Abstract

Planning is a process for determining appropriate future actions, through a sequence of choices, taking into account available resources. The aim of this study is to identify developments in terms of human resource development, infrastructure development, tourism, health and agricultural development that have been implemented in Marihat Jaya Village. The method used is a descriptive method with the research location in Marihat Jaya Village, Pematangsiantar City. The results of the research findings are limited road infrastructure development in some areas in Marihat Jaya Village, limited health facilities.

Abstract

Liquid waste and solid waste originating from hospitals can function as a medium for spreading disorders or disease for staff, sufferers and the community. The research was carried out with the aim of finding out an overview of waste management at Vita Insani Hospital starting from sorting, containerization, lifting, temporary shelter, final disposal site. This research is quantitative research with an observational and descriptive approach, using descriptive research methods, the research was carried out with the aim of creating an objective picture or description of a situation at the Vita Insani Hospital, Pematangsiantar city regarding the management of solid and liquid medical waste. Research results: Overall waste processing at the Vita Insani Hospital, Pematang Siantar City is quite good, however improving the quality of processing is important regarding processing facilities and infrastructure through maintenance of each facility and infrastructure.

Abstract

Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hillir didirikan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dalam pendaftaran hak atas tanah di Kabupaten Indragiri Hillir. Berdasarkan keputusan Inspektur Jenderal BPN tersebut di atas, Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hillir diberi wewenang untuk menandatangani peta, akta survei, akta jual beli, dan pendaftaran tanah. Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Kantor Pertanahan sering menemui kendala dalam melakukan pendaftaran tanah, antara lain kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat akan pentingnya pendaftaran akta tanah, sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memiliki akta tanah, padahal akta tanah dapat memberikan kepastian hukum atas kepemilikan tanah.

Abstract

Information Technology is technology used to manipulate data in various ways. For example, this technology can process, access, organize and store data. The aim of using information technology is to produce high quality information. Information and Communication Technology has influenced the way humans communicate, work and live. In the business sector, ICT has helped efficiency in business processes and communication between customers, employees and business partners. In the field of education, ICT has changed the way of teaching and learning, providing access to online educational resources, and opening up opportunities for distance learning as discussed this time regarding the utilization or use of information and communication technology in BANUH RAYA, SIMALUNGUN, which has a population of approximately 150 families where the use of technology in this area is still lacking due to network difficulties where sometimes residents have to climb to higher places to get a network.
