Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service features, perceived ease and financial literacy on the decision to use the OVO E-Wallet in Bengkulu City. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population used in this study were OVO E-Wallet users in Bengkulu City. This study used incidental sampling techniques or non-probability sampling, so that a research sample of 100 respondents was obtained from Generation Z in Bengkulu City. The collection of respondent data was distributed via Google Form. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are the equation Y = 1.566 + 0.621 X1 + 0.253 X2 + 0.212 X3 +e, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that the service feature variables (X1), perceived ease (X2) and financial literacy (X3) have a positive influence on the decision to use (Y) in Generation Z in Bengkulu City. From the results of the calculation using SPSS version 25.0, the coefficient of determination of R square can be seen as 0.842. This means that the value of service features (X1), perceived ease (X2) and financial literacy (X3) influence the decision to use (Y) by 84.2% while the remaining 15.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t-test at a significance level 0.05 explain that partially service features (X1), perceived ease (X2) and financial literacy (X3) have a significant influence on the decision to use (Y) in Generation Z of Bengkulu City. The results of the f-test are smaller than 0.000, so the variables of service features (X1), perceived ease (X2) and financial literacy (X3) have a significant influence on the decision to use (Y) in Generation Z of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This research highlights the importance of organisational culture transformation in companies in Bengkulu in the face of 2024 management challenges and trends. An adaptive and effective organisational culture is the foundation for an inclusive and productive work environment. This article focuses on several important trends, such as work flexibility, employee mental and physical well-being, and the application of diversity and inclusion (DEI) principles. Cultural transformation is not only a response to external changes, but also a strategy to increase employee engagement, i.e. a sense of involvement and ownership of the company. By creating a supportive work environment, companies in Bengkulu can increase employee loyalty and minimise turnover. In addition, an organisational culture that is aligned with new trends is predicted to make it easier for companies to attract the best talent amidst the increasingly fierce labour market competition. This article also proposes some concrete strategies that can be implemented by companies in Bengkulu, such as implementing hybrid working models, improving wellness programmes, and ensuring that diversity policies are consistent. These recommendations are expected to help companies transform more sustainably. With the adoption of the right strategies, this cultural transformation will be an important factor in improving employee engagement while ensuring business continuity in an era of dynamic change

Abstract

The increasing frequency and sophistication of cyberattacks have led to a pressing need for advanced network security systems, particularly Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). While traditional IDS models provide a baseline of protection, they often fall short in detecting novel and complex threats. This research proposes a hybrid learning approach for IDS, leveraging the strengths of ensemble machine learning methods such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Voting Classifier. The proposed system aims to enhance detection accuracy and reduce false positives by combining multiple classifiers into a cohesive model. Using the NSL-KDD dataset, the model was trained and tested, showing superior performance compared to individual learning algorithms. This paper discusses the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of the hybrid IDS model.

Abstract

Investment management is the art and science of managing financial assets to generate optimal returns, while still considering risks and financial goals. The effect of stock investment management on economic growth in Indonesia, with a focus on the role of digital stock investment applications in increasing domestic investor participation and its impact on the national economy. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with secondary data from reports from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study show that the volume of stock transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has increased significantly from 2019 to 2021, with an average daily transaction volume reaching 424,704 million shares in 2021. The number of domestic investors has also increased, with an average total assets of IDR 140.29 trillion in 2021. This increase was driven by education and literacy programs provided by securities companies digital investment applications. Effective stock investment management through digital platforms contributes to an increase in the number of investors, which in turn increases stock transactions and has a positive impact on the Indonesian economy.
