Abstract

Sebagian besar lulusan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia lebih berkeinginan bekerja di sektor formal yang dianggap lebih menjamin masa depannya, sementara sektor formal tidak mampu menyerap seluruh angkatan kerja lulusan perguruan tinggi. Akibatnya, muncul sejumlah pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi. Kondisi memprihatinkan ini menuntut perguruan tinggi harus mampu membekali mahasiswa dengan berbagai pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dapat menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha agar kelak para sarjana baru yang dihasilkan mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh literasi digital terhadap minat berwirausaha digital pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis dan Humaniora (Febira), Universitas Pendidikan Muhammadiyah (Unimuda) Sorong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 90 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (P0,05) terhadap minat berwirausaha digital pada mahasiswa  Febira Unimuda Sorong. Model tersebut memiliki koefisien determinansi (R2) sebesar 50,5%. Disimpulkan bahwa mata kuliah literasi digital yang diberikan pada mahasiswa Febira Unimuda Sorong terbukti mampu menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha digital bagi para mahasiswanya.

Abstract

Workplace incivility is rudeness experienced by someone at work by their colleagues or superiors. Workplace incivility behavior experienced by employees, either directly or indirectly, will hinder the performance of the employee concerned and the organization's performance in achieving its goals. This research aims to determine the relationship between workplace incivility and demographic characteristics (gender, education level, age and work period) of Polbangtan Manokwari employees. This research used a quantitative approach involving 67 respondents. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, cross tabulation analysis and chi-square test. The research results showed that workplace incivility was not significantly related to the four demographic characteristics studied (P>0.05). This shows that the differences in demographic characteristics of Polbangtan Manokwari employees are not targets for workplace incivility behavior.

Abstract

Remu Market in Sorong faces challenges in improving transaction efficiency and easing access for consumers. The preference for fast, secure, and practical payment methods, especially in the midst of a pandemic, highlights the importance of digital payment systems. This study aims to analyze the effect of QR Code-based digital payment systems, with a focus on perceived benefits, convenience, and security, on increasing sales at Remu Market. Descriptive quantitative research method was used, with primary data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The results showed that the three perceptions of benefits, convenience, and security have a positive effect on the intention to use QR Code payments. The regression model shows significant contributions from each perception, with ease of use providing the greatest impact. These findings suggest that the implementation of a QR Code-based digital payment system can increase sales and transaction efficiency at Remu Market. The model explains 99.3% of the variation in intention to use, indicating a strong positive relationship between perceptions and intention to use.

Abstract

Unimuda's vision hopes that its graduates will enter the world of entrepreneurship. This vision really supports the Indonesian government in its efforts to create jobs and reduce unemployment. This research was conducted to obtain an overview of students' interest in the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (Febira), Muhammadiyah Education University (Unimuda) Sorong to pursue digital business when they have completed their education. The sample used was Febira Unimuda Sorong students, 30% (90 respondents) of the total population. The sampling method was carried out using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Interest was measured by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale (1. strongly disagree; 2. disagree, 3. neutral; 4. agree; 5. strongly agree). The data obtained was analyzed descriptively. The research results showed that of the 22 statement items, 6 of them were in the strongly agree category, the rest were in the agree category. It was concluded that Febira Unimuda Sorong students have a high interest in digital business.

Abstract

Social media marketing is now widely used by various groups, including MSMEs, such as Aimas Bouquet Shop. This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by Aimas Bouquet Shop, which implements social media marketing strategies on the Instagram platform, specifically the use of Instagram Stories and Instagram Reels to increase audience engagement. This study used qualitative methods through observation and in-depth interviews with the owner of Aimas Bouquet Shop, who uses Instagram as a primary marketing platform. The results show that Aimas Bouquet Shop consistently maintains its promotional strategies, increases followers, maintains positive interactions with consumers, reaches non-followers, and expands its market segment.
