Abstract

Musik memiliki kemampuan untuk menginspirasi perasaan positif, menghilangkan kecemasan, dan memberikan rasa kenyamanan. Hal ini dapat membantu generasi Z mengatasi berbagai tantangan kesehatan mental yang sedang hadapi. Maka Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan makna dan pesan-pesan yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu “Satu-satu” yang dibawakan oleh Idgitaf dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan membedah tiap lirik menggunakan pendekatan teori semiotika Ferdinand de sausurre melihat dari penanda dan petanda makna self-healing pada lagu lirik lagu tersebut. Pada lirik lagu “Satu-satu” ini terdapat pesan-pesan yang mengandung motivasi tentang mental health yang berkaitan dengan self-healing. Hasil penelitian dalam lirik lagu ini memiliki makna pesan motivasi yaitu setiap permasalahan hidup meski berat akan ada proses penerimaan dan memaafkan untuk menyembuhkan diri dari luka batin agar hidup lebih baik dan bahagia.

Abstract

This research analyzes the application of the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model in Ultra's latest advertisement featuring Sheila on 7. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, with a focus on how the elements of the AIDA model are applied to attract attention, arouse interest, create desires, and drive consumer action. Data was obtained through observing the latest Ultra Milk advertisement. The research results showed that the use of Sheila on 7 was successful in attracting attention and arousing interest. This research concludes that the AIDA-based advertising strategy applied in the Ultra advertisement with Sheila on 7 has attractive images and the inspirational message of this advertisement increases its effectiveness in reaching and influencing the audience. Overall, this ad not only promotes dairy products, but also conveys positive values ​​about health and wellness, making it more than just an ad.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the formulation of the problem of how the organizational communication pattern of The Jakmania supporter group in North Jakarta with the community and its influence on social relations in the environment. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and symbolic social interaction theory, this study explores the horizontal communication pattern applied in this community. The inclusive and equal communication pattern between the leader and members allows for the creation of various positive activities, such as social services, fundraising, and education for the community. This open communication not only strengthens the internal solidarity of the community but also strengthens external relations with the surrounding community. However, the study also found that excessive fanaticism among members can be a challenge, especially when it triggers conflict with other supporter groups. The results of the study confirm that effective organizational communication is the main key to maintaining harmony between the supporter community and the community. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of organizational communication in the supporter community and its role in building productive, peaceful, and inclusive social interactions

Abstract

Higher education in the era of globalization is required to produce superior human resources through competent lecturers and educational staff (tendik). The Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology plays a crucial role in developing these qualities, one of which is through the Lecturer and Educational Staff Competency Working Group. However, the high intensity of the program demands an effective internal communication strategy to ensure optimal coordination. This study aims to determine the internal communication strategy implemented by the Lecturer and Educational Staff Competency Working Group in improving the competence of lecturers and educational staff. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the internal communication strategy implemented includes determining clear communication objectives, developing simple and easy-to-understand messages, utilizing formal and non-formal media, implementing vertical and horizontal communication patterns, and continuous evaluation through feedback. This strategy has been proven to support internship programs, certification, training, and laboratory innovation, thus having a positive impact on improving the competence of lecturers and education staff. Keywords: Internal Communication Strategy, Effective Communication, Lecturer Competence, Education Personnel.   Abstrak Pendidikan tinggi di era globalisasi dituntut untuk melahirkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul melalui dosen dan tenaga kependidikan (tendik) yang kompeten. Direktorat Sumber Daya Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kualitas tersebut, salah satunya melalui Tim Kerja Kompetensi Dosen dan Tendik. Namun, intensitas program yang tinggi menuntut adanya strategi komunikasi internal yang efektif agar koordinasi tetap berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi internal yang diterapkan Tim Kerja Kompetensi Dosen dan Tendik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi internal yang dilakukan mencakup penentuan tujuan komunikasi yang jelas, penyusunan pesan sederhana dan mudah dipahami, pemanfaatan media formal dan nonformal, penerapan pola komunikasi vertikal maupun horizontal, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan melalui umpan balik. Strategi tersebut terbukti mendukung program magang, sertifikasi, pelatihan, dan inovasi laboratorium sehingga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan.
