Abstract

Recording student attendance is a critical aspect in managing education at the Insan Mulia Vocational High School (SMK). Along with technological developments, designing student attendance applications using web-based fingerprint technology has become an effective solution for increasing accuracy and efficiency in the attendance process. This research aims to design a web-based student attendance application that utilizes fingerprint technology in the Insan Mulia Vocational School environment. The methodology used involves user needs analysis, study of related literature, as well as application design and development. This application was designed to meet the unique needs of Insan Mulia Vocational School, with a focus on ease of use, data security, and integration with the school's existing management system. The app's key features include student fingerprint registration, real-time attendance monitoring, attendance reports, and integration with school reporting systems. Data security is maintained through strong encryption and limited access based on user role. This application is implemented in a web environment so that it can be easily accessed by all stakeholders. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the efficiency of managing student attendance at Insan Mulia Vocational School. In addition, it is hoped that this application can become a model for other schools in implementing fingerprint-based attendance technology to increase effectiveness and security in managing student attendance.

Abstract

The implementation of the Community Service Application in Tonggara Village, Kedungbanteng District, Tegal Regency aims to simplify and speed up the community service process. This application is web-based and can be accessed by the public via computer, smartphone or tablet devices. Some of the services available in this application include providing information about village profiles, village potential, and village programs. The Village Community Services Application can process various village administration services, such as domicile certificates, business certificates and trade business permits. The Village Community Services Application provides a platform for the community to submit complaints to the village government, providing consultation services for the community regarding various matters, such as health, education and law. The implementation of this application is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of community services in Tonggara Village. Apart from that, this application is also expected to increase the transparency and accountability of the village government to the community. The benefits of implementing the Village Community Service Application in Tonggara Village have several benefits, including increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of community services, making the community service process faster, easier and more transparent. Increasing transparency and accountability of village governments, communities can easily access information about available services and monitor village government performance. Increasing community satisfaction, people feel more satisfied with the services provided by the village government. Increasing community participation, it is easier to get involved in village activities. Implementing the community service application in Tonggara Village is the right step to improve the quality of public services in the village. This application can help village governments to provide more effective, efficient, transparent and accountable services to the community.

Abstract

The abundance of information available in the digital world makes it difficult for students to sort out what is true and relevant. Many teenagers get information about reproductive health from unreliable sources or even myths. The lack of good role models can make teenagers lose their way. Equip students with the skills to evaluate information, think critically, and use technology responsibly. Grade XI students are at a critical stage of development. They are starting to form their identity, make more independent decisions, and prepare themselves for the future. Therefore, providing digital literacy and understanding of reproductive health at this age is very important to form a strong character. Students can understand how digital literacy and knowledge of reproductive health affect adolescent character, and can evaluate the effectiveness of character building programs that integrate digital literacy and reproductive health.

Abstract

The development of shallot cluster business capacity is crucial in increasing the competitiveness and welfare of farmers, especially in the digital era. This community service aims to explore the potential for shallot product diversification and formulate effective marketing strategies through the use of digital platforms. Through a qualitative approach with case studies on selected shallot clusters, this study identified various processed shallot products that have added value, such as fried shallots with various flavors, shallot floss, shallot paste, and other derivative products. The analysis of digital marketing strategies includes the use of social media, e-commerce, and other online platforms to expand market reach and increase interaction with consumers. The results of community service are expected to provide practical recommendations for the development of shallot cluster business capacity, encourage product innovation, and optimize the use of digital technology in marketing strategies to achieve sustainable economic growth for farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menilai efektivitas penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam menunjang proses perancangan antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna (UI/UX) melalui aplikasi Figma. Pendekatan yang digunakan mengacu pada Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan melibatkan variabel Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention (BI), serta variabel efektivitas. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 responden yang terdiri dari desainer UI, pengembang web, serta desainer lepas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa variabel PU dan ATU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pemanfaatan AI dalam desain UI/UX berbasis Figma, sedangkan PEOU dan BI tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 21,7% mengindikasikan bahwa keempat variabel TAM mampu menjelaskan 21,7% variasi efektivitas penggunaan AI, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Studi ini juga membandingkan desain yang dihasilkan secara manual dengan desain berbasis Artificial Intelligence, di mana penggunaan Artificial Intelligence terbukti lebih efisien namun masih memiliki keterbatasan pada aspek kreativitas dan detail desain. Abstract

Computer Vision merupakan sebuah sistem otomatis yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisa citra dan video oleh komputer untuk memperoleh informasi dan pemahaman dari suatu obyek. Computer Vision merupakan kemampuan dari sebuah mesin atau computer dalam melihat atau mengenali sebuah citra dengan sama atau bahkan dapat melebihi kemampuan pengelihatan manusia asli. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam computer vision adalah gabor wavelet. Metode gabor wavelet merupakan salah satu metode yang mampu melakukan proses identifikasi wajah secara real time dan juga mampu melakukan tugas-tugas yang membutuhkan pencarian pada database wajah yang besar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan systematic literature Review (SLR), yaitu dengan menggabungkan berbagai sumber dari jurnal penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Gabor Wavelet pada Computer Vision. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Gabor Wavelet pada computer vision banyak digunakan untuk pengenalan wajah (face recognition) dan deteksi wajah (face detection) yang bisa diterapkan di bidang komersial maupun bidang penegakan hukum dengan memberikan hasil yang sangat baik dengan tingkat akurasi 90%.

Abstract

Facial identification has become necessary in the era of advanced technology, especially in security and human-computer interaction. However, accessories such as glasses often complicate the identification process. This research aims to develop a facial identification system that can recognize bespectacled individuals with high accuracy, overcoming the limitations of conventional facial recognition technology. The method combines nearest neighbor interpolation to improve image quality and Naïve Bayes classification to distinguish between bespectacled and non-spectacled faces. The results showed that the developed model effectively identified bespectacled subjects with a high recall rate, although accuracy and precision still needed improvement. The implications of this research are significant for the field of biometric security and facial recognition, offering new solutions for more inclusive and adaptive facial recognition systems and opening up opportunities for further research in method optimization and dataset quality improvement.
