Abstract

This scholarly analysis presents a comprehensive overview of the intersection of cyberlaw and the COVID-19 pandemic. Using Lens.org and Zenodo.org, the study's objective was to enhance digital literacy skills, data management capabilities, and information retrieval proficiency among students. It encompasses a wealth of information, with 18,746 initial records. After filtering, 2,357 relevant documents were obtained. The data was then meticulously analyzed, including identifying top institutions, publishers, fields of study, active authors, citation patterns, and more. The results offer valuable insights, and the dataset has been made accessible for various stakeholders, particularly students and researchers looking to delve into the dynamic landscape of cyberlaw and its response to the pandemic. Abstract

In this research, data was collected and analyzed to provide insights into the field of cyberlaw and its relation to cyberbullying. The objective was to create a comprehensive overview of scholarly works in this domain. The data collection process involved using the Lens.org platform to search for articles related to "Cyberlaw OR Cyber Law AND cyberbullying." Subsequently, articles were filtered by document type, year published (from 2002 to 2012), and subject matter (Law). The collected data, comprising 1,631 articles, was analyzed to explore top institutions, publishers, fields of study, active countries/regions, authors, and more. The results provide a valuable resource for researchers, students, and journalists seeking information on cyberlaw and cyberbullying. The rich dataset can be leveraged for further insights and experimental development. This comprehensive analysis offers a deep understanding of the current state of cyberlaw research and its intersection with the pressing issue of cyberbullying. Abstract

This data article offers a comprehensive scholarly overview of the digital forensics and crime research landscape from 2002 to 2012, as captured from Lens.org. Employing the search terms "Digital Forensic" and "Crime," we identified a corpus of 2,078 documents. The research's primary objectives were to provide insights into the abundance of research articles in this intersection and to facilitate future explorations in digital forensics and crime. Data filtering encompassed document type, date range, and subject matter (Law), yielding a final dataset of 41 journal articles. The results revealed trends in institutional contributions, active authors, leading fields of study, prominent publications, and the most prolific publishers. This dataset will empower researchers, students, and practitioners embarking on digital forensic investigations and studies of cybercrimes. Abstract

This study involved a multi-step data retrieval process from Lens.org, aimed at analyzing the landscape of cyber law and drone research. The primary objective was to conduct a literature review on the intersection of cyber law and drone technology, and it was undertaken as part of a coursework requirement on Cyber Law. The data collection process involved searching for articles related to "Cyber Law" or "Cyberlaw" and "Drone," resulting in a dataset of 6,563 records. Subsequent filtering narrowed it down to 3,899 journal articles, and a further filter focusing on the subject matter "Law" yielded 455 articles. The final stage involved analyzing various aspects of the dataset, including top institutions, trends over time, active authors, fields of study, countries/regions, and publishers. The goal of this data collection is to facilitate future research in digital forensics with a specific focus on the intersection of digital forensic analysis and tomographic techniques.
