer physical payment than e-payment. These people were usually people who having a difficulty in using technology such as elder person or people that are living on rural areas. The purpose of paper is to explore how the use of e-payment have create satisfaction among customer and what are the reason of customer that prefer physical payment. The result of this paper indicate that the use of e-payment indeed create satisfaction among customer, this result supported by customer statement about flexibility and less risk of having not enough money or the possibility of losing money

Abstract

Penggunaan sosial media merupakan hal yang sangat umum ditemui saat ini, namun karena fungsi awal yang merupakan media komunikasi, sebagian besar orang tidak menggunakan sosial untuk kepentingan yang lebih besar. Sosial media dapat berfungsi sebagai wadah untuk melakukan promosi produk dan proses jual beli, namun karena keterbatasan literasi digital dan kurangnya kesigapan teknologi, banyak pengguna yang hanya menggunakan sosial media sebagai alat komunikasi. Dengan adanya transformasi digital dan adanya perubahan pola konsumsi manusia, dimana istilah online shopping semakin dikenal dan menjadi metode utama dalam beberlanja setelah pandemy covid-19. Banyak diantara pemilik usaha yang masih menggunakan metode penjualan tradisional yang mengalami pengurangan omzet dan kalah bersaing dengan took-toko online. Terlepas dari keunikan dan produk yang memiliki ciri khas sendiri di beberapa took tradisional, keterbatasan kemampuan untuk memasarkan menjadi kendala dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Meninjau kejadian ini perlunya pelatihan akan penguatan kesigapan digital demi untuk meningkatkan penjualan perlu untuk dilakukan, terutama pada toko-toko atau usaha mikro yang berlokasi di lorong-lorong atau tempat yang sulit untuk ditemukan. Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menguatkan brand image product dan mendorong penjualan, hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang diberikan cukup mudah untuk dicerna oleh peserta, dimana diantara bahkan telah mulai menerapkan penjualan secara online.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik dalam kegiatan sosial, maupun kegiatan ekonomi, dalam proses produksi, intervensi akan teknologi menjadi dominan, mengubah pola hidup masyarakat. Sebagai dampak dari pandemic Covid-19, penggunaan teknologi menjadi semakin intens, menjadi suatu keharusan untuk para pemilik usaha untuk beradaptasi dengan digitalisasi. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan yang berupaya untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan masyarakat, dan kemampuan adapatabilitasnya terhadap sistem pembayaran online yang dikenal dengan istilah E-Payment. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yakni sesi materi, sesi tanya jawab, dan sesi diskusi. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme para pemilik UMKM di Kelurahan Mattoanging untuk segera menerapkan penggunaan E-Payment, yang mana sebagai langkah awal, mereka akan menggunakan teknologi tersebut untuk diri sendiri sebelum kemudian digunakan sebagai alternatif pembayaran dalam usaha mereka. Dari kegiatan ini juga menjadi suatu bahan pertimbangan kepada pemerintah untuk semakin intens dalam mendorong penggunaan sistem pembayaran online, yang sesuai dengan Gerakan Nasional Non-Tunai (GNNT).

Abstract

Permintaan dan penawaran uang memiliki peran penting dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Teori Keynes menjelaskan terdapat motif yang mendasari seseorang dalam memegang dan menyimpan uang diantaranya transaksi, motif berjaga-jaga, dan motif spekulasi. Perubahan dalam permintaan dan penawaran uang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk regulasi. Regulasi permintaan dan penawaran uang memiliki dampak signifikan pada sirkulasi uang. Penting untuk menjaga stabilitas sirkulasi uang, karena stabilitas permintaan dan penawaran uang dapat berdampak besar pada perubahan dalam kegiatan ekonomi. Bukti empiris telah menjelaskan bahwa tingkat suku bunga dan nilai tukar mempengaruhi permintaan dan penawaran uang. Namun, perubahan dalam regulasi permintaan dan penawaran uang memiliki dampak yang terlihat pada tingkat inflasi, karena sirkulasi uang mempengaruhi harga barang dan nilai tukar.

Abstract

The ability of students to solve mathematical problems is the focus of this study work, which investigates the relationship between students' grasp of high-level mathematics and their ability to do so. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difficulties that students experience when attempting to learn and apply mathematical concepts, specifically in the context of set operations. The ability to solve problems was evaluated by observing and testing a representative subset of the student population. Abstract

Technology have become a very fundamental part of human daily activity including economic activity. Technology especially information technology contain numerous even infinite information which can be easily accessed. This are making learning process becoming more flexible and more independent, which allow people to learn anything from anywhere. The presence of technology are known to contribute a lot to economic activities which one of them are production process and transaction process. In process of using technology, the information in the internet have the capability to influence entrepreneurship of one person to another. So do innovation, information that can be easily accessed give the ability for someone to think critically and generate ideas, innovation even further invention. This paper purposes is to discover the process of technology in influencing both entrepreneurship and innovation. The finding of this research indicate two major finding which is technology influence entrepreneurship through it simplicity and convenience. Meanwhile innovation are influence by technology by the information it contains, providing many people to learn and finally helping in generating ideas for innovation.

Abstract

The internet is a necessity in modern times, the ease of internet access makes it easier to access knowledge, information and various media faster. Thus, every individual has the capability to develop skills and expertise. Not limited to a certain context, the internet helps provide a lot of information, including business information. This information certainly has a contribution to business performance. Based on this phenomenon, this research aims to determine the extent to which the internet can support business performance through the wide availability of business information. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out by interviews, the data analysis technique used is deductive reasoning to group data and interpret and formulate the results and conclusions of this research. The results of this research show that most of the internet is used to find business inspiration and various new business methods that are more cost-effective. However, much of the increase in business is due to the internet providing various information that shows product trends that are selling well in the market, so that business owners can sell similar products, or alternative products with the same function. Apart from that, the internet also provides various investment information, and several platforms for making online sales, or doing side jobs that can increase business owners' income
