Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize the creation of a human resource, including PKK women in Siwalanpanji village, Buduran district, Sidoarjo regency, in the use of waste oil, so that it can produce something of high selling value and economic and social benefits for the surrounding community. The method is lecture, discussion, and direct practice to add innovation and creativity to the village. The socialization results went according to plan and were attended by 40 (forty) representatives of Ms. PKK from each RT in Siwalanpanji Village for 1 (one) month. This socialization activity received a positive response and was greeted with enthusiasm by the PKK women in Siwalanpanji Village. With this activity, used cooking oil waste that accumulates at home can be processed with an innovative touch and creativity can be an additional income for the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of public relations management in improving the quality of education in Islamic schools based on the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. The quality of education is one of the main indicators in the development of Islamic educational institutions, which requires support from various parties, including the community. Public relations management serves as a strategic link between the school and the community to build trust, collaboration and sustainable support. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were analyzed based on Islamic principles listed in the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as public relations practices in educational institutions. The results showed that effective PR management can strengthen the positive image of the school, increase community participation, and promote Islamic values widely. In addition, principles such as deliberation, transparency and shared responsibility are key in building harmonious relationships between schools and communities. In this study, we will discuss the role of public relations management based on Islamic values that has a significant contribution in creating superior education quality in Islamic schools. Thus, this research is expected to provide guidance for Islamic educational institutions to optimize public relations management in improving education quality and relevance.

Abstract

The influence of transformational leadership is a very important aspect in the science of Islamic education management, especially on teacher work motivation in Islamic schools. However, not all teachers have high work motivation, teacher dissatisfaction is also often caused by a lack of support from the principal and the lack of solidity of the work team at school. So an effective leadership approach is needed to encourage their enthusiasm and dedication. By integrating Islamic values in leadership such as justice, trust, and responsibility, transformational leadership is able to increase teachers' work motivation, both professionally and spiritually. Through the literature review method from journals, articles, and others, this research can deeply analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher work motivation in Islamic schools. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant influence on teachers' work motivation. Teachers led by this style tend to be more motivated, proactive, and satisfied with their work. External factors, such as adequate work facilities and organizational support, were also found to support the successful implementation of this leadership style. therefore, well-implemented transformational leadership in Islamic schools not only improves teacher performance but also contributes to the overall achievement of Islamic education goals.
