Abstract

Penelitian ini akan mengkaji Perancangan dan Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu pada Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak (Polnep) berdasarkan baru terbentuknya Manajemen yang baru di jurusan Teknik Sipil Polnep dan apakah sudah tersedia Dokumen Mutu untuk Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) dalam penerapan Sistem penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Polnep sehingga penjaminan Mutu di Jurusan Teknik Sipil berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan Undang-undang No. 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi dan Permendikbud No 50 Tahun 2014 tentang Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Tinggi. Penerapan penjaminan Mutu di Perguruan Tinggi dikelola secara otonom untuk mengendalikan dan meningkatkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi secara berencana dan berkelanjutan. SPMI di Polnep berada di bawah pengawasan PPMPP dan penjaminan mutu di Jurusan di bawah pengawasan Ketua Jurusan dan di koordinir oleh seorang Quality Assurance di masing-masing Prodi, identifikasi dan evaluasi dokumen mutu PBM dimulai dari proses apa saja yang harus dipenuhi oleh Jurusan dalam menjamin mutu proses belajar mengajar yang di dapat dari PPMPP Polnep. Didapat Proses penjaminan mutu untuk jurusan teknik sipil politeknik negeri pontianak telah dilakukan proses pemenuhan dokumen mutunya seperti IKAD, survey kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan dan sapras penunjang pendidikan di prodi, matriks kompetensi dosen dan tendik tahunan, monitoring dan evaluasi PBM dan sapras oleh QA, laporan kinerja program studi dan laporan evaluasi diri prodi, penyusunan analisa capaian pembelajaran, menyelesaikan telaahan dari audit mutu internal. Beberapa dokumen mutu (SOP, analisa jabatan manajemen Jurusan) ada dibuat draft nya dan ada yang direvisi dalam menunjang proses penjaminan mutu di jurusan teknik sipil polnep, dibuatnya kotak keluhan pelanggan. Penerapan dari pengembangan jurusan teknik sipil penyusunan Renstra sesuai dengan analisa jabatan, perlunya SOP sistem pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar mutu yang diperlukan, diperlukan format RPS yang seragam sesuai dengan standar mutu SPMI, perlu penyusunan kurikulum yang terbarukan di masing-masing prodi.

Abstract

SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang is one of the vocational schools that provides education with a focus on agriculture and agribusiness. The purpose of providing education at this school is to produce graduates who are skilled in agriculture. One of the important skills to have in agriculture is topographic surveying. For this reason, students at school are expected to have these skills. These skills can later be used to support various activities in agriculture, such as irrigation planning and determining plant types based on topographic conditions. Topographic surveys can be carried out effectively and efficiently using optical tools such as auto levels. Based on this, Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of auto level training were carried out by students at SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang. The purpose of this training is for students to be able to use auto levels in mapping land contours for agricultural and agribusiness purposes. The training began by providing an explanation of the optical tools that would be used for the survey. The next stage is for students to practice using the optical tools accompanied by the Community Service (PKM) team. The result of this training is that students are able to understand and practice measuring land contours using auto levels. Finally, this training is expected to improve the skills of students of SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang, which will later be able to support various activities in the fields of agriculture and agribusiness, such as irrigation planning, determining plant types, and so on.

Abstract

Construction infrastructure development in West Kalimantan Province is carried out every year in order to achieve community welfare. One example is building a hostel building. Dormitory is a building that is used to accommodate students from within or outside the area. To fulfill the facilities and amenities for Landak Regency female students, it is necessary to build a dormitory carried out by the Landak Regency Government. Construction management is the right solution in planning a dormitory building. The data collected included primary data in the form of field observations (land area) and field documentation (photos) and secondary data in the form of working drawings, basic prices for 2022 Pontianak City, AHSP based on PUPR Government Regulations 2022 and literature in the form of books and e-books. There are 5 aspects of construction management that will be discussed, namely project cost management, project quality management, project time management, project human resource management (HR) and project occupational safety and health (K3) management. Obtain volume calculations, budget plan (RAB), recapitulation of RAB, work plans and requirements (RKS), S curve, Network Planning using the CPM method, workforce requirements, identification of OHS risks, risk control hierarchy and RK3K costs. The results of the planning have obtained a budget plan of Rp. 10.301.793.000,00, the planned duration of time for work to be completed is 210 calendar days or 7 months based on the S curve, project quality uses general requirements based on planned drawing specification data, human resources get manpower requirements the most workers were 78 people and got the APD and APK requirements and calculated the cost of the contract work safety and health plan (RK3K) of IDR 33. 867.000,00. Abstract

Concrete is a composite material (mixture) of several materials whose basic binder consists of a combinationof fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water and different additives in a particular mixture. Sand is a fillermaterial that is used with a binder and water to form a dense and hard mixture. The beach sand in the JawaiDistrict, Sambas Regency has the potential because of its availability in large quantities, namely 42.53 kmlong, quite a lot of sandy beaches and rocks in the hills of Ramayadi Village. This study aims to compare and determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete produced fromconcrete using beach sand as a substitute for fine aggregate that is treated (washed and not washed) and byusing coarse aggregate in the form of crushed stone from the South Jawai District, Sambas Regency. Theresearch was conducted on cube specimens measuring 15 cm long, 15 cm wide and 15 cm high.The tests carried out were testing the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 7 days and 14 days. Thetest results at the age of 7 days for unwashed beach sand and washed beach sand respectively showed anaverage compressive strength of 114.0514 kg/cm2 and 153.9535 kg/cm2. While the test results at the age of14 days for unwashed beach sand and washed beach sand respectively showed an average compressivestrength of 142.6046 kg/cm2 and 209.8392 kg/cm2.These instructions give you guidelines for preparing papers for Jurnal Retensi.
