Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Graha Pena South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that: (1) There is a partial influence obtained by Tcount 1.242 < Ttable 2.001. Thus, Ha1 is rejected and H01 is accepted, meaning that there is no influence on leadership style on employee performance at PT. Graha Pena, South Jakarta. (2) There is a partial influence obtained by Tcount 2.922 > Ttable 2.001. Thus, Ha2 is accepted and H02 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence on compensation on employee performance at PT. Graha Pena, South Jakarta. (3) There is a simultaneous influence obtained by Fcount 23.116 > Ftable 3.160. Thus, Ha3 is accepted and H03 is rejected, meaning that there is an influence on leadership style and compensation together on employee performance at PT. Graha Pena South Jakarta.

The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 52, using the formula saturated sampling technique and collection using a questionnaire, data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show: There is an influence between the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Telkom Porperty Jakarta, with a calculated t value of 5.012 > t table 2.009 or probability Sig 0.000 > 0.05, simple linear regression equation Y = 3.871 + 1.130 The correlation is 0.578 with a medium level of relationship, and the coefficient of determination shows an influence contribution of 34.4%. There is an influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Telkom Porperty Jakarta, with a calculated t value of 6.540 > t table 2.009 or probability Sig 0.000 > 0.05, simple linear regression equation Y = -7.289 + 1.292 Strong relationship, and the coefficient of determination shows an influence contribution of 46.1% and the remaining 53.9%. There is an influence between the physical work environment and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at PT Telkom Porperty Jakarta, with a value of Fcount 23.111 > Ftable 3.187 or probability Sig 0.000 < 0.05, multiple linear regression equation Y = -10.484 + 0.418 X1 + 1.013 X2 , the correlation result is 0.697 with a strong relationship level, and the coefficient of determination shows that jointly the contribution of the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on performance is 48.5% and the remaining 51.5% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to improve the capacity of the management and staff of the Daarut Tauhiid Ummat Empowerment Cooperative (KOPMU-DT) in managing human resources through an HR audit approach. To date, partner cooperatives have not had a structured and well-documented HR audit system, resulting in HR management not running optimally in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The training was conducted face-to-face for two days by a team of lecturers from the Management Study Program at Pamulang University, and attended by participants consisting of management, managerial staff, and cooperative HR personnel. The training materials included an understanding of the basic concepts of HR audits and their urgency for organizational effectiveness, the process of developing audit instruments relevant to the cooperative's needs, practical simulations of HR audit implementation, and analysis of simulation results to formulate data-based strategic recommendations. The evaluation results showed a 45 percent increase in participant understanding as measured by pre- and post-tests. In addition, all participants demonstrated active participation throughout the activity. One important achievement of this activity is the beginning of the formation of cooperative managerial awareness to gradually compile and develop an internal HR audit system, as part of the process of improving the organizational structure and data-based decision-making. The concrete output of this activity is an HR audit instrument template tailored to the cooperative context, as well as an audit simulation report that can serve as an initial reference for implementing a sustainable HR audit system.
