Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the need for self-actualization and esteem on the work skills of employees at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bengkulu. The data collection method in this research used observation techniques and questionnaires, with a sample of 110 respondents. The research results show that multiple linear regression is 10.012 + 0.004 X1 + 0.996 X2 + 0.129. Where the coefficient is positive, it means that there is a positive or unidirectional relationship between the variables of self-actualization needs and appreciation for the work skills of PT employees. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bengkulu. The results show that the test results for the need for self-actualization (XI) show tcount 2.037 > ttable 1.658 and significance 0.004 <0.05, meaning that the need for self-actualization (XI) has a positive and significant effect on the work skills of PT employees. The results of the award test (X2) show tcount 280.225 > ttable 1.658 and significance 0.000 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the award (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work skills of PT employees. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bengkulu. Based on the Fcount value being greater than the Ftable value, namely 39763.489> 2.69, it is concluded that Accepting the Hypothesis, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between the need for self-actualization (XI) and appreciation (X2) on the work skills of PT employees. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Bengkulu. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

A widely used marketing strategy is the marketing mix. The marketing mix refers to the types of decisions that are made when marketing a product or service to consumers. The marketing mix also applies in online marketing, although the decisions made in online marketing may differ from traditional marketing. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that can influence and become elements of the preparation of marketing strategy Snack Barokah, compile and recommend the right marketing strategy to applied to Usaha Snack Barokah in an effort to expand the market and determine the priority order of strategies that can be applied in marketing products Snack Barokah in an effort to expand the market. The results showed that the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, which consisted of 8 questions for the online marketing variable (X), 8 questions for purchasing decisions (Y), with a total of 80 research respondents. The research questionnaire contains a description of the respondents and answers to the questions given. The characteristics of respondents in this study are based on gender, age, latest education, occupation and number of visits per month.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in sales based on the grab platform at Pak Novi's Madura Satay UMKM. According to lion rimbun in andreas (2010: 38) the definition of quantitative methodology is a procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of research data or oral from people and observable behavior. This research includes descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data sources, while the data collection techniques used are through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The marketing strategy uses a direct face-to-face or word-of-mouth system, so businesses should use social media to market their products.

Abstract

The type of research used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 30 people with the sampling technique in this study being total sampling. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The results showed that there was a significant influence between transformational leadership on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.745> 1.70562 and a sig a value = 0.011 <0.050; there was a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance with a t-count value of 4.688> 1.70562 and a sig a value = 0.000 <0.050. Simultaneously, transformational leadership variables and work motivation on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Central Statistics Agency with an Fcount value of 15,422> 3.35 with a significance value smaller than the probability of 5%, namely 0.000.

Abstract

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is the total cost incurred by a company to acquire and process raw materials into finished products. These costs include raw material costs, labor costs, and factory overhead costs, all of which are listed in the report. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the process of determining the cost of goods produced at Tofu Sumedang Hybrid in Bengkulu City using full costing and its accuracy in reflecting actual costs. The methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation based on the calculation of the cost of goods sold (COGS) conducted by the Sumedang Hibrida Tofu business in Bengkulu City using the simple method, the COGS was Rp 125,000,000 for the period May to August 2025, with 1,250 orders. This calculation does not include all overhead cost components in detail. Using the full costing method, which comprehensively calculates all production cost components, including direct materials, direct labor, and fixed and variable factory overhead, the COGS was Rp 167,600,000 for the same period.

Abstract

The performance of human resources in educational institutions is one of the keys to the success of the educational process. Therefore, schools need to prepare human resources who are qualified and competent in their fields, and efforts are needed to improve the quality of human resources in educational institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Competence, Work Motivation, and Leadership on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 4 Seluma. The analysis methods used in this study include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Testing using t-test and F-test with a sample of 47 respondents. From the calculations using SPSS, we can see that competence and work motivation affect but are not significant to teacher performance. Leadership, on the other hand, affects and is significant to teacher performance. From the SPSS calculations, it is known that the determination coefficient value of the variables competence, work motivation, and leadership is 0.791, which can be understood that the X variables have a positive effect on teacher performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 4 Seluma, amounting to 79.1%, while the remaining 20.9% is influenced by variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service impact on customer usage decisions. The process of customers using car rental services certainly involves various considerations, taking into account various factors before making a decision to use them, including location, price, and service at PT. Dewa Wisata Trans. Therefore, Bengkulu Car Rental business owners strive to optimize how consumers become interested and become customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of location, price, and service on the decision to use a car rental at PT. Dewa Wisata Trans in Bengkulu City. The data collection method in this study used observation and questionnaire techniques, with a sample of 120 respondents. The results of the study showed that the results of multiple linear regression showed Y = 0.698 + 0.306 (X1) + 0.043 (X2) + 0.627 (X3) + 0.955. This illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning there is a significant influence between the variables of location (X1), price (X2), and service (X3) on the decision to use (Y) Car Rental at PT. Dewa Wisata Trans in Bengkulu City.From the t-test results of the location variable (X1) shows t count 3.057> t table 1.658 and significance 0.003 <0.05, meaning that location (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use (Y) on Car Rental at Pt. Dewa Wisata Trans Kota Bengkulu. The results of the price test (X2) show t count 3.526> t table 1.658 and significance 0.000 <0.05, meaning that price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use (Y) on Car Rental at Pt. Dewa Wisata Trans Kota Bengkulu. The results of the service test (X3) show t count 9.073> t table 1.658 and significance 0.005 <0.05, meaning that service (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use (Y) Car Rental at Pt. Dewa Wisata Trans Kota Bengkulu.
