Abstract

This research is: analyzing the influence of the learning climate on the performance of lecturers in Tebing Tinggi, analyzing the influence of organizational support on the performance of lecturers in Tebing Tinggi, analyzing the influence of supervision on the performance of lecturers in Tebing Tinggi, analyzing the influence of the learning climate, organizational support and supervision simultaneously on the performance of lecturers at Tebing Tinggi. The location or place of research is the College of Lecturers in Tebing Tinggi City . In this research activity, data and information were collected using methods, namely: A list of questions ( Questionnaire ) given to Tebing Tinggi lecturers who were respondents . Simultaneous testing shows that climate variables learning, support organization work, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tebing Tinggi Lecturers. Partially the learning climate has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Tebing Tinggi Lecturers. Partially, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of Tebing Tinggi Private Middle School Lecturers. Partially, supervision has no significant effect on the work performance of Lecturers in Tebing Tinggi City. The R2 value obtained is 0.423 or 42.3% which shows the ability of climate variables. learning, support organization and supervision in explaining the variations that occur in lecturer performance variables is 42.3%, while the remaining 57.7% is explained by other variables that are not included in the model such as compensation, organizational culture, job satisfaction, etc.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Nasabah Bank BRI Unit Ahmad Yani Tebing Tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25.00.yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada nasabah Bank BRI Unit Ahmad Yani Tebing Tinggi sebanyak 97 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas , uji multikolonearitas, uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), uji hipotesis yaitu uji T dan Uji F. Hasil dari SPSS dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah (Y), variabel kepercayaan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah (Y), dan Uji F kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan kepercayaan (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y).

Abstract

Kabupaten Bandung merupakan daerah dengan tingkat perceraian tertinggi ke dua di Jawa Barat. Tingginya angka perceraian  di usia muda yang terjadi di Desa Warnasari, Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung, menyebabkan perempuan muda menjadi tulang punggung keluarga. Kurangnya motivasi perempuan muda untuk menggapai impian, menyebabkan keadaan ekonomi di Desa Warnasari tidak banyak berkembang. Kegiatan PKM yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi Desa Warnasari berupa sosialisasi pernikahan di usia tepat dan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan berbasis digital bagi perempuan muda. Sosialisasi pernikahan di usia tepat, bertujuan agar perempuan muda di Desa Warnasari menyadari pentingnya menikah di usia tepat untuk mencegah tingginya angka perceraian, dan dapat mengembangkan diri di usia muda. Program pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis digital bertujuan agar perempuan mempunyai peningkatan dalam hal pengetahuan, keterampilan dalam berwirausaha menggunakan media digital. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM, diharapkan perempuan muda di Desa Warnasari dapat mengembangkan potensi diri sehingga memiliki kualitas hidup yang lebih baik.
