Abstract

Instilling disciplined character is very important for students. Various efforts are made to form a disciplined character in students at school. Some of them are through programs designed for schools that have student dormitories. The researcher aims to explore dormitory programs that are able to instill disciplinary character using a qualitative approach through the case study method. This research was located at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung School. The sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling technique with 5 informants. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observation techniques. From the research results, it was found that the dormitory program at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung, which includes dormitory picket activities, evening roll call in the dormitory, and eating together in the public kitchen, has gone well in instilling a disciplined character in students, this is indicated by the percentage The average level of discipline of students at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung boarding school is 98% with a very good category in terms of 4 aspects of disciplinary character, namely attitude discipline, worship discipline, time discipline, and discipline in enforcing rules.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dijadikan sebagai strategi dalam mengatasi keberagaman kemampuan dari peserta didik yang meliputi gaya belajar, minat belajar, karakteristik peserta didik diSMP Negeri 51 Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Review Literature dengan sumber data dari artikel dan juga dari jurnal. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka dari berbagai sumber yang sudah di kumpulkan sebelumnya Keragaman kemampuan peserta didik jika tidak diatasi maka akan berdampak pada hasil pembelajaran sehingga harus diatasi dengan memberikan fasilitas dengan memberikan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatasi keragaman kemampuan peserta didik di SMP Negeri 51 Palembang dengan melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yakni mengelompokan peserta didik sesuai dengan kemampuannya sehingga peserta didik merasa lebih senang karena kebutuhannya bisa difasilitasi ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze differentiated learning which is used as a strategy in overcoming the diversity of abilities of students including learning styles, learning interests, characteristics of students at SMP Negen 51 in the Framework of Realizing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used in this study is Literature Review with data sources from articles and also from journals. For data collection techniques in this study using literature studies from various sources that have been collected previously. The diversity of student abilities if not overcome will have an impact on learning outcomes so that it must be overcome by providing facilities by providing fulfillment of learning needs according to what is needed. The strategy that can be done to overcome the diversity of student abilities at SMP Negen 51 Palembang is through differentiated learning, namely grouping students according to their abilities so that students feel happier because their needs can be facilitated.
