Abstract

Education is something that is very essential in the process of humanizing a cultured society. In other words, everyone in this world has the right to educate according to his abilities. However, in reality, note all children have received education. The purpose of this study was to determine the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in realizing equal distribution of primary and secondary education for the community. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research results, it is obtained that the description of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in realizing equal distribution of primary and secondary education can be conveyed: 1) The PKH program is a planned, measured, directed activity by planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and following up in an effort to realize equitable primary and secondary education; 2) The PKH program has been running in accordance with the implementation procedure, fulfilling the rights and obligations of program recipients as well as the follow-up of program implementation. 3) the obstacle is the lack of understanding of PKH program recipients and local officials about the PKH program implementation procedures and the low motivation of PKH recipients to continue their education to a higher level. 4). The step in coming is to coordinate with the village government, sub-district coordinators and supervision in providing understanding and education about the PKH program and providing motivation to PKH recipients about the importance of education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the marketing practices of Kangen Water products at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Al-Azz Ibun, Bandung Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of product marketing within Islamic boarding schools that does not always reflect Islamic business ethics, even though pesantren hold a strategic role in upholding sharia-based economic values. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving the pesantren leaders, Kangen Water managers, consumers, and muamalah experts. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo software to assist in coding and thematic categorization, followed by SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) analyses. The results show that Kangen Water marketing in the pesantren benefits from its religious image and consumer trust but faces weaknesses in promotional innovation. Overall, the marketing practices are aligned with the principles of maqashid shariah, particularly in preserving religion, health, and transactional honesty. This study recommends strengthening digital promotion based on sharia ethics as a sustainable marketing model that can be adopted by other Islamic boarding schools.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis praktik pemasaran produk Kangen Water di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Al-Azz Ibun Kabupaten Bandung dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena pemasaran produk di lingkungan pesantren yang belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip etika bisnis Islam, padahal pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam menegakkan nilai-nilai syariah dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pimpinan pesantren, pengelola Kangen Water, konsumen, serta pakar muamalah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo untuk membantu proses pengkodean dan kategorisasi tema, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran Kangen Water di pesantren memiliki kekuatan berupa dukungan citra religius dan kepercayaan konsumen, namun masih lemah dalam inovasi promosi. Secara umum, praktik pemasaran telah sesuai dengan prinsip maqashid syariah, terutama dalam menjaga agama, kesehatan, dan kejujuran transaksi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan promosi digital berbasis etika syariah sebagai model pemasaran yang berkelanjutan dan dapat diadopsi oleh lembaga pesantren lainnya.
