Abstract

This study scrutinizes 264 scholarly articles from 2012 to 2022, exploring the intersection of digital forensics and legal methodologies. Noteworthy findings reveal prolific contributions from institutions like the University of Lausanne and University College Dublin, showcasing 2019 as a peak year with 42 publications. Computer Science dominates, encompassing 223 articles, with Graeme Horsman emerging as a prominent author with 13 publications. The UK leads in scholarly activity, generating 74 articles, while Elsevier stands out as the primary publisher with 145 articles. This research serves as a vital resource, offering guidance for further exploration in the dynamic realm of digital forensics and legal methods. Abstract

This data article presents a meticulous analysis of scholarly works on "Online Business AND Post-Covid" sourced from Lens.org. Employing keyword-based searches and precise filtering for document types and subject matter (Law), it gathered relevant journal articles and conference proceedings, exporting data in CSV and BIBTEX formats, alongside image extractions. Findings spotlight key insights, such as the University of Leeds' prominent contribution, the prolific year of 2020, and prevalent subject areas like Political Science and Pandemic. Active institutions like the University of Sheffield and the dominance of the United Kingdom as the most active country emerge. This dataset serves as a crucial resource for researchers, enabling further investigations and experimentation in the evolving landscape of online business post-Covid.Highlights: Detailed analysis of scholarly works on Post-Covid Online Business from Lens.org. Abstract

Meningkatnya kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan di Indonesia, prosedur menjadi tolak ukur dalam menurunkan angka kekerasan sehingga timbul pertanyaan apakah Prosedur Perlindungan Perempuan diatur oleh PermenPPPA sudah mencantumkan prinsip-prinsip perlindungan HAM? dan apakah PermenPPPA telah mengakomodir tata cara khusus yang dilaksanakan oleh Daerah Istimewa di Indonesia? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (Statue Approach). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tata Cara Perlindungan Perempuan yang diatur oleh PermenPPPA tidak menyimpang dari prinsip Perlindungan Hukum Hak Asasi Manusia, PermenPPPA juga telah mengakomodir tata cara khusus yang dilaksanakan oleh Daerah Istimewa di Indonesia yang dibuktikan dengan prinsip tuntunan etik PermenPPPA sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan norma dan asas-asas Negara Republik Indonesia.
