Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the ability of the fourth semester students’ morphological awareness in English Study Program, Universitas Riau. The population of this research was the fourth semester students. The number of sample was 23 students selected randomly from 3 classes (A Class, B Class, and C Class) by using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data was a written test in the form of multiple choices with 55 questions based on the indicators of morphological awareness stated by Ken Apel (2014). The test instrument consist of four parts which cover the components of morphological awareness namely spoken form of morphemes (allomorph), meaning and grammatical changes, manner of affixes (orthography), and relation between base words and its derived and inflected forms. The data were analyzed by using a formula made by Wayan and Sumartana (1986) and then classified into five levels of ability: very poor, poor, mediocre, good and excellent by using classification made by Harris (1969). Based on the findings of this research, it was found that the students’ morphological awareness ability of the fourth semester students was in a good level with the mean score 63. The implication of this research is that the fourth semester students are in a good level of morphological awareness ability.Key Words: Students’ Morphological Awareness, Students’ ability.

Pembatasan usia nikah dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan merupakan suatu kesepakatan nasional, karena dalam hukum Islam tidak diatur masalah batas usia menikah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan dispensasi perkawinan di bawah umur menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 dalam Kasus Putusan Nomor: 0111/Pdt.P/2018/PA.Tng dan apa saja faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi diajukannya dispensasi perkawinan yang dilakukan anak di bawah umur. Teorinya mengacu pada UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan Pasal 7. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan hakim mempertimbangkan keputusannya dengan melihat kemaslahatan umat atau kepentingan umum dari para pihak dan menghindari kemudaratan. Sedangkan mengenai faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi diajukannya dispensasi perkawinan adalah faktor kekhawatiran orang tua, faktor ekonomi, faktor hamil di luar nikah, dan faktor menghindari zina khususnya bagi anak yang belum cukup umur.

Every human being has the right to shape himself into a healthy human being so that he can move well. Of course, being healthy must be familiarized from a young age. Elementary school age is an important period because at this age children are very vulnerable to various diseases and health problems. Diseases and health problems that often affect elementary school children are generally related to clean and healthy living habits, such as toothache, diarrhea, worms, skin diseases, dengue fever, and many others. This research uses the literature method obtained from scientific journal sources to provide an overview of how physical education and sports help elementary school children to improve clean and healthy living behavior. The results obtained are that there are components that support a clean and healthy lifestyle. Then internal and external factors must be considered because they can affect the increase in clean and healthy lifestyles. There are also simple steps that can be applied by elementary school-age children, such as the steps of washing hands every day and brushing teeth properly and correctly so that they can familiarize themselves with clean and healthy living.

Planning is a process for determining appropriate future actions, through a sequence of choices, taking into account available resources. The aim of this study is to identify developments in terms of human resource development, infrastructure development, tourism, health and agricultural development that have been implemented in Marihat Jaya Village. The method used is a descriptive method with the research location in Marihat Jaya Village, Pematangsiantar City. The results of the research findings are limited road infrastructure development in some areas in Marihat Jaya Village, limited health facilities.

Liquid waste and solid waste originating from hospitals can function as a medium for spreading disorders or disease for staff, sufferers and the community. The research was carried out with the aim of finding out an overview of waste management at Vita Insani Hospital starting from sorting, containerization, lifting, temporary shelter, final disposal site. This research is quantitative research with an observational and descriptive approach, using descriptive research methods, the research was carried out with the aim of creating an objective picture or description of a situation at the Vita Insani Hospital, Pematangsiantar city regarding the management of solid and liquid medical waste. Research results: Overall waste processing at the Vita Insani Hospital, Pematang Siantar City is quite good, however improving the quality of processing is important regarding processing facilities and infrastructure through maintenance of each facility and infrastructure.

Panca Budi Development University has many business units that serve students / I to buy and obtain lectures and food and beverage needs. The UNPAB business unit is located in the middle of the campus. The UNPAB business unit has several businesses including Photo Copy, Home Cafe, Padi Mart and Laziz Canteen. Photo Copy provides learning and teaching equipment, laminating, binding and so on. Café Beranda provides various types of snacks such as soup, french fries. Padi Mart provides minimarket snacks. And the Laziz Canteen provides heavy meals such as fried rice with other side dishes, there is also a water depot. The problem that occurs is that the whereabouts of all UNPAB Business Units are unknown apart from staff, lecturers, students and UNBAP students, so sales do not increase and cause unstable turnover considering that many business unit operational needs must be paid for, this can cause the business unit to not develop. Therefore a way is needed so that the UNPAB Business Unit is better known and known by the wider community. This research makes a web Profile application so that the UNPAB Business Unit can be known by the wider community. The application is made using web programming which consists of two users, namely business unit data managers and the community. Business unit data managers serve as servers and the public serve as users. This application uses data management media, namely the MySQL Database. With the UNPAB Business Unit Web Profile, the UNPAB Business Unit is better known and known by the wider community.

The Basic Education curriculum in Indonesia is now growing. Along with the development of technology, the learning curriculum in schools is changed to an independent curriculum where this independent curriculum is a curriculum reform that is motivated by the development of science and technology during the Covid-19 pandemic that must be implemented. The implementation of this IPAS learning is a combination of science and social studies learning. This independent curriculum gives freedom to teachers or students, and the assessment of science and social studies is united into IPAS, such as the rapport assessment which becomes IPAS. The method in this research uses qualitative with a literature review approach. The results of this literature review are that the Merdeka Curriculum in learning IPAS in the early grades also integrates the content of science and social studies subjects, teaches subject content alternately or in parallel, and uses methods and media in accordance with the independent curriculum textbook.

Pemilihan produk skincare yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan jenis kulit pengguna sering kali menjadi tantangan, terutama dengan banyaknya variasi produk yang tersedia di pasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem rekomendasi menggunakan metode Collaborative Filtering dalam membantu pengguna memilih produk skincare yang tepat. Metode Collaborative Filtering dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menganalisis preferensi dan pola perilaku pengguna berdasarkan data historis dari pengguna lain dengan karakteristik serupa. Sistem ini dirancang dengan memanfaatkan data ulasan, rating, dan profil pengguna untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi yang personal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekomendasi yang dikembangkan dapat memberikan saran produk yang relevan dengan tingkat akurasi yang memuaskan, berdasarkan evaluasi menggunakan metrik seperti Mean Absolute Error (MAE) dan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Dengan implementasi ini, diharapkan pengguna dapat lebih mudah menemukan produk skincare yang sesuai, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan dan pengalaman berbelanja

Credit Union (CU) Mandiri is one of the cooperative-based microfinance institutions that plays an important role in improving the economic welfare of the community in Pematang Siantar. This study aims to analyze the contribution of CU Mandiri in empowering its members through savings and loan programs, financial literacy training, and micro-business development. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that CU Mandiri not only provides affordable financing access for low-income communities, but also increases the awareness and ability of its members to manage their finances independently. Through cooperative principles such as solidarity and active participation of members, CU Mandiri has succeeded in creating an environment that supports local economic growth. However, challenges such as low financial literacy and limited capital are still obstacles that need to be addressed systematically.
