Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi, evaluasi merupakan salah satu langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dosen. Namun, penilaian dosen seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam pemrosesan hasil kuesioner/data penilaian yang memakan waktu lama dan subjektif, sehingga mengakibatkan keputusan yang kurang valid. Metriks SINTA dipilih sebagai kriteria dalam penelitian ini karena mencakup berbagai aspek penilaian kinerja dosen, termasuk publikasi ilmiah, dampak penelitian, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan akademik. Penggunaan Metriks SINTA dapat memberikan dimensi kuantitatif yang signifikan dalam penilaian kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil perangkingan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) menggunakan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam perhitungan bobot kriteria. Proses ini dilakukan dengan menghitung bobot kriteria dari Metriks SINTA menggunakan metode AHP. Hasil pembobotan tersebut kemudian digunakan dalam perangkingan oleh metode TOPSIS. Dengan mengkombinasikan kedua metode, maka dihasilkan Dosen 1 sebagai dosen terbaik yang memiliki skor tertinggi 0.603 lebih unggul dibanding dosen lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Session Registration and Graduation Information System (SI-RASIDA) at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra using the COBIT 5 framework in the EDM04 and APO07 domains. The COBIT 5 framework in auditing information systems provides a solid foundation to ensure the system meets completeness, provides added value for users, and complies with applicable IT management standards. Qualitative methods are used by applying this framework to measure system performance. The results show that in resource optimization, the current condition has a value of 3.20 with a capability level of 3, while the expected condition has a value of 4.58 with a capability level of 5. In human resource management, the current condition shows a value of 3.47 with a capability level of 3, while the expected condition reaches a value of 4.76 with a capability level of 5. This data indicates a significant gap between the current and expected conditions, with a capability difference of 2 levels. Recommendations for improvement include improving communication, implementing technology, establishing clear roles and responsibilities, developing performance metrics, integrating resource strategies with budgets, documenting HR policies, using HR management software, and continuous training programs. The implementation of these improvement recommendations is expected to optimize resource management and HR management, achieve a higher level of capability, and support the achievement of the strategic objectives of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Profile Matching (PM) guna membantu PT. Global Bangunan Jaya dalam memilih tools digital marketing yang paling efektif untuk memperluas pasar. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas pada kriteria yang meliputi biaya, jangkauan audiens, efektivitas, dan kemudahan penggunaan, sementara PM digunakan untuk mencocokkan kriteria tersebut dengan profil tools digital marketing yang tersedia. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan manajer pemasaran, kuesioner, dan literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi AHP dan PM mampu menghasilkan peringkat rekomendasi tools digital marketing berdasarkan nilai kesesuaian yang memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Tools dengan nilai tertinggi terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran, brand awareness, dan potensi penjualan. Sistem ini menawarkan pendekatan berbasis data yang sistematis dalam pengambilan keputusan, sehingga membantu perusahaan menghindari keputusan subyektif yang kurang optimal. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode AHP dan PM terbukti relevan untuk masalah pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria dalam pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembaruan data secara berkala agar sistem tetap relevan dengan tren digital marketing yang dinamis. Dengan demikian, SPK ini berpotensi menjadi solusi strategis bagi perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebutuhan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced the management of non-profit and educational organizations, including volunteer recruitment processes. Gerakan Sumut Mengajar (GSM), a volunteer-based educational movement in North Sumatra, still relies on manual tools such as Google Forms and WhatsApp for participant registration, file verification, and interview scheduling. This manual approach creates inefficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and delays that reduce the professionalism of the recruitment process. The main research problem addressed in this study is the lack of an integrated system capable of handling the multi-stage recruitment process, especially in automating interview scheduling, which is prone to human error and administrative overload. The objective of this study is to design and implement a web-based volunteer recruitment information system equipped with an automatic interview scheduling mechanism using the Greedy Algorithm. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model, implemented with PHP Native and MySQL. The Greedy Algorithm, particularly the Activity Selection Problem approach, was applied to optimize interview scheduling by allocating available slots efficiently according to the number of interviewers and candidates. The results demonstrate that the system successfully automates registration, document verification, and interview scheduling while minimizing scheduling conflicts. Compared with manual methods, the proposed solution reduces administrative workload, enhances efficiency, and provides a more professional recruitment experience. This study contributes to the development of intelligent scheduling systems in volunteer-based organizations and highlights the applicability of heuristic algorithms in solving real-world scheduling problems.
