Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the influence of the color of the lights on the type and composition of fish caught in the Tancap Chart in Sheet Bay and to describe the influence of the color of the lights on the B/C Ratio of the Tancap Chart caught in the Sheet Bay. This research was carried out in Teluk Selamat Village, Labuan Tereng District. West Lombok Regency Sheet from June - July 2021. This research uses an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and four replications each, the four treatments are step charts using white lights, treatment II using yellow light, and treatment III using blue light and treatment IV using red light. The results of the research showed that the tancap chart with the treatment using white lights caught the most, which means it had the most influence on the total weight of the catch, followed by yellow, blue and red lights, the fish composition in each treatment, the dominant fish caught was tamban fish. (Sardinella sp). The largest B/C Ratio results were obtained on the step chart with white then yellow, red and blue lights (B/C Ratio > 1) indicating that the business being carried out is profitable, meaning the business is worthy of development

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of using different probiotics on growth, survival rate, and feed conversion rate of African catfish on the biofloc system. The study was conducted at the SMK PP Negeri Mataram Laboratory from August to September 2020. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments with 3 replications. Data collection was carried out by measuring fish length and fish weight. The data analyzed were daily weight growth rate, daily length growth rate, specific growth rate, survival rate, feed conversion rate, growth pattern, and condition factors. Growth rates, survival and feed conversion rates were analyzed using the ANOVA method and LSD test. The results indicated that the growth rate of daily weight, length growth rate, specific growth rate, and conversion rate has optimal in the treatment of Bacillus + Lactobacillus probiotic. In this treatment, the average daily weight growth rate in the treatment was 0.13 gr/day, the daily length growth rate for African catfish was 0.130 cm/day, the specific growth rate was 1.76%/day, and the average feed conversion rate of 0.641. The highest survival rate also occurred in the treatment of Bacillus + Lactobacillus probiotics with an average of 81.33%. The growth pattern of African catfish with the biofloc system is negative allometric, the coefficient value (b) is less than 3. The condition factor for African catfish is categorized as flat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of adding different weights of zeolite stone on the survival rate of tilapia (Oreocrhomis niloticus) seeds during the transportation process carried out at BBI Batu Kumbung, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The method used in this research is an experimental method. The data analysis used was Analytical Analysis (ANASRA) at a real level of 5% and 1% to determine the percentage of mortality of the object under study. The results of this research were the use of zeolite stones with different weights for transporting tilapia (Oreocrhomis niloticus) seeds. The results of observations in treatment X0 using zeolite stone weighing 10 g mean percentage of life 74.66%, X1 treatment uses zeolite stone weighing 20 grams with an average survival percentage of 77.33%, X2 treatment uses zeolite stone weighing 30 g with an average survival percentage of 82.66%, and treatment X3 using zeolite stone weighing 40 g with an average survival percentage of 88.66%. ased on the Variety Scan analysis, it shows where F Calculated < F Table 5%, so it can be concluded that H0 is accepted or H1 is rejected, meaning that the difference in the weight of the zeolite stone does not have a significant effect on the survival rate of tilapia (Oreochromis Niloticus)
