Abstract

The abundance of information available in the digital world makes it difficult for students to sort out what is true and relevant. Many teenagers get information about reproductive health from unreliable sources or even myths. The lack of good role models can make teenagers lose their way. Equip students with the skills to evaluate information, think critically, and use technology responsibly. Grade XI students are at a critical stage of development. They are starting to form their identity, make more independent decisions, and prepare themselves for the future. Therefore, providing digital literacy and understanding of reproductive health at this age is very important to form a strong character. Students can understand how digital literacy and knowledge of reproductive health affect adolescent character, and can evaluate the effectiveness of character building programs that integrate digital literacy and reproductive health.

Abstract

The development of shallot cluster business capacity is crucial in increasing the competitiveness and welfare of farmers, especially in the digital era. This community service aims to explore the potential for shallot product diversification and formulate effective marketing strategies through the use of digital platforms. Through a qualitative approach with case studies on selected shallot clusters, this study identified various processed shallot products that have added value, such as fried shallots with various flavors, shallot floss, shallot paste, and other derivative products. The analysis of digital marketing strategies includes the use of social media, e-commerce, and other online platforms to expand market reach and increase interaction with consumers. The results of community service are expected to provide practical recommendations for the development of shallot cluster business capacity, encourage product innovation, and optimize the use of digital technology in marketing strategies to achieve sustainable economic growth for farmers.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged government institutions to adopt digital transformation to improve administrative efficiency and service quality. The Tarub District Office manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, which previously relied on manual recording and physical archives, making document retrieval and archive management inefficient. This study aimed to develop a web-based e-archiving information system to improve the management of correspondence archives. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was built using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL as the database, and Bootstrap for the user interface. The resulting system provides features for managing user data, employee data, archive codes, external agencies, incoming and outgoing correspondence, activity agendas, dispositions, and report generation. Functional testing covered form validation, document retrieval, file uploading, user access rights, and report generation, with all features operating successfully according to system requirements. The implementation of the e-archiving system improves the efficiency, accuracy, and organization of correspondence management at the Tarub District Office, thereby supporting higher-quality public administration services.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged various activities that were previously carried out manually to shift toward digital-based systems, including boarding house management. However, in practice, many boarding house owners still manage tenant records, payment transactions, and room management manually, which often leads to problems such as unorganized data, recording errors, and payment delays that are difficult to monitor. This condition results in low operational efficiency and limited access to information for boarding house owners. This study aims to design and develop a web-based boarding house management information system that can facilitate more structured, accurate, and efficient data management. The developed system is equipped with features for managing tenant data, room data, payment transaction records, payment status monitoring, and automatic reminder notifications through the WhatsApp Gateway to address payment delays. The research method used is software engineering with the Waterfall development model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of testing using the black-box testing method showed that all system features, including payment management, tenant data management, and WhatsApp Gateway notifications, functioned according to their intended purposes. The black-box testing results indicated that 95% of the features functioned according to the specified requirements.
