Abstract

This data article presents a meticulous analysis of scholarly works on "Online Business AND Post-Covid" sourced from Lens.org. Employing keyword-based searches and precise filtering for document types and subject matter (Law), it gathered relevant journal articles and conference proceedings, exporting data in CSV and BIBTEX formats, alongside image extractions. Findings spotlight key insights, such as the University of Leeds' prominent contribution, the prolific year of 2020, and prevalent subject areas like Political Science and Pandemic. Active institutions like the University of Sheffield and the dominance of the United Kingdom as the most active country emerge. Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of scholarly articles in "Digital Forensic and Forensic Sciences" within the Law subject matter from 2012 to 2022, using data from Lens.org. Filtering 21,619 documents resulted in 1,566 pertinent articles, revealing Universite de Lausanne as the top-contributing institution and Eoghan Casey as the most prolific author with 36 articles. A peak in 2019 marked heightened scholarly activity, predominantly in Computer Science. The United Kingdom emerged as the most active region, and Elsevier as the leading publisher. This analysis sheds light on the trends, key contributors, and focal areas in digital forensic research within the legal domain. Abstract

This data article presents a comprehensive analysis conducted on Lens.org, focusing on documents related to E-commerce and Retailing. By employing keyword searches like "e-commerce AND Retailing," we retrieved a total of 19,091 documents. Subsequently, filtering for journal articles and conference proceedings resulted in 12,867 relevant documents. The study highlights key findings: London Queensland University of Technology stands out with 83 documents, while the peak scholarly output occurred in 2019 with 1,215 journal articles. Business emerged as the dominant field of study, encompassing 5,365 documents. Active institutions like University of Pennsylvania and Cardiff University explored Economics and Business, contributing significantly. Yogesh K Dwivedi emerged as the most prolific author, producing 45 documents. Notably, the study reveals a seminal work titled "Golden Eggs and Hyperbolic Discounting" in 1997, accumulating 4,964 accessible documents. The United States led in active contributions with 2,067 documents. Elsevier emerged as the top publisher, producing 2,076 documents, including the SSRN Electronic Journal. This dataset serves as a valuable resource for researchers delving into the intersection of E-commerce and Retailing, offering insights into trends, prolific authors, and institutional contributions.
