Abstract

This research discusses Digital Era 5.0 learning solutions, namely the benefits that can be provided by the presence of artificial intelligence in the development of science and technology. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a computer program designed and built to mimic human intelligence, including decision-making ability, logic, and other characteristics of intelligence. Artificial intelligence as a learning solution for the digital era 5.0 is here to improve teaching and learning and innovation in learning implementation. The results of this research show that AI support is needed in the world of education and learning, including for personalized learning, this system can analyze the strengths and weaknesses of students to provide material that suits their level of understanding. AI can also be utilized as real time feedback in learning, also utilized for interactive teaching, data management and administration in education and teaching, as a virtual tutor. AI can also be used for fraud detection and 21st century skills development. AI as an access to education is implemented in the form of distance learning can be in the form of e-learning, learning curriculum development and can simplify and ease the burden that teachers can do in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze teacher productivity at SMPIT Ma'arif Padang Panjang through an empirical approach. Teacher productivity is a key factor in improving the quality of education and learning in schools. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at SMPIT Ma'arif Padang Panjang. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify the level of productivity and the factors that influence it. The results show that teacher productivity at SMPIT Ma'arif Padang Panjang is at a fairly good level, but some areas require improvement. Factors that contribute positively to productivity include the availability of educational resources, administrative support, and training and professional development. Conversely, factors such as excessive workload and lack of incentives are considered to hinder productivity. This study provides practical recommendations for school management to improve teacher productivity, including through improving supporting facilities, providing ongoing training programs, and implementing a fair incentive system. The implications of this study are expected to help in formulating more effective and efficient education policies, to improve the quality of education at SMPIT Ma'arif Padang Panjang.   Keywords: Teacher Productivity, SMPIT Ma'arif Padang Panjang, Empirical Analysis, Education Quality, Productivity Factors

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the most frequently used methods to communicate in education is presentation. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perspektif Ibnu Khaldun mengenai penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dan bagaimana pemikirannya dapat diimplementasikan di SMP Muhammadiyah Payakumbuh. Ibnu Khaldun, seorang filsuf dan sejarawan Muslim, memandang pendidikan sebagai alat penting dalam pembentukan karakter, akhlak, dan pembangunan peradaban. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif untuk menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan menurut Ibnu Khaldun, seperti pembentukan akhlak, keteladanan guru, pendekatan bertahap dalam pembelajaran, dan pengembangan keterampilan praktis, dapat diterapkan dalam lingkungan sekolah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa SMP Muhammadiyah Payakumbuh berupaya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai ini melalui pendekatan yang menekankan pada adab, disiplin, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter Islami. Penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam ini diharapkan dapat melahirkan siswa yang tidak hanya berprestasi secara akademis, tetapi juga berakhlak mulia dan memiliki keterampilan hidup yang bermanfaat.
