Abstract

Study this aim to find out how influence from Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation for Interest in Entrepreneurship in the SPP (Women's Savings and Loans) Group . This research is a research quantitative descriptive. Data used are primary data. Methods of data analysis in research _ this using the s analysis method multiple linear regression to get comprehensive picture about the influence between the variables Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation Against Entrepreneurial Interest with using SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of the hypotheses test show that that : Intrinsic Motivation take effect positive and significant to Entrepreneurial Interest . Meanwhile, this study failed to prove the second hypothesis. In this case, Extrinsic Motivation was found to have no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest .

Abstract

The national economy seeks to improve the welfare of the people, which is supported by the agricultural sector. The role of the agricultural sector will be more optimal if it is supported by an integrated, sustainable planning system, and balanced with the provision of an adequate budget in the form of capital. Capital problems are the main problem faced by farmers, although many farmers have the ability to increase their agricultural output if they do not have adequate capital, then these farmers will not be able to develop their agriculture. So to overcome the lack of capital, farmers will apply for credit loans to financial institutions, both formal and informal. However, the development of credit is currently increasing, especially credit for the agricultural sector which is programmed by the government to improve the rural economy which is an agricultural area. Agricultural credit has a very important role in developing agricultural development to obtain greater production results. If production increases, the income of farmers will also increase for the welfare of the farmer. Therefore, researchers have conducted research by using the research method of distributing 30 questionnaires to oil palm farmers in North Labuhanbatu Regency. The research variables are own capital (X1), credit capital (X2), and land area (X3) using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the application of agricultural credit in North Labuhanbatu Regency has been applied well but not fully for the management of oil palm agriculture.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance in the context of achieving targets to increase company revenue. The issue is reinforced by the high number of customer complaints regarding discomfort experienced while shopping at the supermarket, indicating that the services provided by PT Deco 100 Kuala Tanjung, located in Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra, do not meet consumer expectations. This has even led some customers to hesitate in becoming loyal patrons. The research adopts a quantitative approach, with data analysis conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software. The sample consisted of 30 employees. The analysis results show that work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, with a significance level of 0.281 (p > 0.05). Conversely, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Work discipline exhibits a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 0.0148 (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables—work motivation, work environment, and work discipline—contribute 17.77% in explaining the variation in employee performance. Based on these findings, the study recommends the importance of enhancing work motivation and implementing more effective enforcement of work discipline by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance on employee performance through job satisfaction. The variables studied include Employee Engagement and Work Life Balance as independent variables, Employee performance as dependent variables, and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The study was conducted on employees of PTPN VI Kebun Pabatu, Dolok Merawan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The number of research samples was 51 people, determined using the Taro Yamane formula. This study uses primary data obtained by using questionnaires distributed to employees. The data analyzed using the path analysis method. The results of the study showed that Employee Engagement did not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Work-Life Balance had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Employee Engagement was proven to have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while Work-Life Balance did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. This study also found that Job Satisfaction had a significant effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Job Satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of Employee Engagement on Performance, but was unable to mediate the effect of Work-Life Balance on Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and work environment on the performance of UPTD employees. Berohol Health Center. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 25.00. The sample of this study was 34 respondents, namely employees of UPTD. Berohol Health Center, Tebing Tinggi City. The analysis method used in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that self-efficacy had a significant effect on the performance of UPTD Berohol Health Center employees, Tebing Tinggi City. The work environment also had a significant effect on the performance of UPTD Berohol Health Center employees, Tebing Tinggi City. Then self-efficacy and work environment simultaneously influenced employee performance at UPTD Berohol Health Center, Tebing Tinggi City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Content Marketing on Purchasing Decisions Through Customer Engagement at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi. The research method used is a quantitative method using Smart PLS version 3.0. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study is the measurement model (outer model), namely the validity test, reliability test, then the structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination/r-square (r2) and hypothesis testing with t-statistics and indirect effect tests. The results of Smart PLS 3.0 in this study are that Content Marketing has an effect on Customer Engagement at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi, Content Marketing has an effect on Purchasing Decisions at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi, Customer Engagement has no effect on Purchasing Decisions at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi, Content Marketing has no effect on Purchasing Decisions mediated by Customer Engagement at Mickey Dimsum Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and motivation on job satisfaction in the A team of the reduction section of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Inalum). In this study, 60 employees were used using census or total sampling techniques. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a Likert scale measurement scale. The data that has been collected is then processed with the SPSS 25.00 application by conducting validity and reliability tests on the research instrument. Furthermore, normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests were carried out. Then multiple linear regression analysis tests were carried out and for hypothesis testing using partial tests (t) and simultaneous tests (F). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that performance appraisal has no effect on job satisfaction, motivation affects job satisfaction and performance appraisal and motivation have a joint effect (simultaneously) on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Employee Reliability and Facilities on Brand Image and Its Implications on Patient Loyalty at Natama General Hospital, Tebing Tinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of Smart PLS version 3.0 which was collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to Patients at Natama General Hospital. The analysis method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely a validity and reliability test. measurement model (outer model) namely validity test, reliability test, then structural model (inner model) including: coefficient of determination / r-square (r2), goodness of fit model and hypothesis testing with t-statistic test and indirect effect test (indirect effect). The results of SPSS in this study are Employee Reliability Does Not Affect Brand Image, Facilities Affect Brand Image, Employee Reliability Does Not Affect Patient Loyalty, Facilities Affect Patient Loyalty, Brand Image Does Not Affect Patient Loyalty, Brand Image Cannot Mediate the Relationship Between Facilities and Patient Loyalty, Brand Image Cannot Mediate the Relationship Between Reliability and Patient Loyalty.
