Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and salary on Employee Motivation. This type of research is associative research, the respondents used in this study amounted to 30 people. The data collection method used in this study was a quantitative method using interview techniques, collecting questionnaires and studying documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), hypothesis testing (simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test). , coefficient of determination (R2) The results of the study partially show that the entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation. Independence is a personal totality that exists in each individual.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena di TKIT Al-latief berdasarkan penelitian awal yang dilakukan pada hari senin, tanggal 10 Januari 2022, aspek kognitif anak usia dini belum berkembang pada aspek berpikir logis dalam hal mengklasifikasikan benda berdasarkan warna, bentuk dan ukuran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak usia dini dengan menerapkan pendekatan STEAM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan Desain penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi, metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan dokumentasi, data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan presentase. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 15 siswa kelompok B TKIT Al–Latief Bayongbong Garut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase mengembangkan aspek kognitif anak prasiklus 33,3%, siklus I 50,23% dan siklus II 73,33%. Dengan demikian peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa perkembangan aspek kognitif anak usia dini kelompok B di TKIT Al-Latief masih rendah. Penerapan pendekatan STEAM dalam meningkatkan aspek kognitif anak usia dini di TKIT Al-Latief dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan, setelah menerapkan pendekatan STEAM aspek kognitif anak terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan.     Kata kunci: Mengembangkan Aspek Kognitif, Pendekatan STEAM

Abstract

UMKM merupakan bagian penting dari ekonomi Indonesia, namun mereka masih menghadapi tantangan besar terutama dalam tata kelola keuangan. Di Desa Kertamukti, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, permasalahan serupa juga terjadi. Untuk menjawab hal ini, tim KKN-PM Universitas Cipasung melaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan berupa observasi lapangan, pemetaan UMKM, serta seminar dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada 7 September 2025 di Aula Desa Kertamukti. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 pelaku UMKM dari 40 sasaran, dengan metode berupa seminar, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik pencatatan keuangan sederhana menggunakan aplikasi BukuWarung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara memadai dan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaan aplikasi digital. Namun, peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang tujuh prinsip tata kelola keuangan, termasuk pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, perencanaan anggaran, pencatatan transaksi, pengendalian arus kas, pengelolaan laba, pemanfaatan pembiayaan, dan evaluasi keuangan. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendampingan berkelanjutan dan penyediaan modul sederhana sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menerapkan tata kelola keuangan secara konsisten, yang akan meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This research is entitled the influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung. The problem with this company is the lack of optimization in improving employee performance. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung. So, to improve employee performance, namely by providing work motivation by the company to employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, documentation, and data collection techniques using observation and questionnaire methods. The sampling technique in this research used Non- Probability Sampling. The number of samples used in this research was 32 respondents. Research data was analyzed through data normality assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that work motivation and employee performance at PT. Mitradana Putra Utama Finance Bandung has a very strong relationship. This is proven by the correlation coefficient obtained at 0.742. Furthermore, work motivation (X) greatly influences employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculation results of the coefficient of determination which was obtained at 55%. And there is a positive influence between work motivation (X) and employee performance (Y) which is obtained from the results of hypothesis testing which shows a t_count value of 6.059 > t_table 1.697.
