Abstract

Sebagai pendidik ataupun calon pendidik yang beragama Islam sangat penting juga untuk mengetahui apa saja adab-adab dan kepribadian guru yang harus dimiliki dalam mendidik peserta didiknya serta juga dalam meraungi dunia pendidikan. Hadits- hadits Rasullullah banyak yang berbicara tentang adab ataupun kepribadian yang baik, yang bisa dijadikan contoh atau acuan guna untuk diterapkan dalam menjalankan tugas oleh seorang guru yaitu mendidik peserta didiknya agar martabat dan marwah guru tetap terjaga dengan baik. Dalam tulisan ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode studi pustaka yang mana sumber-sumber referensi diambil berdasarkan dari buku-buku, kitab-kitab hadits, artikel jurnal lainnya. Kemudian, hasil pembahasan tulisan ini yaitu menjabarkan point-point yang menjadi adab-adab dan kepribadian guru dalam hadits nabi seperti guru harus memiliki adab lemah lembut, penyayang, sabar, rendah hati, adil, bijaksana,dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the multicultural dynamics that emerge in the election process of a non-Muslim village head within a Muslim-majority community, using a case study of Perguroan Village, Bangun Purba Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency. The main focus of this research is to explore how social interactions, tolerance, and local democratic practices are carried out in a context of religious diversity that holds the potential for tension. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that, despite the potential for resistance based on religious identity, the community of Perguroan Village exhibits a high level of acceptance toward a non-Muslim village head. This is made possible by the strong presence of local values such as gotong royong (mutual cooperation), respect for differences, and a long-standing history of interfaith coexistence. This study affirms that multicultural practices at the local level can function harmoniously when supported by an inclusive culture and leadership that is capable of bridging differences.

Abstract

This research aims to review the Definition of the Wahdatul ulum Paradigm with a Transdisciplinary Approach. The separation between religious knowledge and general science has long occurred. Some Muslim communities still believe that religion and science cannot be combined together because they both have their own domains. With a transdisciplinary approach, Wahdatul `Ulum is very suitable in the current uncertain era where advances in digital technology are the main factor. Research is qualitative research on library studies (library research), collecting data by looking for sources such as books, journals and previous research. Transdisciplinarity is reflection, integration and methods that go beyond scientific principles with the aim of finding solutions to social problems, which are obtained from combining related sciences in a way that differentiates and integrates knowledge from various theories. A transdisciplinary approach implies full interaction between, between, and outside disciplines from a perspective or based on real-life problems. The results of this research conclude that all UINs in Indonesia must have an attitude of adapting to all kinds of changes, especially North Sumatra UIN. As an Islamic-based university, it follows the concept of the Wahdatul Ulum paradigm through an interdisciplinary approach, referring to the values contained in various articles about the implementation of education, research and public works at the Islamic Religious University of North Sumatra.
