Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, prove marketing transformation strategies, and find out the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of transformation strategies in smart branches at bank mandiri regional II Palembang. The research method used in this study is qualitative method. This type of research is a case study with a single case study design. In this study using a descriptive research design. The smart branch marketing transformation strategy at Bank Mandiri Regional II Palembang has been quite effectively implemented, this digital banking 5.0 innovation by Mandiri offers a different experience from other banking services because the ease, speed and accountalization of solving customer needs is very structured and measurable in accordance with customer needs. The type of research in this research is a case study with a single case study design. In this study using a descriptive research design. The smart branch marketing transformation strategy at Bank Mandiri Regional II Palembang has been quite effectively implemented, this digital banking 5.0 innovation by Mandiri offers a different experience from other banking services because the ease, speed and accountalization of solving customer needs is very structured and measurable in accordance with customer needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran agen dan broker secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja pemasaran perusahaan asuransi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 53 perusahaan asuransi di Sumatera Selatan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), Uji Regresi (regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi) dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Serta lolos ujinormalitas dan bebas dari uji multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig t variabel Agen sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan Nilai t hitung variabel agen 7,239 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,00758. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa agen secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran perusahaan asuransi. Sedangkan untuk variabel Broker nilai sig t adalah sebesar 0,000, lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan t hitung 4,034 lebih besar dari t 2,00758. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa broker secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran perusahaan asuransi. Untuk uji F, didapat nilai F hitung 47,149 lebih besar nilai F tabel sebesar 4,03 dan dikuatkan dengan nilai koefisien sig. F hitung sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, artinya agen dan broker secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran perusahaan asuransi. Nilai Koefisien determinasi R atau R2 adalah 0.653. Artinya variabel agen dan broker berpengaruh sebesar 65,3% terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh peran agen dan broker secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kinerja pemasaran perusahaan asuransi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh Brand image, Lokasi Kampus dan Dukungan Fasilitas terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Kota Palembang, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskritif dengan penelitian explanatory research. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21.945 responden. Dengan menggunakan rumus solvin maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 123 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan probability sampling dengan jenis sampling Simple Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), Uji Regresi (regresi logistik berganda,) dan uji hipotesis (uji chi-square dan uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai sig variabel brand image didapatkan p-0,000 < α = 0,05 (5%), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh siginifikan antara brand image terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dengan peluang sebesar 1,7 kali lebih besar untuk dipilih mahasiswa dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dalam interval 1,337 sampai 2,266. nilai sig variabel lokasi kampus didapatkan p-0,000 < α = 0,05 (5%), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh siginifikan antara lokasi kampus terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dengan peluang sebesar 1,8 kali lebih besar untuk dipilih mahasiswa dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dalam interval 1,330 sampai 2,585, nilai sig variabel dukungan fasilitas didapatkan p-0,000 < α = 0,05 (5%), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh siginifikan antara dukungan fasilitas terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dengan peluang sebesar 1,7 kali lebih besar untuk dipilih mahasiswa dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dalam interval 1,315 sampai 2,727, nilai sig variabel dukungan fasilitas didapatkan p-0,000 < α = 0,05 (5%), sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh siginifikan antara dukungan fasilitas terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dengan peluang sebesar 1,7 kali lebih besar untuk dipilih mahasiswa dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dalam interval 1,315 sampai 2,727. Nilai Fhitung 15,268 > Ftabel sebesar 2,68 dan dikuatkan dengan nilai koefisien sig sebesar 0,000 < P-value (α) sebesar 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh siginifikan antara brand image, lokasi kampus, dan dukungan fasilitas secara simultan terhadap keputusan memilih PTS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province. The independent variables in this study are leadership (X1), work discipline (X2), and work motivation (X3), while the dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of 100 employees at the Youth and Sports Office of South Sumatra Province, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination at a 5% significance level. The results indicate that leadership, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of human resource management science, especially in understanding the factors that affect job satisfaction. The practical implication of the study is the need to improve leadership effectiveness, enforce discipline, and strengthen work motivation to create a more productive and conducive work environment in the public sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work discipline, teamwork, and compensation on employee performance at PT Sumatera Prima Fibreboard. Preliminary observations and interviews revealed that a lack of work discipline, poor teamwork, and dissatisfaction with compensation were hindering employee performance and the achievement of organizational goals. This research addresses these issues by examining the direct effects of these three variables. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 204 employees, a sample determined using Slovin's formula with a 5% margin of error from a total population of 416. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 30, utilizing multiple linear regression and partial t-tests at a 5% significance level. The results consistently demonstrated that work discipline, teamwork, and compensation each had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings align with existing theories in human resource management regarding performance enhancement. While limited by its cross-sectional design, this study offers novelty by simultaneously examining these key variables within the underexplored context of the wood processing industry in Palembang. Practically, the findings provide valuable guidance for managerial decision-making, enabling the formulation of policies that prioritize employee development through reinforced discipline, fostering collaborative synergy, and implementing fair compensation systems

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether career development, income, and supervisor supervision have an influence on job satisfaction of BCA KCU MASJID LAMA bakti intern employees. The population in the study were all apprentice employees of BCA KCU MASJID LAMA, totaling 100 people. The sample method used in this study is the saturated sample method because of sampling all employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that career development and supervisor supervision have a significant effect on job satisfaction while income has no significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, compensation and work morale on the performance of Gojek drivers in the Palembang area. The research design used in this research uses an associative method. The analytical methods used are quantitative and qualitative methods. The variables used are 3 independent variables, namely motivation, work discipline and work environment and the dependent variable is employee performance. The research data sample used in the research was 100. The analytical tools used were the classical assumption model test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The research results show that simultaneously the variables of work environment, compensation and work morale influence the performance of Gojek drivers in the Palembang area. Partially, it shows that the work environment has an influence on the performance of Gojek drivers. Compensation affects the performance of Gojek drivers. Work enthusiasm influences the performance of Gojek drivers in the Palembang area.
