Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the ability to connect mathematically independent learning. Mathematical connection ability is closely related to real life. Learning activities that connect lessons with daily life will also be able to increase learning independence in students. Independence in learning can be interpreted as active learning activities on the basis of their own volition or appearing within themselves without being required and directed. This research is a study of a number of literatures. The literature review that supports the theoretical analysis approach includes: learning theories, connection abilities and learning independence. The sources of this research study are reference books, scientific journals and other supporting media. The results of the study are, students' connection abilities will be formed by the formation of good student learning independence. The better the learning independence, the easier it is for students to develop their mathematical connection abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketentuan perkawinan wanita hamil perspektif pasal 53 kompilasi hukum islam dan mengetahui ekhsistensi perkawinan Wanita hamil prespektif pasal 53 kompilasi hukum islam. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian hukum normatif (kepustakaan), yaitu penelitian yang difokuskan untuk mengkaji norma-norma hukum positif (pasal 53 kompilasi hukum islam). Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan maslahat, yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan sumber data melalui analisis terhadap pasal 53 Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketentuan kawin hamil dalam kompilasi hukum islam yang telah dijelaskan dalam pasal 53 yaitu: a) seorang wanita hamil diluar nikah, dapat dikawinkan dengan pria yang menghamilinya; b) perkawinan dengan wanita hamil yang disebut pada ayat (1) dapat dilangsungkan tanpa menunggu lebih dahulu kelahiran anaknya; c) dengan dilangsungkannya perkawinan pada saat wanita hamil, tidak diperlukan perkawinan ulang setelah anak yang dikandung lahir. Ketika ketentuan kawin hamil dalam pasal 53 khi dikaitkan dengan maqashid syari’ah, tentu akan berkaitan pula dengan lima unsur kemaslahatan pokok. keberadaan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan harta yang disebut dengan lima unsur pokok kemaslahatan, dikaitkan dengan kelompok peringkat daruriyyat, hajiyyat dan tahsiniyyat, kemudian dijadikan analisis keberlakuan ketentuan pasal 53 KHI.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technology requires mathematics teachers to integrate diverse learning resources effectively; however, existing studies have largely emphasized resource mapping rather than teachers lived experiences and meaning-making. This study addresses this gap by offering a phenomenological perspective on how teachers interpret learning resources in digital contexts. Using a qualitative interpretive paradigm and Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), the study explores Indonesian mathematics teachers’ perceptions of resource utilization. Seventy-five teachers from ten cities participated, a sample size methodologically appropriate for IPA. Data were collected through semi-structured open-ended questionnaires and analyzed using IPA procedures. Findings indicate that although teachers increasingly access internet-based resources, textbooks remain the primary instructional reference due to their perceived curricular coherence. Worksheets are considered the most effective resource because they promote structured reasoning, contextual problem-solving, and explicit cognitive engagement, thereby supporting deeper conceptual understanding. These findings align with broader debates in Digital Pedagogy that emphasize pedagogical coherence over technology-driven instruction. Despite ample resources, utilization is constrained by limited digital pedagogical competence and recurring technical challenges. This study contributes by foregrounding teachers’ meaning-making and informing professional development and resource design.
