This study aims to analyze the influence of rewards, competence, and work environment on teacher performance in Gugus 01 Public Elementary School in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The study used a quantitative method with a survey design, involving 81 respondents who were teachers in the area. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured the variables of reward, competence, work environment, and teacher performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that rewards and competencies have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, while the work environment has no significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on teacher performance. This study concludes that increasing rewards and competence can improve teacher performance, while the work environment requires further attention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Gugus 01 SD Negeri Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 81 responden yang merupakan guru di wilayah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur variabel reward, kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja guru. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa reward dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan reward dan kompetensi dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru, sementara lingkungan kerja memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut.
