Abstract

As an effort to improve the quality of education is the discipline of teachers. Increasing teacher discipline in the teaching and learning process is expected to improve the quality and quality of education in order to give birth to the next generation who are superior and have good morals. This community service activity was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah 9 "Panglima Sudirman" Malang with the following stages: observing and mapping disciplinary actions, conducting studies on alternative solutions in policy formulation, awareness of the importance of discipline for teachers, and consultation or assistance. The implementation of this activity went well with the result that the teacher carries out his duties and obligations with full sincerity, awareness, patience and a sense of responsibility, because he realizes that discipline in the world of education is important and must start from the teacher as a teacher, to be able to create superior human resources and beneficial to the nation, state and society. The discipline of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 9 "Panglima Sudirman" Malang is quite good, although there are still some teachers who lack discipline in complying with the rules set by the school. Socialization and coaching continues to be pursued by the school in order to reduce cases of disciplinary violations, with the aim of creating a good educational environment and being a good role model for students at SD Muhammadiyah 9 "Panglima Sudirman" Malang. Keywords: discipline, education, teacher, quality, qualified.

Abstract

The payroll and wage accounting system needs to be carried out control activities to ensure that the implementation of the payroll and wage system runs according to established standards, including at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya. This company has implemented internal control over the payroll and wage system. The research objective is to determine the internal control system over the payroll and wage system at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya. This research includes comparative descriptive research, which describes the actual characteristics and conditions of a research object by comparing the internal control system over payroll and wages carried out at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya with Mulyadi's theory. Data is collected by documentation and interview methods, while data analysis uses comparative analysis. The results showed that the internal control system over payroll and wages at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya was in accordance with Mulyadi's theory. First organization, there has been a strict separation of functional responsibilities between the payroll maker function and the finance function. Second, the authorization system, the employee appointment letter is signed by the main director, in order to avoid paying salaries to fictitious employees, as well as changes in employee salaries, both due to changes in rank, changes in salary and wage rates, and additional families are always based on the director's decision letter. In addition to the separation of responsibilities, it is known that all documents used are always authorized by the authorized person. Third, the recording procedure has included salary and wage rates in the attendance card and is checked for accuracy by the bookkeeping department. Fourth, healthy practices, that supervision has been carried out, compared and verified against attendance cards and employee income tax calculations. Thus it can be conveyed that the internal control system over the payroll and wage system at PT. Roda Teknindo Purajaya is in accordance with the theory by Mulyadi.

Abstract

Abstract The development of students is critical to be improved through various training so that students like Islamic art in the form of calligraphy art and can preserve it, one of which is calligraphy training. The art of calligraphy can add to the aesthetics of the Qur'an because calligraphy is a reflection of the response to divine messages. The purpose of this community service was to improve the ability of students in the art of calligraphy. The approach used in this service is the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method with students' assets at the Darul Huda Islamic Boarding School Mayak Ponorogo. The enthusiasm of the students was extraordinary. The calligraphy training participants were enthusiastic about participating in the training and producing contested and exhibited works. The evaluation results showed that the calligraphy skills of the participants had increased, and the participants continued to receive training and guidance after the exhibition. Abstrak Pengembangan santri sangat penting untuk ditingkatkan melalui berbagai pelatihan agar santri menyukai seni Islam berupa seni kaligrafi dan mampu melestarikannya salah satunya pelatihan kaligrafi. Seni kaligrafi mampu menambah estetika Al Qur’an karena kali grafi cerminan dari respon terhadap pesan pesan ilahi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan santri di seni kaligrafi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) dengan aset santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Huda Mayak Ponorogo. Antusias para santri sangat luar biasa. Para peserta pelatihan kaligrafi semangat mengikuti pelatihan dan menghasilkan karya yang dilombakan serta dipamerkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan kemampuan kaligrafi peserta meningkat dan peserta tetap mendapat pelatihan dan bimbingan pasca pameran kegiatan.

Abstract

Poetry creation as an activity that is very close to the participation of the soul in expressing all ideas. Of course, to express ideas and inspiration at least requires sufficient knowledge. Meanwhile, expressing the abilities that exist in students certainly needs to be known in advance what talents they have. Of course, in schools there is already talent development that has been developed, namely in the field of literacy. Therefore, to express the imagination and talents that exist in students, what can be done is that students are asked to create a poem.

Abstract

The preparation of financial statements is one of the most important things for a business, especially the MSME business sector. However, there are still many MSME business actors who have not been able to make financial statements properly and correctly, including this New Minang Tailor business which still uses makeshift financial statements and still uses financial reports manually, thus making it difficult for the owner of this New Minang Tailor to see income. and monthly expenses. Based on the existing problems, we aim to help the owner of this New Minang Tailor business, by providing training on the preparation of Digital-Based Financial Reports (Book Warung Application), the Digital Book Warung Application is one of the digital- based financial reporting applications where it is easy and simple to use by MSME actors. The methods used in this training are: Identification, Preparation, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on the results of this digital-based Financial Report preparation training, I got positive results in understanding and being able to apply it in this New Minang Tailor business.

Abstract

Registrasi pasien sesuai kebutuhan adminisrasi kelengkapan data pasien yang diperlukan dalam pencatatan dokumentasi elektronik rekam medis yang diperlukan. 30% pengguna menyatakan peraya terhadap sistem untuk menghasilkan laporan dokumentasi pencatatan pasien, sesuai keperluan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak Rekam Medis, untuk menunjang layanan kesehatan lainnya. Untuk evaluasi penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik menunjukan 40% teknologi fungsional RKE bekerja dengan baik, dalam bentuk komunikasi data rekam medis dari unit layanan kesehatan. Hasil menunjukan 30% pengguna percaya bahawa sistem dapat membantu kinerka petugas nakes dan rekam medis dalam melakukan penggeloaan RKE sesuai data informasi rekam medis yang diperlukan oleh manajemen RSUD Bangil. Funsional teknologi sistem RKE masih berjalan 40% dengan rincian teknologi notifikasi, cetak laporan, verifikasi keputusan dan tekonologi pengiriman data informasi rekam medis, masih berjalan maksimal dikarenakan update teknologi yang digunakan tidak maksimal dilakukan dengan baik dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemberian gel ekstrak daun buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) terhadap kepadatan kolagenisasi dan gambaran histopatologi jaringan kulit pada proses penyembuhan luka bakar tikus putih galur Wistar jantan. Luka bakar dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada kulit yang memerlukan proses penyembuhan yang melibatkan sintesis kolagen dan perbaikan struktur jaringan kulit. Ekstrak daun buncis diketahui mengandung senyawa aktif yang memiliki potensi sebagai agen penyembuhan luka. Dalam penelitian ini, tikus putih galur Wistar jantan dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok perlakuan, dengan pemberian gel ekstrak daun buncis pada kelompok perlakuan. Setelah perlakuan, dilakukan analisis histopatologi jaringan kulit untuk menilai kepadatan kolagen dan perubahan morfologi kulit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian gel ekstrak daun buncis dapat meningkatkan kepadatan kolagen dan mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka bakar yang tercermin dari gambaran histopatologi jaringan kulit yang lebih baik. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi ekstrak daun buncis sebagai agen terapi dalam penyembuhan luka bakar.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of social environment, spiritual intelligence, and lifestyle on personal financial management. This study uses a quantitative approach aimed at identifying problems through data collection, compilation, and analysis. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Class of 2022, Faculty of Economics and Business, Pelita Bangsa University. The number of samples in this study was 102 respondents. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis, using the SPSS 26 program as a statistical test. The results of the study partially, Social environment and spiritual intelligence have a positive effect on personal financial management, while lifestyle has no effect on personal financial management. These findings highlight the importance of social and spiritual factors in shaping students’ financial behaviors, offering valuable insights for financial education strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak ini membahas pentingnya jalur diplomasi ekonomi sebagai instrumen dalam membangun hubungan internasional yang berlandaskan hukum internasional. Melalui kajian normatif dan analitis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana negara-negara menggunakan jalur ekonomi untuk mencapai tujuan politik dan hukum mereka dalam skema global. Ditekankan pula implementasi prinsip-prinsip hukum internasional dalam pelaksanaan diplomasi ekonomi, khususnya dalam perjanjian perdagangan dan kerjasama investasi lintas negara.

Abstract

In an effort to achieve a Zero Net Carbon target in Trenggalek, the Trenggalek Regency Government, initiated by the Indonesian Adiwiyata Activists Association (HPAI), held an Environmental Education Festival (FEELING). Various competitions were held during the festival. One of the competitions was an environmental poster-making competition. Posters are visual publications that use images, text, or a combination of both to convey messages or information to the general public. The competition was carefully structured so that activities were tailored to different educational levels. The competition was open to elementary, middle, and high school/vocational school students
