Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Alam Berdikari Mandiri Cirebon, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study was all 70 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique with the sample in this study being 70 employees. The type of data used is primary and secondary. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing via the t test and F test, as well as correlation coefficient tests and determination. The research results show that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown by the tcount value of 57.397 > 2.002 ttable value with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the tcount value of 2.454 > 2.002 ttable value with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is indicated by the Fcount value of 808.299 > 3.159 Ftable value with a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. The R-Square value of 0.966 indicates that motivation and work discipline influence employee performance by 96.6%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at the Tarbiyatu Wad Da'wah Al-Kautsar Bogor Tajur Halang Foundation, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Work Discipline (X1) has a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of research carried out through the t test, the calculated t value was (6.959 > 2.012). This is also reinforced by the significance value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee performance. Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of research that has been carried out through the t test, where a calculated t value of (5.864 > 2.012) was obtained. This is also reinforced by a significance value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. Work Discipline (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) have a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of the F test where the calculated F value is (32.818 > 2.800), this is also reinforced by the significance < 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at the Tarbiyatu Wad Da'wah Al-kautsar Bogor Tajur Halang Foundation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees at the Solear District Office, Tangerang Regency partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method, with questionnaire data collection techniques and secondary data with non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling techniques. The population and samples taken were 51 people. The results of the study based on the t-test, it is known that the value of the Leadership Style variable (X1) is 4.673 and the t-table data is 2.010 (Df = n-k-1) so (51-2-1 = 48) then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Leadership Style variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y) at the Solear District Office, Tangerang Regency. It is known that the value of the Work Discipline variable (X2) is 8.273 and the t table is 2.010 (Df = n-k-1) so (51-2-1 = 48) and is also supported by the calculated t> t table. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, meaning that the Work Discipline variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Solear District Office, Tangerang Regency. It is known again that the basis for the measurement is the calculated f value> f table, the results obtained are (33.524> 2.010) with a p value score <Sig. 0.05 which in this study (0.000 <0.05 then the last is H3 in the study is accepted and H0 is rejected which in this study has a significant impact on the independent variable on Employee Performance at the Solear District Office, Tangerang Regency. Based on the quantitative analysis of multiple regression, it was concluded that Y = 8.082 + 0.823X1 + 0.168X2 from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, it was obtained that the variables of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) had a linear effect on Employee Performance (Y), and at the correlation coefficient value R of 0.763, it can be concluded that the value is in the range of 0.600 to 0.799, so the level of relationship between the variables of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) there is a strong level of relationship. The R result obtained was 0.763, so in this case it was concluded that the variables of Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) had an effect on Employee performance (Y) is 58.3% while 4.7% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji secara parsial maupun simultan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif terhadap 60 karyawan PT Dinasti Kreatif Indonesia sebagai sampel dimana penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang artinya seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode diantaranya studi kepustakaan, observasi dan angket. Adapun teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya teknik analisa statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data dan analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t antara variabel  Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dengan variabel Kinerja  Karyawan (Y) diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (3,516 > 2,00247), maka H₀1 ditolak dan Hₐ1 diterima, artinya variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1)  secara  parsial  terdapat  pengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap  Kinerja  Karyawan  (Y). Sementara itu  pada variabel Motivasi Kerja (X2) nilai t hitung > t tabel (8,077  > 2,00247), sehingga H₀2 ditolak dan Hₐ2 diterima, artinya Motivasi Kerja  (X2)  secara  parsial  juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap  Kinerja  Karyawan (Y). Sedangkan melalui  Uji F  diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (32,114 > 3,159) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka H₀3 ditolak dan  Hₐ3  diterima,  yang berarti Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif regresi linier berganda dapat disimpulkan Y =14,425+0,026X1+0,662X2, dari hasil linier berganda tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) secara linier, dan pada nilai koefisien korelasi R secara simultan sebesar 0,783 yang artinya variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang kuat terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y), Hasil uji determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,513, maka hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 51,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkunga Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yang dimana semua populasi digunakan untuk menjadi responden sebanyak 86 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 2, 106+0,934X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,848 (Sangat kuat). nilai koefisien determinasi 72%. Nilai t hitung 14,684 > t tabel 1,989 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang menandakan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signiifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 5,921+0,835X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,906 (Sangat kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi 82%. Nilai t hitung 19,663 > t tabel 1,989 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan H2 diterima yang menandakan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 1,992+0,337X1+0,601X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,992 (sangat kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi 85%. Nilai Fhitung 235,723> Ftabel 3,107 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dengan demikian maka Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima, yang artinya secara simultan Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT ISS INDONESIA Area South Quarter Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. This research used a quantitative method and to determine the sampling using the Slovin formula. The population is 181 so there are 82 respondents among PT employees. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. Then it was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results showed that organizational culture and work discipline had a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. The t- test shows that organizational culture has a significant influence with a t- value of 9.307 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work discipline also has a significant influence with a t-value of 12.547 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline influence employee performance with a  F-count of 96.962 and a significance of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.711 indicates that 71.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and work discipline.
