Abstract

The book of tafsir and hadith contains many lessons and wisdoms, one of them is to provide solutions to every human problem, especially today's problems such as sexual violence. This article will try to criticize how and what sexual violence is seen from the book of tafsir and hadith. This article is a qualitative research, with a critical perspective. The primary data source used is the book of tafsir, namely ibnu katsir, by examining QS.Yusuf verse 23 and examining the hadiths that talk about sexual violence in the Book of Hadith. Secondary data sources are writings in journal articles, books and the web. This article applies the fragmentation of the story in QS.Yusus verse 23 to find forms of sexual violence in the book of tafsir and hadith. At the end of this research, it is found that there is a form of sexual abuse within the framework of sexual violence obtained from examining QS. yusuf verse 23 and hadith about the prohibition of sexual violence. The theoretical implication of this article is the redefinition of the form of sexual violence in the books of interpretation and hadith.

Abstract

The Hadith, as Islamic teachings, gave rise to a multitude of social interactions and understandings. The epistemology of the hadith has been established by hadith scholars, and the ulama of today are enhancing them with several kinds of innovative techniques that may be used to comprehend and apply them. However, in the contemporary era, these various methods continue to provide textual interpretation and a limited comprehension of hadith. This is analogous to realizing that women are not allowed to travel without a mahram. When the hadith is interpreted following the social context of the society, it will be fully understood and serve its intended purpose. To fully comprehend this article, we must have a contextual knowledge of hadith that incorporates several kinds of scientific disciplines. The context of Muhammad's prophetic message or other traditions should be taken into consideration while interpreting hadiths. The hadith will be able to bring out the principles of Islam itself, salihun likulli zaman wa makan, by thorough research and by referencing other scholarly works.

Abstract

Basically, Multikultural’s education is not contradict with theteaching of Islam especially Qur’an which becomes the source of law inIslam. The diversity is actually becomes the rich of intelectual’s wealthfor reviewed. As it is in some verses of Qur’an which explains aboutthat. Hoefully with the existence of multikultural’s education, everyindividual or group should be expected to receive and appreciate manydifferences, they live together with peace and prosperous. This writingwill discuss about the multikultural’s education concept and theeducation’s value in the Qur’an. Therefore, the writer try to find theinformation to replied that problems, through the study exegis ofinterpretation the verses in Qur’an which is relevant the problems. Thisstudy has some goals, aimed to anaylyze: 1. The multikultural’seducation concept based on the thought of some education’s expert, 2.To know the multikultural’s education vales which can be found inQur’an, 3. Multikultural’s education urgency in contemporary Islamiceducation, nowadays. From the end of study, it can be conclude that:multikultural’s education is not contradict with the teaching of Islam.More over the multikultural’s education are also found in Qur’an. Forexample are learning to live in the diversity, buliding the mutual trustand mutual understanding, mutual respect, openminded in thinking,appreciation and interdependency, confilct’s resolution andreconciliation.
