Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1). Knowing the organizational commitment at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. 2). Knowing the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. 3). Knowing the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the analysis of the Correlation Coefficient to find the value of "r" and analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (KD) to calculate the amount of organizational commitment to employee performance. Whereas to test the hypothesis the "t" test is used. The results showed that organizational commitment at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch belongs to the very good category with a score of 145 upholding tolerance in working and adhering to the norms prevailing in the agency. Employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalayater Branch includes a very good category with a score of 142 which is supported by an indicator of the quality and quantity of its work. The influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Tasikmalaya Branch is 73.78 and is supported by calculated values (9.633)> t table (2.04), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that organizational commitment has a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify how much marketing and consumer behavior interact well in part and simultaneously influence the decisions made when making online purchases at the shopee on the consumer generation Z in the kadugede duo that is in the village of Sirnaputra Tasikmalaya. The method in this research is to use the quantitative method. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling. The total number of respondents to this study was 163 respondents. Data collection method used using data through a lift or a questionnaire. This analysis technique uses double linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that partially mixed marketing variables and consumer behavior have a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decision variables. Simultaneously, mixed marketing and consumers behaviors have a significant impact on online purchase decision variable.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in Tasikmalaya City. A descriptive method with a quantitative approach was used, gathering data through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis included validity testing via item analysis and product moment formula, reliability with Cronbach's Alpha, correlation coefficient, t-test, simple linear regression, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Results showed a very low correlation (-0.185) between the work environment (X) and employee performance (Y), which was not statistically significant. Regression analysis indicated that the work environment’s effect on performance is minor, as shown by Fcount < Ftable (1.50 < 3.96). The determination coefficient (Kd) was 34.22%, suggesting that 65.78% of employee performance is influenced by other factors.   Keywords: Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Nagrog Village possesses untapped tourism potential, particularly at the Tonjong Canyon site. The primary challenges include inadequate infrastructure, limited community involvement in tourism management, and minimal social media promotion. The community service methods applied in this activity include field observation, planning, and training of local residents in tourism management and social media. The results show increased community awareness of tourism potential, infrastructure improvements, and enhanced promotion through social media. This initiative has contributed to increasing visitor numbers and the village's economy by leveraging its tourism assets

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gender terhadap proses pembelajaran di bidang teknologi informasi serta merancang sistem pengenalan wajah berbasis gender yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan pembelajaran Universitas Dharmawangsa. Sistem ini didesain khusus untuk mahasiswa jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan bertujuan memberikan solusi praktis dalam mengevaluasi keterlibatan gender di ruang kelas. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi face recognition, sistem ini mampu mengenali gender mahasiswa secara otomatis berdasarkan data gambar yang dikumpulkan. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan dataset yang terdiri dari 200 gambar mahasiswa angkatan 2021-2022 dengan kategori gender laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini memiliki batasan interaksi hanya pada proses pembelajaran di kelas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Dharmawangsa. Dengan sistem yang dirancang, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu dosen dalam menilai keterlibatan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran berdasarkan perspektif gender. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan sistem Smart Identification yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menggali wawasan lebih dalam mengenai kesetaraan gender dalam keaktifan proses pembelajaran di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini tidak hanya menjadi alat bantu pembelajaran, tetapi juga menjadi sarana untuk mempromosikan kesadaran akan pentingnya kesetaraan gender di dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan bagian penting dari ekonomi Indonesia, namun mereka masih menghadapi tantangan besar terutama dalam tata kelola keuangan. Di Desa Kertamukti, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, permasalahan serupa juga terjadi. Untuk menjawab hal ini, tim KKN-PM Universitas Cipasung melaksanakan serangkaian kegiatan berupa observasi lapangan, pemetaan UMKM, serta seminar dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada 7 September 2025 di Aula Desa Kertamukti. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 pelaku UMKM dari 40 sasaran, dengan metode berupa seminar, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik pencatatan keuangan sederhana menggunakan aplikasi BukuWarung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM belum melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara memadai dan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam penggunaan aplikasi digital. Namun, peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang tujuh prinsip tata kelola keuangan, termasuk pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, perencanaan anggaran, pencatatan transaksi, pengendalian arus kas, pengelolaan laba, pemanfaatan pembiayaan, dan evaluasi keuangan. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendampingan berkelanjutan dan penyediaan modul sederhana sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menerapkan tata kelola keuangan secara konsisten, yang akan meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha mereka.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of Financial Technology (FinTech) has introduced innovations in digital financial services such as electronic wallets, peer-to-peer lending, and investment applications. This transformation creates opportunities to improve transaction efficiency, cash flow management, and financial transparency. However, its adoption in Indonesia still faces challenges, including low digital financial literacy, limited infrastructure, data security issues, and incomplete regulations. These conditions highlight a research gap regarding the contribution of FinTech to the effectiveness of financial management, particularly for individuals and MSMEs. This study employs a scoping review method based on the Arksey and O’Malley framework, which includes five stages: identifying research questions, searching for relevant studies, selecting articles, analyzing data, and compiling the report. Of the 854 articles identified, 12 met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. The analysis focuses on the role of FinTech in financial management, the challenges faced, and the factors influencing its success. The findings show that FinTech significantly contributes to expanding access to financial services, improving literacy, and enhancing the effectiveness of financial management for both individuals and MSMEs. Digital features such as real-time transaction recording, automatic payment reminders, and capital access through P2P lending have been shown to increase efficiency and transparency. However, low digital literacy, technological disparities, and issues of security and regulation remain major obstacles. FinTech holds great potential to support financial inclusion and management effectiveness; therefore, synergy between technological innovation, enhanced digital literacy, and adaptive regulation is needed to create an inclusive and sustainable digital financial ecosystem. ABSTRAK Kemajuan pesat Financial Technology (FinTech) telah menghadirkan inovasi dalam layanan keuangan digital seperti dompet elektronik, peer-to-peer lending, dan aplikasi investasi. Transformasi ini membuka peluang peningkatan efisiensi transaksi, pengelolaan arus kas, dan transparansi keuangan. Namun, pemanfaatannya di Indonesia masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya literasi keuangan digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, keamanan data, dan regulasi yang belum komprehensif. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kesenjangan penelitian terkait kontribusi FinTech terhadap efektivitas manajemen keuangan, khususnya bagi individu dan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoping review dengan mengacu pada kerangka Arksey dan O’Malley yang meliputi lima tahap: identifikasi pertanyaan penelitian, penelusuran studi relevan, seleksi artikel, analisis data, dan penyusunan laporan. Dari 854 artikel yang ditemukan, 12 memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Analisis difokuskan pada peran FinTech dalam manajemen keuangan, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FinTech berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperluas akses layanan keuangan, meningkatkan literasi, dan mendorong efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan pribadi maupun UMKM. Fitur digital seperti pencatatan transaksi real-time, pengingat pembayaran otomatis, dan akses modal melalui P2P lending meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital, kesenjangan teknologi, serta isu keamanan dan regulasi masih menjadi hambatan utama. FinTech berpotensi besar mendukung inklusi dan efektivitas manajemen keuangan, sehingga diperlukan sinergi antara inovasi teknologi, peningkatan literasi digital, dan regulasi adaptif untuk menciptakan ekosistem keuangan digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen keuangan desa dan pelaksanaan kebijakan pengelolaan Dana Desa terhadap kinerja pembangunan desa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 65 responden yang terdiri atas aparatur desa dan masyarakat di Desa Puspamukti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keuangan desa berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pembangunan desa, di mana praktik keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel mendorong efektivitas pelaksanaan pembangunan. Selain itu, pelaksanaan kebijakan pengelolaan Dana Desa juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pembangunan desa, membuktikan bahwa kebijakan yang tepat meningkatkan keberhasilan program pembangunan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, peningkatan sistem pengawasan internal, serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan Dana Desa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan pembangunan desa serta menyarankan penelitian selanjutnya untuk memasukkan variabel lain seperti kapasitas kelembagaan dan budaya organisasi guna memperkaya pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pembangunan desa.
