Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential bankruptcy of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) using the Z-Score (Altman) method. The population in this study is the financial reports of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO), with a sample of the financial reports of PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) from 2020 to 2022 and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) from 2020 to 2022. Data collection This research was carried out using the documentation method. The data analysis technique uses the Z-Score (Altman) model with the variables Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earnings to Total Assets, EBIT to Total Assets, and Book Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt. The results of this research show that in 2020 PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) were in bankruptcy because the Z-Score was below 1,10. In 2021-2022 PT Bukalapak.com (BUKA) and PT Gojek Tokepedia Tbk (GOTO) are in a healthy condition because the Z-Score is above 2,60.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how work discipline affects employee performance at the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province. In this study, the population at the Office of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province was 67 employees in 2023. The sample collection of this study was taken from the total population who had the characteristics of being Civil Servants (PNS). The number of populations that meet the sampling characteristics is 52 employees. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work discipline variables on work performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada PT. Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT. Indofarma Tbk tahun 2018-2022 dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dikaji secara kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan pada PT. Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT. Indofarma Tbk. Adapun sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2018-2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yanng digunakan adala dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Kimia Farma Tbk dan PT. Indofarma Tbk periode 2018-2022 berdasarkan rasio likuiditas dikatakan kurang baik. Berdasarkan rasio solvabilitas dikatakan kurang baik. Berdasarkan rasio aktivitas PT. Kimia Farma Tbk dikatkan kurang baik sedangkan PT. Indofarma Tbk dikatakan baik. Berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas dikatakan kurang baik. Berdasarkan rasio pasar diktakan kurang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job transfer on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Main Distribution and Load Management Center Unit (UIP3B). The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely job transfer and dependent variables, namely employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Main Distribution and Load Management Center Unit (UIP3B) totalling 135 people. The sampling technique used the Purpose sampling technique and used the Slovin formula in determining the number of samples. So the number of samples in this study was 70 people. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software to prove the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that job transfer has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulawesi Main Distribution and Load Management Center Unit (UIP3B).
