Abstract

This study is entitled Discourse on Comedy Serving Ubrug Sentra Agata in the play Rahwana Nganjor, which was staged during the West Java and Banten Landslide Festival in 2015. The object of the study uses the video media of performance documentation and the focus of the study is discussing discourse in comedy presentations on the play Rahwana Up. The play Rahwana Nganjor carries the theme of wayang in the Ramayana epic, the war between the Kingdom of Alengka and the Kingdom of Ayodhya is used as the setting for the event in this play. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and information contained in the audiovisual. Critical Discourse Analysis Van A, Dijk is used to examine the discourse in the comedy presentation by paying attention to three dimensions, including Text Dimensions, Social Cognition, and Social Context. So the data obtained that social issues in the community is used as the basis for creating comedy in Ubrug Sentra Agata.

Abstract

Abstrak Voice Note diartikan sebagai catatan-catatan verbal yang di abstraksikan menjadi sebuah aspek musik kontemporer, implementasi verbal menjadi sebuah musik kontemporer tersebut dibentuk oleh kerangka-kerangka teoritikal komposisi. Adapun aspek-aspek yang menjadi wujud dari komposisi Voice Note ini juga dipenuhi secara konstruktif oleh metode garap. Metode garap secara umum merupakan sebuah sistem yang melibatkan beberapa unsur atau pihak yang masing-masing saling terkait dan membantu. Beberapa unsur garap tersebut dapat disebut sebagai berikut: a. Materi garap atau ajang garap; b. Penggarap; c. Sarana garap d; Prabot atau piranti garap;be. Penentu garap; dan f. Pertimbangan garap. Secara praktikal metode garap ini memuat unusur-unsur konvensi dalam Tradisi Musik Bambu. Aspek material yang terdapat dalam Musik Bambu terbentuk secara Asimetrik. Dari aspek penentu dan Pertimbangan Garap komposisi ini dihadirkan atas dasar kontekstual dari cara berpikir penggarap yang berlatar belakang musisi yang berupaya memahami prinsip-prinsip media pada konvensi alat Tradisional. Oleh karena itu kehadiran karya ini lebih di orientasi kepada gaya musik kontemporer melalui pemahaman-pemahaman konvensi Tradisi musik Bambu Kata Kunci: Voice Note , Kontemporer Musik, Kreativitas Garap
