Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sikap masyarakat Surabaya terhadap pesan mistik dalam program acara Dua Dunia di Trans 7. Sikap masyarakat Surabaya dilihat dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan konatif. Teori dasar yang digunakan adalah teori mistik (Bungin, 2005). Dalam teori ini, mistik dibagi menjadi empat dimensi, yaitu ritualistik, interaksi, visualisasi, dan karakter. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling, yaitu incidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap masyarakat Surabaya terhadap pesan mistik dalam program acara Dua Dunia adalah netral, artinya hasil dari sikap kognitif yang tinggi yaitu masyarakat tahu dalam tayangan Dua Dunia menayangkan dimensi mistik dan sikap afektif serta konatif yang rendah, yaitu masyarakat tidak suka dan tidak mau meniru adegan dalam tayangan Dua Dunia.

Abstract

Since wood material is very difficult to find nowadays and the quality begin to decrease, then light gauge steel is chosen as an alternative of wood as a construction material roof truss. However, many types of light gauge steel in the market give a great influence to the specification and standardization of light gauge steel frame structure calculations . This testing the strength of the truss 0.6 mm thick C profile with a particular landscape . Loading test were performed on a truss structure using a full -scale model of the test object with incremental load . The structure of the truss that tested an easel structure with spans of 12 m, height 2.51 m , and a 20 tilt angle . Truss collapse when was given a load of 315 kg. With hanger and a heavy loaded bearing was 60 kg plus the weight of the cube as many as 17 pieces of heavy cube which is 15 kg. As for the collapse phenomenon is topchord buckling. From the collapse phenomenon, its been known that the structure of the truss suffered a failure behavior on cold formed steel rod of iron C is not due to shear or tensile strength screws . It can be seen that the screws which were used for 3 pcs of each knot point could not be separated from the strong connection and resist the force that was applied.

Abstract

Dalam era kemajuan dalam mendapatkan informasi saat ini, evaluasi penilaian kinerja fungsional Dosen dalam suatu kegiatan belajar dan mengajar yang terdapat di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak masih saja pejabat Quality Anssurance atau penjamin mutu dalam hal penilai dalam hal Indeks Kinerja Akademik Dosen (IKAD) masih saja melakukan dengan cara manual dengan melakukan penilaian langsung kepada mahasiswa dengan mengunakan kertas dan membutuh waktu yang cukup lama sehingga menjadi lama dan tidak efisien. Terlebih lagi dengan adanya wabah pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat proses belajar mengajar berubah dari tatap muka menjadi daring atau kelas online maka tidak akan memungkinkan melakukan tatap muka di karena kan pandemik tersebut, oleh karena itu utnuk memudahkan melakukan penilaian IKAD ini. Maka dari itu dengan adanya pengembangan IKAD di web jurusan sehingga pejabat Quality Assurance dapat dimudahkan dalam mengelola data – data pekerjaan penilaian IKAD.

Abstract

Having a place to live like an apartment is an alternative solution for the population that is not comparable to land for building a place to live. Steel has been used for a long time because of its advantages compared to other materials such as concrete. Steel structure planning refers to SNI 1729-2015 (Specifications for structural steel buildings), SNI 1727-2013 (Minimum load for designing buildings and other structures), PPPURG 1987 (Guidelines for loading planning for houses and buildings), SNI 1726-2019 (Earthquake Resistance Planning for Buildings and Non-Buildings) and others. The analysis was carried out with ETABS software, the calculation results obtained that the thickness of the floor plate was 9 cm, beam dimensions used IWF profiles 450.200.9.14, IWF 506.201.11.19, IWF 400.200.8.13, IWF 800.300.14.26, and IWF 700.300.12.24, column dimensions using H profiles 538.477.90.90, and the H profile 418.417.30.30. The structural connection is planned as a connection with high bolt quality, namely A325.

Abstract

ed mud (RM) is waste from a series of bauxite mining processes, with the amount of RM producedaround 1.2 – 1.4 tons for every 1 tonne of alumina produced. RM has chemical properties that are quitedangerous because in addition to containing a lot of non-degradable metals, it also contains a strong base witha pH of around 13-14. If released in its original condition, RM is very dangerous because it could cause waterand soil pollution in the mining environment and could cause disease in humans. All the time, the handling ofRM is by making tailing dam or piling up the subsoil of the highway in the area around the mine which costs alot of money to restore the pH close to neutral before use because the requirement to be released into theenvironment around the allowable pH value is a minimum of 9. Therefore, in this study, the author uses asolution, namely by utilizing the biological activity of probiotic bacteria microorganisms, it could live in analkaline environment and are safe for humans and environmentally friendly. By mixing RM with activatedprobiotic bacteria which will be carried out direct observation of the sample and measuring the pH value. Witha total sample of 27 samples based on variations in the number of active probiotic bacteria mixed and theincubation time of bacteria, the results showed that the more active probiotic bacteria were mixed into the RMand the longer the incubation time of the bacteria, the pH indicator showed close to neutral, namely 8-9. It isalso supported by direct observations based on shape, color, smell and touch, showing that the harmfulchemical properties of RM are decreasing.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Mempawah. Tujuan dari pemekaran Kabupaten Kubu Raya ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, pemerataan pembangunan, mendekatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat serta mengefektifkan rentang kendali penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Kabupaten Kubu Raya sendiri masih kekurangan berbagai macam insfratuktur pedukung, salah satunya masih kekurangan gedung kantor pelayanan pajak untuk masyarakat. Memiliki kantor pelayanan pajak yang strategis dapat membantu mempermudah pelayanan pajak di kabupaten itu sendiri. Dimana dalam penelitian, ini dilakukan Perencanaan Gedung Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) yang menggunakan material struktur beton yang mengacu pada SNI 1727:2013, SNI 2847:2013, untuk gempa mengacu pada SNI 1726:2019, dan untuk menentukan pembebanan bangunan mengunakan PPURG 1987, sedangkan untuk analisis dilakukan dengan softwere SAP2000 dan hitungan secara manual. Dari data perencanaan dengan luasan bangunan 25 m x 25 m, dan keseluruhan tinggi bangunan adalah 17.50 m, didapat tebal pelat atap dak 12 cm, tebal pelat lantai 12 cm, dimensi balok induk 25 cm x 50 cm dan dimensi balok anak 20 cm x 40 cm, dimensi kolom 35 cm x 35 cm, dan ukuran pondasi 2 m x 2 m dengan menggunakan tiang pancang 25 cm x 25 cm yang berjumlah 9 batang. Dari semua data bangunan diatas dapat di simpulkan dari hasil perhitungan bahwa mampu menahan semua gaya/momen yang terjadi pada bangunan.

Abstract

Asrama mahasiswa merupakan suatu lingkungan perumahan sebagai tempat tinggal mahasiswa selama menjalani perkuliahan. Kebutuhan akan asrama semakin meningkat seiring terbukanya akses mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah khususnya mahasiswa dari Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu untuk kuliah di suatu perguruan tinggi. Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu merupakan daerah yang berjarak 588 km dari kota Pontianak. Perancangan Gedung Asrama Mahasiswa Kapuas Hulu ini dirancang pada lahan kosong berukuran 37m x 47m yang terletak di Jalan Sepakat 1, Kelurahan Bansir Laut, Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara, Kota Pontianak. Pada perancangan struktur terdapat beberapa hitungan yang akan menunjang ukuran dan dimensi tulangan yaitu perhitungan berat sendiri banguanan, beban mati, beban hidup, beban amgin dan juga beban gempa. Pada Peraturan PERMEN PUPR Nomor. 5/PRT/M/2016 pasal 31 ayat (2) dalam hal setiap bangunan gedung yang direncanakan di Indonesia harus memenuhi standar-standar persyaratan tahan gempa. Perancangan gedung asrama ini menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah (SRPMM), dengan metode perhitungan menggunakan data tanah setempat dan penggambarannya menggunakan program AutoCad dan analisa perhitungannya menggunakan program SAP 2000 3D, serta perhitungan struktur bangunan mengacu pada SNI 03-2847-2013 untuk struktur beton, SNI 1726-2019 untuk struktur tahan gempa dan mengenai beban minimum serta Perencanaan Pembebanan untuk Rumah dan Gedung (PPURG) 1987. Hasil perancangan struktur berupa tebal pelat yaitu 100 mm dengan tulangan Ø10, untuk dimensi struktur balok 20 x 40 cm dengan tulangan pokok D16 dan jarak tulangan begel disepanjang sendi plastis Ø8-86 mm serta tulangan begel diluar sendi plastis Ø8-170 mm. Dimensi kolom 35 x 35 cm dengan tulangan pokok D16 dan tulangan begel sepanjang Io adalah Ø8-70 mm serta jarak tulangan begel yang diluar Io adalah Ø8-70 mm. Ukuran Pile cap 2,1 x 2,1m dengan ukuran tiang pacang 0,25 x 0,25 m serta kedalaman tiang pancang yaitu 22 m.

Abstract

This planning aims to plan a reinforced concrete structure for the Beji Apartment Building in Pontianak by implementing a Flat Slab system. The research methods used include data collection, structural pre-design, structural modeling with the ETABS program, structural analysis, structural control, reinforcement design using Excel, and building dimension drawings with the AutoCAD program. The Flat Slab system was chosen because of its advantages in construction efficiency and spatial flexibility. The planning was carried out based on the SNI 2847:2019 standard concerning Procedures for Calculating Concrete Structures for Buildings. Structural analysis was carried out using ETABS and SpColumn software, which allows accurate load modeling and simulation. The results of the analysis show that the Flat Slab system is able to distribute the load evenly and provide adequate stability for multi-storey buildings. In addition, this system reduces the need for beams, thus adding to the aesthetics of the interior space of the building. From the results of the study, overall, the main structure of the building with the Flat Slab method (without beams) is able to withstand the loads that occur and is safe from punching shear failure which is something that can be risky in Flat Slab planning. Until now, there has been no use of Flat Slab structural system in Pontianak, so its application in this project can be a significant innovation in the development of construction in the region. The conclusion of this study is that the Flat Slab system is an efficient and effective choice for the construction of apartment buildings in areas with typical Pontianak soil conditions. Recommendations for further research are to test the performance of this system in earthquake load scenarios and evaluate the construction cost compared to other structural systems. Abstract

SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang is one of the vocational schools that provides education with a focus on agriculture and agribusiness. The purpose of providing education at this school is to produce graduates who are skilled in agriculture. One of the important skills to have in agriculture is topographic surveying. For this reason, students at school are expected to have these skills. These skills can later be used to support various activities in agriculture, such as irrigation planning and determining plant types based on topographic conditions. Topographic surveys can be carried out effectively and efficiently using optical tools such as auto levels. Based on this, Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of auto level training were carried out by students at SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang. The purpose of this training is for students to be able to use auto levels in mapping land contours for agricultural and agribusiness purposes. The training began by providing an explanation of the optical tools that would be used for the survey. The next stage is for students to practice using the optical tools accompanied by the Community Service (PKM) team. The result of this training is that students are able to understand and practice measuring land contours using auto levels. Finally, this training is expected to improve the skills of students of SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang, which will later be able to support various activities in the fields of agriculture and agribusiness, such as irrigation planning, determining plant types, and so on.

Abstract

The planning of rental office buildings in Pontianak City is an effort to minimize horizontal land use and prevent new issues, such as land crises. The structural planning carried out certainly needs to pay attention to several aspects, one of which is the influence of earthquakes. Essentially, earthquakes tend to impact structures at their joints; thus, reinforced concrete structures are designed using a moment-resisting frame system with a strong column-weak beam concept, combined with shear walls, referred to as a dual system. This design allows the structure to mitigate earthquake vibrations. The 7-story rental office building is located on Jl. Jendral Ahmad Yani, Bansir Laut, Kec. Pontianak Tenggara, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province. The earthquake load was planned to use the 2019 Indonesia Earthquake Map and the response spectrum method in accordance with SNI 1726-2019. Load calculations followed SNI 1727-2020, while the design of reinforced concrete structures for building construction complied with SNI 2847-2019. The analysis of the requirements and stability of the structure against the earthquake load by the spectrum response method has met the requirements and stability as an earthquake-resistant structure with a dual system. The maximum inter-level deviation that occurred was 8.411 mm for the x direction and 4.815 mm for the y direction.
